Donna provided us the most beautiful wedding flowers!! Everyone was complimenting the centerpieces and wanted to take them home. She understood my vision and executed perfectly!

Hudson Valley Floral was spectacular! Donna is so nice and really knows how to make your visions come to life. I was definitely annoying throughout the process because I couldn't decide on what florals we wanted at our wedding -- Donna was very patient with me and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Everyone was talking about how amazing the florals were! Lastly, the pricing from Hudson Valley Floral won't break your bank like a lot of other places around. If you're not sure, you should 100% use Hudson Valley Floral for your wedding!

Donna is incredible. She delivered exactly what I asked for on the day of our wedding, and even made me a prototype of my bouquet at no charge so I could review it prior to the day-of. Incredibly talented, the exact look I was going for (and I can be a rather hard-to-please perfectionist!)

If you are looking for budget friendly, simple/ rustic bouquets and greenery Donna and her team are great! I found Donna and her team through the Knot and my biggest concern during the process of wedding planning was fitting into our budget which she definitely met. I would love to give Donna and her team more than 3/5 but her communication throughout the entire process was very poor to the point that I was going to cancel her as my florist and hire someone else. But every time I did get a hold of her I felt that she understood what I was looking for. As a bride it is extremely stressful and as a vendor communication is KEY to keep clients happy and allow time for change in plans. I had initially reached out to Donna on THE KNOT which she never responded too and I happened to call her after seeing how many good reviews she had gotten. In a burst of luck she answered the phone and we set up a meeting to discuss my upcoming wedding. She had told us 1 week to get a quote....that took a month....called, emailed, called again with inability to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full and FINALLY she answered with an apology about how busy October is. Okay fine, I understand busy after Covid, backed up weddings, i get it...but once again communication is super important. I was told by a peer that had utilized her for the wedding that her communication is poor but trust the process because she did amazing work for her wedding. So i stuck it out. OVERALL, she did beautiful work, she remained within my budget, our discussions though few, were reflected about 80% in the wedding. I had requested a cascading bouquet, it was not a ball but it was also not cascading , we did not receive my toss bouquet, so we did not do a bouquet toss, and we were missing greenery for our unity candle ceremony where my Day of Coordinator took the greenery and florals from our welcome sign to place on the table and then returned it to its original place. BUT the most important things like centerpieces, our arch (which fell over because of wind, the venue had to secure it better to the ceremony area), bridesmaids' bouquets, and our sweetheart table were all beautiful. The color scheme was perfect though I wish we had added more variety in the toffee/terracotta colors. I would recommend Hudson valley floral to another bride for budget friendly pricing, a personable person behind the phone, and someone who listens to your Initial design; but if you are looking for someone to respond quickly and act fast with changes in your wedding, unfortunately this is where they are lacking tremendously.

Absolutely GORGEOUS! Donna was incredible to work with, she was responsive, on time, and brought my vision to life. She dressed up a very rustic space to make it look elegant and absolutely stunning. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Hi Brides! I hope this review helps you to make an informed decision. First I would like to start with my consultation meeting. I arrived with my mother and MIL to our appt. in Pleasant Valley to the studio where the florist was not in. Her girls did not know about the meeting, made a phone call and attempt to cancel was made. We drove 45 minutes so we did not want to reschedule. Second, every email you send the florist, an automatic response is bounced back to you that she will return your email in 2 business days. This was never the case, including calls. I supplied pictures with coloring and ideas for all sorts of arrangements I requested. My vision was clear. On the day of my wedding, when I walked into my room, it was as if my flowers were completely mistaken with another brides. Colors were far off from what I requested. I should also add the biggest disappointment being my father's memorial chair at the reception. I asked for garland on the chair and instead for a long thick bouquet like grouping of greenery tied with a white ribbon and hung from the chair. It made zero impact. I requested that my photographer take my picture with it. You can imagine my disappointment when I saw it. Donna came to fix my centerpieces but not my bouquets which were in all my photos. Her apology was done via email. Now that my wedding is over I am hearing that many florist make a mock up of what you request. I did not get one. I suggest asking for one before your big day. To say I am disappointed, is an understatement. Choose wisely.

Donna's work is superb and it was truly wonderful to work with her. There is a reason she has won so many awards - but truly her work speaks for itself. We arranged our reception hall the night before the wedding - Donna and her crew came in the following day, while we were running around like crazy, and really did such a fantastic job of making it so incredibly beautiful. She was really in tune with what we wanted to do and worked to get it all done within our budget. The quality of her flowers is incredible. My wife was able to dry out her bouquet and it is still stunning! We highly recommend you reach out to Donna if you are looking for a florist who will help make your wedding plans into a beautiful reality!

