My photographer contacted me a few days before the wedding & basically asked what I wanted. She had me send her Pinterest pictures of ideas for photos for the day of. The day of th...
e wedding she complained about being tired & hungry the whole time she was with us. She continued to ask me what kinds of pictures I wanted taken even after I had sent her a ton of ideas. I haven't gotten my photos back yet but hopefully they turn out well.
Unfortunately, my experience with them was very disappointing.
The pictures they took on the day of our wedding were good, and they did capture every moment but I did have issue...
s. They were the photographer included in my venue, so gladly I went with them! I had seen their pictures, and those were good so I thought I would have a good experience....
During my second meeting with my venue, I had to talk to my wedding coordinator about how they were not getting back with me about adding a second photographer. I guess after hearing from the venue, they contacted me immediately and we added one.
I called/emailed to set up a time to discuss special parts of our wedding that I wanted pictured in a certain way, and it seemed as those speaking to me was a waste of their time. I emailed them pictures, and requested a phone call from them. They never called me. On the day of my rehearsal I again reached out to them and they finally returned my call and we spoke about the wedding day. Again, it seemed as though it was unnecessary to speak with me. The attitude almost seemed like I was wasting their time trying to confirm details with them.
On our wedding day we discussed that the photographer would start with me then take detail shots after the bride/bridesmaid outside shots - that did not happen like we agreed upon.
While getting ready, the photographer kept showing me the radar and that a storm was coming and it would rain during my ceremony (although the wedding coordinator had already assured me that the storm had passed and that we were safe to marry outside with the DJ and photographer). I'm not exaggerating he did this SEVERAL times - and it always seemed to be while no one else was around to support me. Finally the wedding coordinator came in the room - and after asking her she confirmed with him that he was wrong and he stopped ranting about the "storm".
I purchased the DVD from the wedding with the rights to all the photos and it was sent to the incorrect place. When it was thankfully forwarded to me front the post office, we had several pictures missing. I contacted them again and after several emails and me still not receiving the DVD with the missing photos, it was determined they sent it to the incorrect address yet again (although I had given them the correct address 3 times). Thankfully with the help of the post office it arrived to me today - with the address still incorrect.
They did take good pictures, not necessary artistic type, but we have a picture of EVERYTHING - which is great! It was easy to print photos ourselves because we have the rights and that was great too. Their communication was what I had such an issue with. Maybe they photograph so many weddings that it is unnecessary to talk to brides prior to the wedding to them.
Our wedding photos with Allure Photography came out amazing! I was so surprised how quick they came back and that we got to see every photo that was taken. The photographers were s...
o nice and made us feel very comfortable. They captured every important detail over our wedding and more! Couldn't be happier with the outcome.
I worked with Allure for both my bridal potraits and my wedding pictures. We have not received the proofs for our wedding pictures yet. However the bridal potraits were absolutely ...
stunning. Melissa was our photographer for both and she was extrmemely positive as well as professional. Allure will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the finish product.
Allure did our wedding pictures 3 weeks ago. We had multiple phone calls and emails with our photographer so that when the day came it truly felt like we already knew him. Fernando...
did a good job in getting to know people's names so that he could direct us personally and not just "hey you, over here!" :-) We are awaiting our proofs to appear on the website this weekend but I already know I am satisfied with the work. Everytime we turned around Fernado was there snapping pictures. We are so excited to see our end products and would tell everyone to use Allure.
We received a photography package through Allure when we booked our wedding at Lindsay Lakes. When we had our engagement pictures taken, we used an acquaintance of ours (CB Jones P...
hotography) and this was possibly one of the worst experiences of the entire wedding process - he showed up late, wouldn't listen to the poses we wanted (we spent 45 minutes attempting to get a pose HE wanted) and after showing up late, he told us he had to leave at a specific time (after previously telling us, we had him the whole day). Once we FINALLY received our pictures back (took FOREVER), I cried - they were not worth the time OR the money! SOOOOO When it came time for my bridals, I decided to use Allure, and OH MY GOSH....they were BEYOND amazing! The ENTIRE experience was a blast - it was even raining that day and my mom and me had so much fun with our photographer! Also, a rainbow had formed in the sky, and my mom commented on how cool it looked. The photographer had overheard that and worked pretty hard to capture that special shot of the rainbow behind me just for my mom! Not to mention, the pictures were perfect!! And that says a lot, considering again, that it was raining!
When it came to our wedding day, they once again were so incredibly sweet!!! They were so thorough and professional! After the ceremony, my new husband and I were taking pictures and my husband commented on how beautiful the sunset was. Next thing we know, they put us on a golf cart, drive us to the front of the property so we could have a picture with the sunset behind us!!
Also, I recently was a bridesmaid in another wedding where the photographer showed up late so no pictures were able to be taken before the ceremony. Because you can't keep guests waiting too long in the reception hall after the ceremony, this bride will probably have very few pictures from her special day. This broke my heart because I know how much we treasure our wedding pictures!
In short, our experiences with Allure photography were BEYOND words! They not only were so flexible with what WE wanted, but also two different times with two different photographers from this company, they overheard something and took efforts to make it happen! How awesome is that!?! Most importantly, not only were they incredibly sweet, their work is phenomenal! Amazing moments were captured on our wedding day that will be treasured always!
I loved, loved, loved our pictures. Ruven from Allure did our engagement portraits, my bridals, and our wedding photography. ALL of our pictures are amazing. It is clear that photo...
graphy is not Ruven's job, but his passion and he is a true artist. We received all of our pictures very quickly after the event as well. I would recommend Allure to anyone. My new husband and I are very pleased with everything.

