House of the Bride

I only thought of House of the Bride for my wedding gown; I didn't look anywhere else. I saw an Anne Barge gown on their instagram page and fell in love. The gown girls were so accommodating.

So thankful we ended up at HOB for my daughters wedding needs. Meghan and Whitney were great in every way, attentive, knowledgeable, always available and went above and beyond. They get a 100 in my book!

The staff was super helpful at every step of the way! Whitney was very informative when it came to finding the dress to match my wedding style. From the fitting, to choosing veils, to showing the moms and bridesmaids the dress for the first time, the ladies at The House of the Bride made this such a fun experience!

Great selection of dresses. One stop shop- wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dress. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they made the fittings very relaxed.

I purchased my Anne Barge gown at House of the Bride in Augusta -- even though I live in Atlanta in the midst of some of the best salons in the Southeast. Buying from home gave me such peace of mind. Megan and her team were so sweet and accommodating!

I had an amazing experience at House of the Bride! I had a bad experience with another bridal shop in town but was very pleased when coming to House of the Bride! My consultant was Whitney she was very helpful and honest, listened to what I wanted and pulled the styles I was looking for. My first trip to the salon I was unsure about the dress I had selected so I went home to think about it, a couple months later I came back to search some more! By this time I was so glad I waited, I had finally found my dream dress without a doubt in my mind! Great selection of dresses and an amazing staff!

We found the perfect dress by the designer Christos here. The sample size fit perfectly and was ordered 12 weeks in advance however there was an issue with the vendor in delivery and we finally received the dress 1 and a half weeks before the wedding but it was beautiful and worth the wait and worry!

I had the best experience at House of the Bride!! I had found a photo of a dress that I just knew was meant for me, so I called House of the Bride (they were the only bridal shop close to Savannah, Ga. that carried that specific dress designer - plus they came highly recommended from friend who had also purchased her dress from them). At my first appointment, they allowed me to try on every dress I wanted, and they were very patient with me as I lulled over which one to say "yes" to. In addition to all of the dresses they also have a very talented veil and accessories designer, who was not only able to transform my mothers veil into to something a little more modern for me, but she also created the most absolutly perfect flower for my hair from the scraps of old fabric from my grandmothers dress. Alterations are also done in-house. Everything went very smoothly and everyone was so accomodating and friendly! I would highly recommend House of the Bride to any future bride!!!

I found my dress here and quickly fell in love. Although, I did not buy it that day and I did shop around, I came back and negotiated with them to get the gorgeous dress! The owner didn't want to budge on the price at first, but was eventually willing to come down some. I had the dress altered elsewhere because I thought the price quoted for a bustle and taking it in were ridiculous. They have a great selection, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Ask for Beth, one of the consultants. She was great!
