Hudson Stems communicated with me via text throughout the whole process to keep me informed and to make sure everything came out they way I wanted it to. They start by asking for pictures of the bouquet when you have it so they can view it fresh so they can make sure the colors are just so. They let you know when your bouquet arrives. They send you proofs of the work in advance so you can ask for changes if you want them. I didn't need any changes because their artists are fabulous and got it perfectly done the first time. Then you are notified when your chosen items are on the way to you.
Again, amazing company, amazing communication and customer service. I hope I have another event sometime with flowers so I can request their services again. I wish I had taken my bridesmaids' bouquets and had this done for them too. They would have loved it.
