Working with Anna for our month-of wedding planning was the best decision I could have made! Anna was so responsive, supportive and organized through the entire process. She let me go into my wedding day with ZERO stress; I knew she would not let us fail on our wedding day. Day of she also had her amazing colleague Bailey there who was always 5 steps ahead of us if we needed anything. They both were available and ready to help whenever we needed. Leading up to our wedding, there were countless issues with vendors, that I am sure to this day I still don’t know about. (thank you) It’s really important as a bride to connect with your planner, you spend a lot of time with this person leading up to your wedding. Your planner is literally by your side the entire day. Anna felt like part of our bridal party, everyone loved her but respected her “executive presence,” as my husband says. Anna will put you in your place when you need it, if you need it (admittedly, I did and thank god for her). Having Anna plan our wedding might be the best decision my husband and I have ever made. We were going back and forth about whether or not to get a planner, and in hindsight, THANK GOD we did. We had talked to a few other planners, but after our initial call with Anna it was an absolute no brainer to go with her. Right off the bat you could tell she's incredibly professional, experienced, smart, connected, organized, a bad ass, and she just gets it. We had a backyard wedding so there was a TON that needed to be planned & coordinated, and my husband and I can't make decisions to save our life, so we basically gave her the reigns and it was hands-down the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to (definitely not biased). But seriously - she has an amazing eye for design and was able to (with very little help from us) understand exactly what we wanted and nail it. It was elevated, warm, whimsical, and edgy all at the same time, and everything went off without a hitch. Anna even taught us how to smoke cigars LOL - she's the best!!!

When we knew this was going to happen the DAY BEFORE the wedding, she called me in the morning and said "I have already called 5 stores and am driving to Ikea now to purchase all the umbrellas they have." I’ve had the pleasure of working with Anna behind the scenes. While Anna’s weddings are nothing short of perfection, seeing the love she pours into each event is truly special. If you're reading this and unsure if you need a wedding planner, you DO, and you NEED ANNA! She is the best at what she does and you won't regret anything after booking her. My husband and I are budget savvy, and after a failed French destination wedding (covid ugh) we booked Anna for day of wedding coordination. We had spent our budget on planning with another planner in France, and honestly my biggest regret from my wedding is not getting Anna for full service. I wish we did our whole journey with her instead of only the 3 months or so beforehand. Why she's awesome: 1. She has the vision. She can see a space, hear an idea, see a color and immediately have your exact thoughts or inklings and make it come to life. 2. She goes the extra mile. And then some. We wanted to rent brass taper candle holders only from a rental company, but they didn't really justify a delivery and service fee. Anna offered, without us asking, to pick them up and drop them off before and after the wedding. She also picked up our loose florals from our florist for details photos. 3 extra stops she did not need to make just to make sure our day was perfect and we weren’t paying extra for silly things. 3. If you have a bad situation with a vendor, which unfortunately happened to us, she's the one you want by your side. We had a situation with our venue, and I literally witnessed Anna try 8 different ways to approach a ridiculous situation with our venue director to resolve it professionally and respectfully. She made me feel like I was important and in charge when the venue director made me feel belittled and small. I cannot speak enough for her character. 4. She keeps it real. There's no fuss, no extra charge for something silly. Just true, passion for weddings and genuine interest in making sure you have your best possible day. I think she just genuinely loves witnessing the love and joy shared on a wedding day, especially after getting to know the couples through planning. 5. Communication & response time is incredible. She is not a planner that won't answer you for 2-5 days and put an OOO on because it's 2022 and the busiest wedding season ever - she makes it happen. She emails, texts, and calls when appropriate and quickly. By the way, have I mentioned her radio-worthy honey voice? You will immediately feel more relaxed after a phone call with her. 6. Our entire friends and family kept telling us how amazing Anna is after the wedding. Specifically, my mom, who thought it wasn’t smart to have a planner, said to me, "Wow. You were right. We really needed Anna today. She has been so helpful and helped relieve lots of my stress too." 7. She catered her services to our needs. Like I mentioned before, my husband and I were budget savvy, because we didn't have the typical budget you might expect for a super fancy country club wedding. Anna knew that and provided some amazing options for decor for us when she knew we couldn't spend $5k+ on rentals alone. I have caviar taste on a costco budget, and I felt like my wedding was stellar. Thank you Anna for everything you did for us. You are truly amazing at what you do, and I hope you know how much you impacted not just our wedding day, but the entire wedding preparation journey. We’re so happy we chose you, and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Anna (Hudson Grey Weddings) is the best wedding planner ever. I never realized how much a wedding is like a theatrical production - you need a "stage manager" (Anna) there to direct, orchestrate, supervise, and feed you lines when you get performance anxiety. I would have been lost wandering the venue without her, for real - she was there by our side all day telling us where to go, where to stand, what to do, what to say. I have zero experience with weddings / wedding customs but working with her felt so natural, like your BFF is there guiding you through the process - se is just so cool, sweet, funny, and relatable/lovable. I'm so glad we found her, she really made the everything so seamless. Our wedding was a bit unusual in that we wanted everything kind of retro and different/unique and she knew just the vendors to use to make our "dream come true," everything was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't have known where to look for some of the things I wanted without her help, she just knows everything! I'm pretty sure she was able to get us some sweet deals as well - the perks of hiring a wedding planner! Anna is the best wedding planner a girl could ever ask for! She is resourceful, responsive, sincere, and gets shit done. She takes so much stress off of your plate as a bride to be and keeps the entire processing moving along so your big day is perfect. We have very few hiccups as the days was all so well planned out but anything that did come up was quickly addressed and resolved. Finding your wedding planner is a lot like dating. You let planners know you like them after you check out their profile, you go on a "first date" to see if you vibe and if they check the boxes of your must haves, and then commit to a year relationship once you find "the one. " I knew Anna was the wedding planner for me as soon as I met her, and I chose her after meeting with many others (at least 10!) I'm a type A person/bride. So finding a planner that I could trust to work towards a shared vision and take the burden off of me was huge. Anna did that and then some. If I was trying to describe something I wanted, but couldn't quite put it into words, Anna knew exactly what I meant and could bring that vision to life. Anna is not only a meticulous planner who comes with so much knowledge and advice about all things weddings, but she also became so much more for me. She was my hype woman when I had doubts , my confidant talking me down from wedding stressors, my protector when she was keeping everyone in line on wedding day, my straight shooter cutting through any external nonsense, and most importantly, my friend. If I could give Anna and Hudson Grey Weddings 10+ stars, I would! Anna was referred to me, and I certainly understand why. Simply put, she is a bride’s bestie! I actually started planning my destination wedding with a different planner but due to COVID and changing dates I had to switch planners, which was a blessing in disguise. I hired Anna from HudsonGreyWeddings as my day of coordinator, she was ready to get started and help me out right away, was extremely professional and punctual with all of our weekly calls. She helped me by staying in contact with all vendors, making sure all of our contracts made sense, pick out decorations, and plan out our ceremony/reception layout!! The day of the wedding could not have been better, she took care of EVERYTHING! Her team was extremely efficient and polite! I really do not know where to even begin. Anna was hands down the reason my wedding went off without a hitch.
