Hannah was amazing. She was originally going to be a guest, but she turned into our day of wedding coordinator without a second thought. Our wedding was not through a professional venue, we did it all on our own. She had 0 guidance on the location other than having help from our DJ, and she showed up with the best attitude and excitement. She understood my cues, communication, and went with the schedule without being too “pushy.” She did whatever she needed to do to make your special. I highly recommend Hannah!

Hannah was my saving grace at my wedding reception! She set everything up just how I wanted, spoke to all of my vendors ahead of time, communicated like an absolute pro and made the whole evening run so smoothly! She literally took all the stress away from the day, and to think I almost didn’t hire a day-of coordinator cause I didn’t think we would need one! We couldn’t have done it without her and we are so so thankful for her amazing services. 10/10 recommend!

HP coordinating was beyond perfect for our wedding day. I was hesitant at first thinking I didn’t need a planner but as time got closer I realized it was ALOT on my own and needed some help! I chose HP coordinating and it was the best decision ever. Hannah made everything go perfect on my wedding day. She helped me in anyway I needed it, during planning she gave me her opinions and thoughts and gave me great ideas, helped decorate and take down decor, would say things to guests that I didn’t feel comfortable saying, encouraged me to drink water throughout the day, helped keep everything on track, complimented me and made me feel perfect all day long! I would even text her every day up until the wedding day and her response time is so quick. She is the sweetest thing and it felt as if I had known her my whole life. I truly recommend Hannah to everyone, she is 5 stars in our opinion. You won’t regret her service!!

Honestly wasn’t sure if I needing a wedding coordinator but I’m so glad to have found Hannah! She is seriously the best! Has the best communication and will put your worries at ease! She came in on the wedding day and just immediately went to work! Definitely took care of my during the care and reminded me to eat and drink water! Hannah is seriously the best!
