Susan went above and BEYOND to make our wedding the day we always dreamed of. From the pre-wedding planning to the rehearsal - which got a little bit stressful and they took complete charge and took the pressure off, these two are amazing and professional at what they do. You should stop reading and hire them now, but if you're curious, here are some more reasons. My husband and I were VERY particular that we wanted a DJ that would help us throw a party that kept everyone on the dance floor and Kelly did not disappoint!! People have commented that this was the wedding of the year- and not by our own doing, we owe this completely to the Howe's. Susan was the most professional coordinator and thought about every angle for me. She would remind me about 10 minutes before each event (toasts, cutting cake, garter toss..etc) so I would be prepared and available. She was even getting the mother of the groom drinks while keeping us on schedule, but also was flexible when we were socializing. She helped me with some confrontation with the venue owner and did it all with a calm grace that I was so very thankful for in such a stressful time. They made the day seamless, stress-free, and FUN and I cannot be more thankful that my husband found them and hired them on the spot!

Kelly and Susan communicate through the whole thing so that everything runs like a well oiled machine! The up lighting they brought truly transformed the room into a beautiful reception and we really believe that our day would not have gone as smoothly without them. On these occasions he never followed up or contacted me about needing more time until I reached out to him and asked if everything was okay. On the day of the wedding, there were several songs in the mashup that weren't timed right despite talking over the phone and in person about the details. All in all, the wedding music went well at the reception but the father/daughter mashup song was a little disappointing.

My friends in their 20’s and my family friends in their 50’s were dancing (during the same songs) all night! We had multiple compliments that no one has seen that many people go to the dance floor that early and stay on the dance floor until the end! Susan also helps coordinate the timeline and lined the bridal party up to be introduced. She had wet wipes ready for us after we cut the cake and fed each other and she even helped dried the dance floor since so many people spilled from dancing and having so much fun! They are very reasonably priced for how great they are and the services they provide (dj, microphone, sound system, lighting, coordination, online portal for songs and more)!!!!! You will be so happy if you choose Howe Weddings because they do a great job and are both great people!!!!

to help make sure things run smoothly, the plan is stuck to, and is there to help with anything and everything that she can to make the day run smoothly. Kelly was so organized, we had no concerns going into the wedding day because we already knew ahead of time what was going to be happening and when. One of the things that set Howe Weddings apart from others is their attention to detail, but also their online portal. It made things so easy - you could rearrange the event orders and times, pick must play songs, pick DO NOT PLAY songs, and allow trusted friends or family to help pick songs that would play during the reception. We used Howe Weddings for our ceremony as well and we are so glad that we did. The speakers were perfect, the mics worked like a charm and were the perfect volume, and Susan and Kelly had it all organized so we didn't have to stress about anything. Susan was such a life saver for our sanity on our big day - she made sure we were doing okay all evening and was there to take care of anything (big or small) that came up to ensure we were enjoying our day. We also had beautiful uplighting for our reception that really transformed the room into a romantic setting. We are so grateful to have picked Howe Weddings to be a part of our big day. had an issue with the venue coordinator and they took over and handled everything just perfectly. We used uplighting and a backdrop which looked great. Our ceremony lasted longer than planned and they knew exactly how to handle it. I HIGHLY recommend them, they genuinely cared that our day went amazing.

Susan was the day of coordinator and she made sure everyone was where they needed to be and cued us to walk down the aisle. Kelly has an amazing personality and did a great job telling our guests where to be and announced our wedding hashtag and explained it to all our guests. My sister is on the Autism spectrum, and Kelly and Susan did a fantastic job marking where she needed to stand and helped her remember her cues for the wedding. Whenever we needed a little break, Susan would help us duck out for pictures and Kelly would play some amazing song that got the crowd on their feet. It felt nice knowing we could sneak away and our guests were still being entertained. I cannot thank them enough for everything. They arrived early and coordinated with all the vendors, I never had to greet a single vendor they took care of everything! My husband and I can't stop thinking about how not a SINGLE thing went wrong, and we owe that to Kelly and Susan! They knew what we wanted, the atmosphere of the crowd, and just what to do when someone was stressed. We love you guys and if we ever decided to renew our vows, you'll be the first ones we call.

You can have a monogram light added, up-lighting (in whatever color you want – they use LED lighting), and extra speakers for additional sound. They were reasonably priced and have a guest request system that you can provide the info for your guests in your invitations, but they also do requests at the reception as well. They make sure the reception flows smoothly and they provide you with a schedule of the reception. They make sure that everything gets done and that they stay on schedule. Kelly and Susan are married and they tag team at the reception. Susan is in charge of the people at the reception, making sure that people are where they need to be at the right time. They also help you come up with fun ideas to help you personalize your wedding reception. They are a sweet couple and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a top notch DJ. Very professional couple as well.

Their website was very straightforward and easy to use, and Kelly was very personable throughout the whole process. We had a meeting the week before the wedding to nail down the final details, and I felt completely assured at the meeting that the wedding was in capable hands! The wedding went very smoothly, and Kelly and Susan did a great job of keeping the mood right and going smoothly. They were both fun and personable and easy to work with. My only complaint is that some songs were played during the reception that were not on our playlist, and we didn't enjoy a few of them. I would have preferred they completely stuck to our predetermined list. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and happy with Howe Weddings, and I would recommend them for an event or wedding! Very accommodating in meeting us near our house (which was an hour across town) and very competitive from a price standpoint.
