The booking process was simple and we got exactly what we paid for; hotel transportation to and from the venue. Our driver, Steve, even checked in with us the day before the wedding where I provided him with the shuttle schedule and he executed it with ease. He made sure everyone was brought back to the hotel all within the contracted time and was very friendly and patient.

Hudson Valley Charter Services was great to work with. We ordered two 56 person buses to bring our guests from the hotel to the venue. The way back was a little more complicated because we were having an after party at the venue. We needed a certain amount of people to get on the first bus (leaving after reception) otherwise we needed the first bus to come back for a second trip after the after party. We made a deposit for that extra trip but when it wasn't needed, they promptly returned that deposit since we didn't need the extra trip. They were flexible and understanding with our situation. Prices were the best I've seen around. Dina was responsive by both phone and email. I could not have asked for a more seamless experience. Thank you!

We had a great experience with our charter service! Hudson Valley Charter successfully transported our guests from Hotel Zero Degrees to Le Chateau (and back again). The buses were clean and the drivers were friendly. I appreciate that the bus from the hotel waited for the bridal party as they were caught in traffic. Thanks again!

We paid & contracted 2x 56 person buses for Saturday 9/25. Unfortunately, only one bus showed up to the hotel where our guests were staying, leaving well over a dozen of our guests stranded and forced to Uber/Taxi up to our venue which was over 40 mins away. Due to Hudson Valley Charter’s lack of ability to deliver the second bus, our ceremony was delayed by 25 mins which ultimately cut into our reception and dancing time. We specifically contracted 2x buses to avoid this exact issue as Taxi/Uber's are scarce in the area as compared to NYC where most of our guests were traveling from. We were so embarrassed that our guests had to find their own transportation due Hudson Valley Charter not providing the second bus. This could have been resolved if their team was able to effectively communicate throughout the wedding planning process and provide the second driver's phone number, but they never followed up with that information. To add to that embarrassment, my husband was dealing with multiple people from Hudson Valley Charter while he was trying to enjoy our wedding morning/afternoon. The gentlemen from HVC was extremely unprofessional and unorganized at communicating the timeline. Avoid the stress, embarrassment and headache and use another company for transportation!
