Howl Music is operated by my wife and I. Being recently married means we understand all the pressures associated with weddings and know how important it is that everything goes perfectly. We offer a professional approach to providing a memorable entertainment experience. I have years of experience and pride myself on my quality DJ'ing. I tailor the music selection to your personal tastes to help make your big day special. To do this, I will talk to you ahead of time to make sure I get a list of "must plays" and "don't plays." I am also able to MC to announce your grand entrance, your first dance, and other special moments and will get a schedule ahead of time so that I won't miss a beat. Howl Music has equipment capable of indoor and outdoor weddings/receptions and can provide room lighting, dance floor lighting, wireless and wired microphones, and a fog machine for the dance floor. We also provide many other items such as fog, snow, or spark machines, bistro lighting, and gobos, accent lighting for cakes, bars, food stations, and floral arrangements, and more! Can’t say enough great things about Ethan. Had every song requested and even was able to make changes to our wedding playlist hours before start. Very professional and was always willing to help in every way possible. Thank you Ethan!!

Ethan was phenomenal! He was incredibly responsive during the booking process and made the music portion of wedding planning so easy! He was wonderful to work with and did a phenomenal job during the ceremony and reception. We had the best time and were so thankful we found DJ Howl via an internet search and reviews on The Knot. Thank you again for making our reception everything we dreamed it would be and more! We highly recommend DJ Howl!!

Ethan for so great!!! I legit gave him everything last minute, For the reception Father/Daughter dance and whatnot and he did great! I feel like its best to give the version of the song you like best via Spotify. That way you have the exact copy and he will be able to play it with ease. Thank you so much, Ethan, for a wonderful time and being so amazing.

Ethan was just awesome, to put it simply. He was there early to set up. He asked if there was any kind of dress code. He never let the party stop, which is exactly what I wanted. I avoided slow songs in the song list I sent him, and he worked flawlessly to make it all happen. He even took requests and blended them into whatever was already playing. Highly recommend! And thanks for driving 3 hours for us!

I could not be happier with the service we got from Ethan. We had a low budget mostly home done wedding and reception. He was very flexible, showed up early set up, worked through the blazing heat for the ceremony. At the reception, he got the party going with the music we had previously selected, and all the best dance tunes he added in. He took request and was very adaptive to the crowd. He kept the party going when time ran out, and even did some impromptu karaoke. It couldn’t have possibly gone better and I will certainly recommend to my friends.

Ethan Callahan is a Jackson, MS native, and is currently based in Madison, MS. He has been DJ'ing and providing quality wedding experiences for years, and graduated from Delta State University with a degree in Audio Engineering. He enjoys many different styles of music, which ensures he can put together a set to please any crowd. Music is his passion, and DJ'ing for you allows him to do what he loves.
