This property was originally constructed in 1926 and has been carefully reinvented for wedding celebrations by the renowned artist and owner, Dawn Sweitzer.  On your big day, you'll have stunning indoor and outdoor spaces at your fingertips. HQ is the heart of the property, a 5,600-square-foot intimate space that boasts an impressive wood-barreled ceiling and charming hardwood floors. It also features its original exposed brick walls, adding a touch of industrial-chic sophistication. Get ready for the day or escape for a quick drink with your beloved in the second-story Lounge, a comfortable setting with plush furnishings and a private bar. HQ is ready to host receptions with up to 100 of your nearest and dearest. For more intimate wedding celebrations, The Gallery is ideal. This 1900-square-foot exposed brick building can accommodate up to 75 loved ones. With an abundance of windows that flood the space with natural light and rich designs, this area is perfect for intimate receptions, cocktail hour, or additional seating. Outside, you'll encounter the European-inspired Gardens. Featuring a 300-foot woodburning firepit, this is a wonderful space for a breath of fresh air or a cocktail hour under the stars.  The events team at HQ & The Gallery aims to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch on your beautiful day.
