Not only was she incredibly affordable, but she went above and beyond to help us find budget-friendly options that allowed us to bring our dream wedding day to life without breaking the bank.
One of the biggest things we appreciated was how much stress she took off our shoulders. With Brittney’s guidance, organization, and attention to detail, our stress levels stayed extremely low throughout the entire planning process. anager by profession—super organized, type A control freak, very particular—so for me to hand over the most important day of my life to someone else seemed unimaginable. But from my first meeting with Brittney, I felt nothing but utter confidence in her abilities and she definitely proved me right!
I hired Brittney for day-of coordination about 2-3 months out from my wedding which took place March 2025. Brittney is an EXPERT event planner who was able to give me so much guidance even though I was so far into wedding planning. She is also EXTREMELY thorough—“day-of” coordination doesn’t just mean you show up on the day of the wedding and Brittney understands that. She put in the necessary prep work, reviewing vendor contracts, creating a detailed day of timeline, coordinating with vendors, and leading the rehearsal. Working with Brittney in the weeks leading up to the wedding and in particular at the rehearsal, I was able to observe the intentionality with which she builds relationships with people.
On the wedding day, Brittney was a literal SUPERHERO. She comes equipped with walkie talkies and the most thorough emergency kit I’ve ever seen! There were things that went wrong throughout the day (that’s inevitable) but Brittney shielded me from so much of that by making executive decisions and coming up with solutions on the fly, which allowed me to just enjoy my day. Cold sparks tripped the power in the reception hall—Brittney handled it. Wind kept blowing over the arch as they were trying to decorate—Brittney handled it. By the end of the night, I didn’t want to deal with the train on my reception dress—Brittney handled it (the woman literally stitched a bustle for me lol).
I could go on and on forever about how amazing this woman is. My family, the vendors, and even random guests commented on what an incredible job she did. So I’m just going to say anyone would be LUCKY to have Brittney on their team.

From the very beginning, Brittney showcased an incredible level of organization that made my responsibilities effortless. Her charisma lit up the room, creating an atmosphere that was warm, inviting, and full of joy.
What impressed me most was her flawless execution of the timeline—everything flowed perfectly and right on schedule. At one point, I asked where the rest of her team was, only to find out she planned and coordinated the entire event solo. rocess when I started to feel overwhelmed. Brittney offered thoughtful advice on how the wedding could flow more smoothly, and we were able to easily bounce ideas off each other. We met monthly at first, then began meeting weekly in the final month leading up to the wedding. In between meetings, I could always text Brittney if anything came up. She was especially helpful in handling some of the stressful situations with our venue and the venue coordinator as the wedding approached, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. On the day of the wedding, Brittney was assertive, organized, and kept the entire timeline on track. We received many compliments about how seamless and timely everything felt. We also paid an additional fee for her to handle setup and breakdown, and she did a wonderful job arranging my DIY pieces and rental items exactly as I envisioned. She even improvised thoughtfully when with some of the décor when the venue space required adjustments, and I was very pleased with her creativity and decision-making. Overall, I fully trusted Brittney with our wedding, and she delivered. My husband and I are so happy with our experience and highly recommend her services.

When I began planning the wedding I was very confident that I would be able
to do everything myself and would not need any outside help. As I am sure many other people have realized, it is not as easy as it seems to do alone and Brittney is the perfect person to have on your side. She provided me with a detailed timeline of tasks to complete and checked in often about not only these tasks, but about how we were feeling throughout the process. She is extremely professional, an amazing communicator, and truly exactly who anyone would want to coordinate their wedding day.
The night before our wedding, Brittney seamlessly coordinated our rehearsal and welcome party. Even when the weather took a turn, Brittney was PREPARED and moved every one of our guests comfortably inside before anyone had a drop of rain on them. She took care of every little detail and hiccup that night and left us feeling even more excited to have her coordinate our wedding day.
On the day of our wedding we woke
up feeling so at ease knowing that she was going to perfectly handle every detail of our day. From the text reminders to every member of our wedding party to an emergency kit with absolutely everything we could have ever needed in it, Brittney ensured that our entire day ran smoothly. Brittney truly listened to my partial vision that I had and somehow turned it into something even more magical than I imagined. Every detail — from the timeline, the vendor coordination, to the little surprise touches — was flawlessly executed. It felt like she was always five steps ahead, handling everything behind the scenes so we could relax and enjoy every moment. && Let me not mention the communication was phenomenal. Sis was always very responsive, I never had an issue here.
On the big day, we didn’t have to worry about anything. I did not have an official decorator for my wedding, only a florist and SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH DECORATING MY RECEPTION AREA. She also used walkie talkies on the day of to communicate with the wedding party and it worked out REALLY REALLY REALLY WELL. She gave us "get ready" reminders which was helpful and made the day move smoothly. Our timeline was seamless and she had EVERYTHING you needed for your BIG DAY in case you forgot anything. She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive.

Brittney assisted with all aspects of planning and was always available for any and everything I needed or had questions on. Her level of communication is outstanding. From planning, coordination with vendors, the exceptional timeline she created, etc., she was there every step of the way.
The day of, I felt so relaxed and was able to enjoy my big day because I knew I had Brittney. We had a few issues with our venue (that I was not even aware of) because Brittney handled absolutely everything. Brittney went way above and beyond her call of duty, and our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of her.
Brittney's level of dedication to her clients is unmatched. She is emotionally involved and becomes part of the family. I am SO thankful for her and our friendship. I know she will be our first call for when my younger siblings get married. I could NOT recommend her more!!!! She is essential for a stress-free wedding day. You will absolutely LOVE her as we do!!

She arrived at the venue site (hours before I was scheduled to arrive) and took care of everything, from making sure everyone arrived on time, to making sure everything was set up as I'd imagined. Once I arrived she kept everyone on track making sure everything was executed on time and to perfection.
Having her there to execute everything as I'd imagined and to take the stress off of myself on my wedding day was amazing and a gamechanger. I was able to be in the moment and have someone else take care of the details on the back-end.
She made sure I didn't forget anything and was always there to bounce ideas off of. You cannot go wrong with Brittney!!