d both were just exquisite! They were so kind, helpful and easy to work with. They also both had a great eye for shots I wouldn't have even thought of! We've received so many compliments on the photos of the precious moments they were able to capture for us! During our engagement session we wanted to incorporate our dogs and Ruven was so accommodating and had wonderful ideas which made for great pictures! We had him meet us in the beautiful Montrose area on what must have been the hottest day of the year and he happily lugged around all of his equipment to countless perfect photo spots that he knew of in the area. We were so pleased we used his photo on our save the date and displaced them at our wedding! On our wedding day Melissa arrived early and got to capture getting ready moments as well as the set up work done behind the scenes by my friends and family. She got all the pictures I wanted and more and had great ideas for poses. The outcome was absolutely beautiful and I'll enjoy the photos for years to come! I would recommend Allure photography to every bride wanting to perfectly capture the moments of her big day :)

iented. I added a second photographer and had the pleasure of having Fernando and Ruven be there the day of my wedding. I'm so incredibly happy with my decision because my husband started crying when he saw me walking down the aisle, and Allure captured both of our faces at that exact moment. I get emotional still thinking about it. Thanks to Allure I can cherish that moment forever.
Photography is one of the most important parts of a wedding, so brides should not settle. Book Allure to document the most important day of your life!

r will take your breath away with what they are able to shoot. I never imagined that I would look like that in a picture! Ruven really did an awesome job helping me to feel comfortable in front of the camera, which can be intimidating if you aren't used to taking professional pictures. Allure photographers do such a beautiful job, you will be so pleased with the end product. Thank you Allure, and thank you Ruven for all of your hard work.

ann Park. He even helped us take some great pictures with our dog. It did rain on our wedding day, but our photographer worked with us before the rain started to get as many pictures as possible. She did a great job editing and getting our pictures up for review quickly. We got them back less than a week after our wedding. I would recommend Allure to others. They are very professional and take beautiful pictures.
Waiting to see how photos turn out

Awesome people to work with
Ruven is a very down-to-earth kind of guy & is great on communicating via e-mails, phone, & timely to make sure that your day is what you want it to be. I am forever apprec...
iative of him because I had just canceled a contract with another photographer, (photo832), based on horrible communication & instinct - so therefore we were closer to the date than comfortable but he still found a way to squeeze us in for our wedding. The day of the wedding many of my family relayed that they were very impressed with the effort Scott took to make sure everyone was positioned well for the camera & both of us, (bride & groom), were very thankful for the additional 30 minutes post-wedding , (4-4:30), that we were able to try creative shots together. Also they're very good about getting the pictures back after the wedding too!
We had to find another photographer last minute and were so pleased with the outcome of scott's photography on our wedding day!!! He directed everyone, was on time, took many many ...
photos, took every opportunity to catch a great photo and left us extremely pleased with our irreplaceable wedding photos. Thanks scott!!
Ruven was fantastic. I gave him a long list of pictures to take (on top of the ones he showed me that he'd be taking) and he managed to take most of them (time being a huge constra...
int). We loved working with him. We even got our pictures back extremely quickly. I would absolutely recommend him.
They were very nice, but my family, friends and I thought the pictures could have been a litle better. Still it has to do with stile and preferences
Ruven did an amazing job! Our pictures turned out beautiful!! I would definatly recommend them!!
Fernando Garcia was amazing. He interacted so well with all of my guests and made them feel all so important. He took so many amazing pictures. He has been doing this to the point ...
where we didn't have to tell him what kind of pictures to take, who of etc. He was telling us what he knew we needed. My pictures came out phenomenal. I didn't even know he was taking some of the pictures that were presented to me. i didn't have to worry about if he got a shot of this or that because he was everywhere. He worked so hard so I could have ever lasting memories. We appreciate his hard work and dedication to his job. His passion came through in the pictures! I can go on and on. He is forever a friend for making my day so special!
Was professional and were pretty. I like it
I had a great experience with Allure Photography! The day of the wedding the photographer was very prompt and dressed well! He was very professional but also very nice and fun! He ...
knew what pictures to take and was sure to ask if there were any pictures I wanted specifically! We got our pictures back very promptly (within 2 weeks!!!!) and they were all edited! They turned out great! I loved that they edited the pictures and then gave the original right after so that you were able to view the pictures without editing! I was very impressed with the pictures and the photographers I worked with!
We loved working with Allure, specifically Ruven. He took so many photos of our special day, there was no need for a videogropher. He worked with us well and was very personable. W...
e have over 1000 photos to relive our special day. I would reccomend Allure (and Ruven) to any bride!!!
Ruven of Allure photography was so amazing from the initial visit when I went to see his work and was totally impressed. His work ethic clearly came through to me and his passion ...
for photography was true. Above all his work is gorgeous and he spent plenty of time answering all my questions. A plus was his pricing was incredibly resonable for all we received. I signed a contract that day!
On our wedding day, he met us at the first location for photos and took some really creative shots that we would have never thought of...we then we moved to the church and he was so unintrusive in his capturing moments. As we returned home from our honeymoon, that is the one thing so many people tell us, "your photographer was so nice and unintrusive" The photos were posted online within 3 weeks and they are stunning...captured a beautiful story of our pre wedding, ceremony and reception.
We tell friends all the time to check him out, we will definitely use him aghain for other events!
