Working with Stephanie was an absolute dream! We chose to do a small cutting cake with sheet cake in the bake in various flavors. It was so nice to give our guests variety! We also did a dessert table with a variety of delicious desserts. Stephanie managed the design and assembly perfectly and helped the spread look stunning. Our guests couldn't get over how amazing the desserts were. It was such a perfect addition to the day and i couldn't have done it without Hudson Sugars amazing customer service !

Stephanie was amazing to work with for our wedding. We did a cake-tasting box, which was delicious, very generous, and gave us a chance to take our time with the decision process. We went with a different flavor than we initially thought we would because we had a chance to try different options. Everyone was raving about the cake and how unique it was. We went with her Earl Grey with White Chocolate Buttercream for the bottom and the chocolate chocolate for the top. She delivered it and even set it up beautifully. We're soo happy with how it turned out.

Hudson Sugar By Sam, Stephanie, the owner and cake designer, crafted my my beautiful wedding cake for my on 8/5/23 all my guests were wowed by it. The cake was an absolute delight! With every bite, a burst of rich flavors and a delicate texture emerged. It struck the perfect balance between sweetness and moisture, evident of the immense love and expertise that went into its creation. I highly recommend Hudson Sugar By Sam for anyone with a discerning palate for sweets.

Stephanie was fantastic to work with! We live in the city and she literally drove from Nyack to the UES to hand deliver our cake tasting box! She was super attentive, supportive, responsive and flexible. She went out of her way to make us happy and worked with our vision, making suggestions only when we were a bit unsure of things. Stephanie even went another step above and beyond to meet my cousin the night before the wedding to add edible flowers my cousin needed to get to her. I highly, highly recommend Hudson Sugar by sam and if I never need more baked goods, I know who I’m calling first!

One of the best cake experience I’ve had. The lady was very friendly and great with communication. I had the cake sample box.The presentation was amazing and the flavors was tasty and out of this world. 10/10
