Absolutely horrible experience! The first time I went in the owner stated that they were too busy to meet with me regarding my wedding flowers. I completely understand that holidays get busy for a flower shops so I proceeded to reschedule for 2 weeks later. My fiancé and I went in today and as soon as I told them why I was there they immediately said they would not be doing my appointment at all today because they were “too busy”. They didn’t even bother to call and let me know the appointment was cancelled. They were completely unprofessional, I felt completely unvalued as a customer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY EVENT!
