l. Once our decor and lighting were set up, the hall looked like it came from a fairytale. The uplighting services were adjustable on the fly, so we had a variety of color options displayed throughout the night - The food was absolutely delicious. People may find that the in house mandatory catering is a drawback, but it is so worth it. CN catering also holds a taste testing for your upcoming wedding that I would highly recommend attending. It gives you a good idea on the quality of the food they provide - Communication with our venue manager. Madison was on top of everything we asked her for, and she always made sure we were all on the same page/up to date on any changes that were being made. Overall, it’s a 10/10 from me and my wife. The hall and it’s services are a bit pricey, but you get the best quality and it’s 100% worth it. We had an amazing time hosting our wedding here.

people. Madison, truly was an amazing resource making sure our day went off without a hitch, along with the rest of the CN Catering staff that were there on our wedding day. From helping us get settled to assisting with hanging our neon sign, and everything in between we couldn't have been more pleased. The one thing we have heard from our guests about our day is how amazing the food was, not one person had a bad thing to say. From the mini tacos and meatballs as our hors d'oeuvres, and the main courses, and even the donut bar, all were so memorable, many even mentioning that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, and we definitely agree. Thanks again to the Howell and Dragon Staff as well as the CN Catering staff, we know we are so lucky to have a professional, helpful, and friendly group of people to look back on that we can credit the success of our wedding too!

f cleanliness. As a business owner we notice these things. The staff was attentive, the linens were clean and free of stains, and the venue was immaculate (even the bathrooms were clean). Then the food….. not your typical wedding food. Chicken was moist and flavorful and I do NOT like chicken, lol. I could go on, but for the sake of time I would recommend this venue without reservation.

at what they do and are so knowledgeable/experienced on all things wedding. We used several of their recommendations and could not be happier with our vendors. They also respond so quickly. The wedding day ran so smoothly due to the staff members. They were all so nice and went the extra mile to make the day so special. As we were getting ready in the bridal suite, one of the staff members noticed a champagne bottle and went to go get us a bucket of ice for it without us asking. This venue also is not nearly as expensive as some of the other venues in the area and is owned by CN Catering, which is the best catering company!!! I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could! Go with this venue!!

They were flexible and accomodating and took the necessary COVID precautions to make sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the night. All of our guests complimented us on such a beautiful space as well as how amazing the food was. I am so happy we had our wedding here and cannot thank the staff enough for making our night so special!!

They also took so many precautions for COVID & they did a great job making everyone feel very safe. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how they loved the venue & how good the food & service was! They provided all of the essentials like the catering, security, linens, plates, lighting, etc. The only things we had to get on our own was the cake, florals, DJ, & photographer. their in-house catering company is CN catering & the food was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Lexi was a dream to work with & very helpful, especially with all the COVID-19 craziness during planning. I could not be happier with my experience at Howell & Dragon. You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck!

David did a really great job of listening to our desires, but also recommending additional options that we hadn't considered and our wedding turned out beautifully. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was as well as how yummy the food was! CN Catering hit it out of the park. Everyone said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Hmm, the elotes. My husband and I highly recommend using Howell & Dragon and CN Catering for any of your special event needs. These guys are the utmost professional and will make your dream day come alive!

are gorgeous. I could not have picked a better venue. We got married 3/7/2020. Design: this is a beautiful space, that can be dressed up or down to fit your needs. For us, it allowed us to have a beautiful wedding without spending and exorbitant amount of money on florals and décor. Also, the spaces around the venue provide amazing spaces for taking pictures. Layout: the venue has two main spaces – a cocktail lounge and the larger ballroom. This makes it very easy to have the ceremony on site, move everyone to the cocktail lounge for drinks and apps, and “flip” the room from ceremony to reception. The cocktail space is beautiful, with a stunning bar display, and includes three sets of luxe lounge furniture. If you’ve been looking at the styles of venues on Instagram, you’ve probably seen many boho/industrial venues with beautiful lounges set up. However, at most venues, this furniture is not included, so you’d have to rent it at additional cost. At Howell and Dragon, it’s included in the space rental, which saves you $1-2k (crazy, right?) Additionally, the two-room setup gave older guests a place to hang out during the reception, in case they were less interested in the dance floor. Catering: Since the venue is owned by CN Catering, they are your catering vendor by default. This is actually a really good thing. The venue has a kitchen on site, so your food is not being carted across town and then reheated to serve – its being cooked right on site. CN has an extensive menu, but honestly they can make you anything. I know in-house caterers can be iffy for some venues ,but this is not the case with CN. They do plenty of events at other venues as well, so you know they are well respected, fairly priced, and do a good job. One wedding planner I talked to said she recommends them to any bride whose venue doesn’t come with an inhouse caterer, as in her opinion, they are some of the best in the industry, very professional, etc. Accessibility: The venue is all on one floor, and can be accessed via ramp or a short staircase from the street level. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a venue that strikes a good balance between luxe and industrial, stop looking. You’ve found it. The team here is very professional, and you won’t regret choosing them to host your day.

The whole team at CN catering was so amazing throughout the whole process leading up to our wedding day. A special shout out to Lexi, because she was the absolute best. We got so lucky with her! Everyone was helpful and they were always responsive to all of my questions. Aside from the beautiful aesthetic, the food was so delicious and affordable. We’re still reeling with happiness from how beautiful and tasty everything turned out. The vision we had for our wedding reception was truly captured because they took the time to work every detail out with us!

CN Catering was phenomenal and everyone loved the food. The staff cut the cake beautifully, which isn’t always the case at weddings. Execution was seamless and I just loved everything about this special day made possible by the entire crew.

The planning process with Lexi was easy and she was so helpful with suggestions. The night of the event, the catering staff was on top of everything at all times. They were just fantastic! Our event was great fun, everyone loved it and I credit that to working with Lexi and her team!

The lounge furniture in the cocktail space, the barn doors, and the white washed brick in the main ballroom create a one of a kind location for events! Can't wait to have our event here.
