Five stars is not a high enough rating for my experience at House of Bridal and the co-owner Mady. I went into the day thinking I was just going to shop around and get ideas, but I ended up falling in love with the store, the dresses, and the experience. The first dress Mady pulled for me ended up being The One! Mady was fantastic! I feel like she completely understood what I was looking for, my concerns, my likes and dislikes, all before I even voiced them. She was super accommodating from the start, opening on a Sunday for just me and my sizable group. With Mady's personality and helpfulness it was almost like she was my sixth member of the family hype crew! She is so knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about what she does and it shines through to make the appointment easy, comfortable and fun. The variety of dresses available were all so beautiful, and you could tell there was something for every style. You would be hard pressed to walk out of there without falling in love with at least one dress. This is THE boutique to visit if you want a variety of options, fair prices and an appointment that is personalized to you. We never felt rushed, there was never any pressure to make the purchase. It was all about what worked best for us, which in this day and age is a rare occurrence in any industry. This experience went from something that I figured would be one of many, to a dream experience that was everything I could have hoped for and more. For that day, in MY wedding dress, I felt comfortable, confident, and like a princess. I wish every bride this same experiance and feel sure that you will recieve it at House of Bridal. Thank you Mady, you made my dress shopping into a memory that I will tressure forever. I wish you long lasting sucess, so that one day I can bring my bonus-daughter-to-be to your shop, so we can once again get an experiance of a lifetime!
