Master Chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt’s early passion and innovative ideas to creatively infuse elements from the savory kitchen into the world of chocolate and confection have been highly awarded at numerous national and international food competitions through the last decade. Founder and Master Chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt started making handmade, handpainted chocolates in his apartment kitchen in Connecticut in 1999. For over two decades, he has spent countless hours perfecting and honing his skills in order to elevate the quality of his delicious creations. As wedding favors, these delicious candies are sure to bring joy to every recipient. Services Offered We offer a wide range of confections to choose from--whether for a dessert table or favor boxes. Couples can choose from a two, four, and six piece favor boxes which are packaged in our elegant and sustainable handmade paper boxes. You will be invited to choose from a selection of candy shapes and ganache fillings. Flavors include options such as burnt caramel, elderflower and lemon, champagne, raspberry, mint, and dozens more! Clients can customize the ribbon on the boxes, as well as color of the boxes. In addition to favor boxes, we offer custom chocolate bars, cake pops (21+ & all ages), and other desserts!
