The sunset photo opportunities are unmatched. This venue was the perfect setting for my wedding vision. When sunset started I saw all my guests run outside and get their own pictures of this amazing view!

The majority of our guests traveled in from out of town, so our closest friends/family were able to stay at the on-site lodging at Howe Farms. The rentals were clean and spacious. This venue is the most unique one I have ever come across. Several of our guests mentioned to my husband and I how it was the coolest wedding they have ever been to. I cannot recommend Howe Farms enough!

ew. The venues themselves are gorgeous, and if you're in it for the view, you found the right place. This place is expensive. It is $10,000 in the off season to rent a venue - and that is simply to walk in the door. It is a "bring your own vendor" location, which is totally fine, but please note you are paying that much to rent the venue and that only includes white tablecloths and their free decor room (which you have to have everything back in the room the night of your wedding, so I wouldn't really suggest using their stuff). The miscommunication from staff and lack of organization is apparent. They have 6 venues on site, meaning there could be 6 events going on the same day as your wedding. But don't worry, there's no one for you to call because they don't have staff on-site the day of your event. To be fair this is in the contract, and there is an "emergency contact" BUT they will highly suggest you don't call the emergency contact unless there's something really serious "like a fire". So it doesn't surprise me when I read another review that someone ran out of paper goods in the bathroom, because they probably had no idea who to contact because this wasn't a "dire emergency". Good luck trying to contact someone in the office. I can't even tell you how many different people I talked to. I don't understand why you don't have ONE person assigned to each event. In other reviews, I noticed that others mentioned the same thing, it's highly confusing when you have to talk to most of the people in the office and have to keep repeating your story or your questions over and over. I am leaving this review because I emailed Howe Farms my concerns and didn't hear back from them. In fact, it was weeks after my event and took me reaching out twice to hear anything from them regarding the return of my security deposit. I'm sure they'll write a response about how they recommend hiring highly experienced wedding planners for the day of your event, but don't worry the managers will offer their side job services to you for an extra $1000 fee.

The gorgeous bridal suite, outdoor ceremony space, additional patio, and most thoughtful details come together to create a stunning venue. Our guests raves about it, and rightfully so. is absolutely perfect. We booked our wedding for May 2020 in the Highlands Chapel which is currently under construction. We didn’t hesitate to jump on the available date despite not seeing the finished product. I’m sure if we booked an unfinished venue at any other place, we would definitely have some anxiety. However, we’ve been filled with nothing but total joy and excitement as we see the daily/weekly updates of the progress. They build their venues focusing on every last detail, delivering top notch quality and design. The photo ops are endless and the setting of the entire farm is breathtaking. My fiancé and I both agreed that we felt like we were stepping into a fairytale. The staff has been WONDERFUL to work with, answering all questions and being attentive to every need. They allow you to choose your own caterers and provide beautiful chairs, tables, linens, and decor that have clearly been carefully selected (all included in the cost of the venue!) When trying to consider other venues around North GA/East TN, we realized Howe Farms was not only our favorite, but by far the best value. We’d decided this before we even heard news about the new chapel (which literally fulfilled every dream we had for our wedding). Our confidence in Howe Farms is continuously validated when speaking with other vendors. Photographers especially share enthusiasm when they find out our location, having special appreciation for the lighting and scenery strategically planned out in the interior and exterior of each venue. I will say, if this is a place you’re considering, I would look no further and book ASAP!

As a bride and groom you couldn't ask for a more beautiful venue but as a vendor, it's just as perfect. Easy to find, easy to navigate around the property, easy access to the reception areas, and ample parking make our deliveries so much easier. One of our favorite venues!!!
