Amazing quality for what we asked for with a quick set up and tear down too. The level of professionalism was outstanding and they helped make everything was secured. We didn’t know what the weather was gonna be like and they helped assure us that rain or shine nothing would be ruined.

We rented a grill for my sons graduation party from Houston Tents and Events and it was so great! It was the perfect addition to our party and made cooking for a crowd very easy! Would definitely rent it again.
I used Houston Tents & Events for linens, pipe & drape, margarita machine and a few other items for my daughter's wedding. They were easy to work with - from quote to final contract. My day of coordinator was able to touch base with them fine. Delivery & pickup was on time & linens were pressed and perfect! Great job!
Houston Tents & Events eased so much of the stress and anxiety of our big day! They are so incredibly flexible and offer everything you could think of. A wide selection of tables, chairs, dinnerware and plenty more. Our venue didn't have a dance floor and they were even able to provide that! Everything we ordered was there on time and to the exact number. Darren is also great in offering his ideas and opinions on layouts, lighting suggestions and other misc. things. The support staff are also friendly, helpful and professional.
Houston Tents & Events flawlessly executed our wedding plans and designs. They showed up when promised and made our day stress free. As a bride, it felt great knowing we were being taken care of and that we didn’t have to worry about setup. The team went above and beyond in making our venue look beautiful. Just a joy to work with! I worked with Darren's team for a private property event where they supplied the tenting, flooring, lighting, tables, and chairs. Darren not only came out to the property for multiple site visits, but he sent top crew for load-in who stepped in to creatively problem solve on inevitable surprises that come up when working on someone's land. I would highly recommend his team.
Houston Tents & Events made our wedding dreams come true! First off, Darren is absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional and super helpful with what we were envisioning for our wedding. We rented all of our chairs, tables, linens, chargers, the most gorgeous amber water goblets, the dance floor, and a beautiful clear tent with string lighting and chandeliers. The tent truly gave our reception that wow factor! I also can't thank Darren enough for how patient he was when it came to finalizing the items and amounts we wanted to rent—it's by far the best customer service I've ever experienced from a company. We look forward to working with Houston Tents & Events in the future!
Amazing customer service, prompt responses, and great and affordable equipment. They went above and beyond to measure the venue for lighting and gave us great ideas that helped make the evening magical. Very friendly staff that made all our decisions much easier. Darren and Houston Tents and Events were amazing to work with! Every step of the way, he made himself available to answer questions, offer suggestions and was genuinely interested in our vision and how he could deliver it while staying within our budget. He was awesome about giving us options due to hosting an outdoor event, in Houston, in October! Our event was absolutely perfect, the tent was everything we hoped for, and the evening was everything we planned for. He is a one stop shop! We highly, highly recommend!
We used Houston Tent & Events for our outdoor/night wedding. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. They have everything you can possibly imagine you would need from tents, chairs,lights, coolers, heaters, tables and more. They were thorough and efficient with clear communication. I would recommend them over and over again.
Venue ninjas! Darren and his team were practically invisible on our special day. If the outdoor layout wasn’t so awe-inspiring, you would have no idea they’d ever been there. All the equipment, lighting, covers, etc simply felt like an extension of the building. My only complaint is that we bullied Darren into a discount and he caved! If we had the money, I’d write him a check for double the discount as apology. Don’t book with anyone else, or you’re begging for sub-par work. If Darren is out there, and available, he’s the best option: High-Quality Work at Bargain Prices.

We could not have had our dream wedding in the backyard of our family's home in Creede Colorado without Darren. His expertise in event planning and infrastructure made it possible to have a beautiful venue in the middle of the mountains. From sourcing vendors from all around Colorado, to handling all of the set up details and challenges that come with building a venue in a backyard, Darren made sure everything was seamless and executed without a hitch. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding, and received compliments from everyone on all aspects of the wedding the details. With his suggestion of an early set up, we were able to utilize the rentals for a welcome reception and the wedding to optimize our time with our guests. I can't recommend Darren and Houston Tents and Events enough for events or weddings near and far.

Darren was AMAZING to work with! The week of our wedding we got rain and we reached out to him the day before for tents and HE WAS OUR SAVING GRACE! His team came out that evening and set up tents. My husband and I were so appreciative! You won’t be disappointed with him and his team. Will definitely be using him in the future for any rental needs.
From the beginning of our wedding planning journey, Darren was accommodating and patient. We had to make several last minute changes due to COVID and he made every change and even assisted in decision making. If you are looking for tents or rentals do not hesitate to reach out to him because he is ready to help! He was beyond helpful with planning and even helped our wedding planner set up decorations with minutes to spare before our reception! Forever grateful we booked him for our wedding rentals!
Darren and his team were great to work with and were very flexible with our constant changes due to COVID, even days before wedding day. They have a wide variety of decor options to suit any style. My husband and I were able to meet him at his warehouse to view different items before we made our selection. Darren and his team were very punctual with drop off and pick up times which allowed the rest of the day to run smoothly. Wow where do I even begin! I can still remember our first phone conversation with Darren from Houston Tents & Events. From the very beginning I felt like we were listened to and understood. His knowledge of the products he offered was incredible and he truly listened to our vision for our wedding. I could tell he genuinely recommend options to us that would work best with our venue and was highly professional without being stuffy. He was wonderful with communication and and if you are planing an event or wedding you know that is key. He worked with us when we needed to modify the quote and was absolutely fabulous to the very end. The tent we rented along with all other rentals were absolutely beautiful. Highest quality. While there are a lot of rental options out there, you will not regret going with Darren and his team to make dreams come true!

I am the type that you’ve got to impress me with price, customer service, and product. If you are reading this review, trust me that Houston Tents &Events is THE best company in Houston to rent anything for your wedding from!!! Every issue I had was solved because they went above and beyond to help me out and that took a weight off my shoulders. Having that relief is absolutely priceless when organizing a wedding!!! Not only that, as far as last minute weddings go, I hired them only weeks before the wedding and it was no problem. I highly recommend this company!!
Houston Tents & Events are the go-to power, A/C, Heating provider for all of our weddings. They are knowledgeable in the industry and are always able to keep things clean, blended in and as out of sight as possible at the wedding location since we all know generators and A/C units aren’t the best looking types of equipment that a bride/groom want to be visible on their wedding day. They are some of the best in the business and will make sure the venue or tent temperature and power aren’t something you have to worry about on the big day.
Darren, the owner, has always been my go-to for work events so there was no hesitation in booking him for my son's wedding shower. He has great communication, works within your budget and always makes great suggestions! Very professional and reliable.

I have a wonderful wife (Kori) & an adventurous little girl (Kali) that I love traveling the world with as often as possible, while also taking them around Houston to the various events our company helps put together. At the end of the day, our company is a family business. There's nothing more self-fulfilling personally or professionally than working for months on the event rentals, logistics, and production elements on an event, festival, non-profit walk, wedding, etc. to see it come together for our clients that become friends.
