Very unprofessional. I am not the type of person to leave a review, but I feel like I have to share my experience to help warn my fellow brides to be.
The owner cancelled my services (for 10+ girls) 3 months before my wedding. She didn’t give me a reason, other than unforeseen circumstances, and she didn’t offer assistance or options of other vendors to fulfill the services.
I like to think I’m a reasonable person and I understand life happens, so I reached back out, to see if she could recommend any other hair/makeup place she trusts that could take me so late. But I never got a response. She just cancelled on me, venmoed me back my deposit, and hasn’t reached out since. Therefore, I think it was extremely unprofessional.
If you are booking with this vendor, please make sure you have a back up plan.
Thank you so so much for everything you guys did yesterday. I’ve never in my life gotten so many complements! I felt absolutely perfect on my wedding day. This meant the world to me and you guys are absolutely incredible! Thank you again for completely knocking it out of the park and working your butts off for making everything perfect . you guys are a damn blessing!
Hi!!! Thank you so much for the beautiful makeup you created on me. It lasted all night, made me feel like to the most beautiful bride, and perfectly complemented my dress and hair. Also, the house of glam lipstick was so comfortable and lasting throughout the whole day, beautiful color. I want to thank jasmine for my hair as well, it turned out amazing and lasted all night as well. I am so happy I found you guys to help me on one of the most special days of my life.