Donna is AMAZING! I was a very detail orientated bride who was very specific about the look of my wedding. I must have changed my mind a million times. Donna at Hudson Valley Floral was incredible to work with! When we met we discussed our ideas and she was able to turn those ideas into the most beautiful florals at our wedding! Her prices were reasonable, the flowers were on time, and they were more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. The day of my wedding, my venue was giving her a hard time about where she could place arrangements and Donna was so professional about it, I barely knew there was an issue. Unfortunately due to Covid my husband and I weren’t able to have our dream wedding. We decided to elope and I reached out to Donna about still having her make me a bouquet. I sent her two ideas. When I went to pick up the bouquet I was in awe. It was more amazing than I could have even imagined, I wish I could attach a picture to show you all. I’m so thankful for her, she really made my day perfect. I hope to be able to work with her in the future.

I can't say enough about Donna. From the moment I met her, I just knew that she would make this process any easy one. I provided her with random pictures of specific flowers, bouquets, and arch pieces that I liked without too much of a direction and she provided us with the most incredible floral arrangements on our wedding day this past weekend. Her work is stunning and she was so helpful and understanding as we tried to figure out what we were going to do given the current pandemic. We ended up significantly downsizing our ceremony and postponing our reception until next year, which she will be providing the florals for as well. She also designed the floral arrangements for my bridal shower, which were equally stunning and like nothing I had ever seen. If you are thinking about hiring Donna for your event, just do it! I don’t even know where to begin — My fiancé and I were one of the many couples with large receptions canceled due to the pandemic. Rescheduling was not what we wanted in our hearts so we scrambled to throw together a quick, private elopement. We asked Donna if she would be willing/able to throw together a bouquet and a boutonnière for us—- Donna not only agrees, but arrives With the bouquet, a full blown arch with a floral arrangement , florals for a mantle and more. When we met with Donna, it was a scattered conversation of us TRYING to relay our floral vision: a collection of random inspiration from Pinterest, Instagram, and real-wedding features, and a lot of “I kind of like this” and “almost like that.” We still do not understand how Donna took our poorly articulated vision and perfectly executed the wedding florals in every aspect. From the ceremony to reception- we look back at our photos and they are 100x more beautiful because of Donna’s beautiful floral work. We received so many compliments on our flowers and it is 100% because of Donna & the Hudson Valley Floral crew. She is the best y’all- book her ASAP.

Donna and Hudson Valley Floral delivered on our vision for unique seasonal bouquets and centerpieces featuring white ranunculus, garden roses, greenery, panda anemone, winter berries, and pine cones. Everything was easy as could be, and our flowers were delivered, set up, and broken down that day on-time and we never had a single issue. Our Wedding was this past month on the coldest day in November and our flowers were nothing short of heart warmingly perfect. Donna truly takes your vision from your head or Pinterest and knows how to make it come to life. She is extremely responsive with all your questions and we had a lot. She is fair and reasonable working within the budget that's best for you. Even after the wedding my bouquet lasted over two weeks before I had to finally say goodbye. We could not have picked a better florist. Donna is a good soul and a wonderful person to work with if you are lucky enough to snatch her up for your wedding.

We had our wedding over a week ago and my bouquet is still sitting in a vase beautiful as ever! Donna is simply amazing. She knew right away the vision I was going for—simple yet elegant. I am not in love with greens and she made me an AMAZING bouquet with little to no greenery… I was blown away! Her style is unique and so much better than the competition out there, not to mention she is so affordable for a wedding budget. She really puts her all into making sure your day is special. When I met her for the final payment she gave me a huge hug and made sure to ask me how I was doing with everything- and on the day of she found me face to face to make sure I was happy..having that sort of support from a vendor is HUGE!!! Not to mention her communication. I switched things a MILLION times and she was still nice to me.. lol! I was back and forth between cake flowers, had last minute uncertain decorating for the day, as well as a loss in my family. Donna is so patient and willing to make sure that what I envisioned was executed. She is a sweetheart and all of my florals, decor and centerpieces looked amazing.. I wish I could have flowers from her on a weekly basis. I highly suggest that everyone looks into Donna as she will make your floral planning stress free. Donna is brilliant! She listens to exactly what you want and makes it into a reality. On my wedding day it was like walking into a dream. She worked with every creative idea I had and executed it perfectly. She was very easy to communicate with and was open to everything i wanted to do.

Donna, the owner, was incredible and very professional from our initial messages! I kind of booked her on a whim and then focused on other vendors for a few months because I trusted her so quickly. Luckily, it worked out wonderfully for me. A bit before the wedding we sat down together and she helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. It was executed perfectly. Fast forward to wedding day, I could not be happier with how everything came out. My bouquet was perfect, the bridesmaids bouquets complimented mine perfectly and the other arrangements for decor were perfect. I cannot recommend Hudson Valley Floral enough.

Donna was truly a blessing to work with. One of the most impressive things about her was her overall style and communication when making my dream flower inspirations come true. I communicated mostly thru phone & e-mail, because I reside in Boston, MA -- and she remained attentive & helpful during the entire wedding process. Donna is also very flexible, because literally 1 week before my wedding, I decided on additional candle tapers & votives for my centerpieces -- and she was able to accommodate me with no problem! Overall, my flowers were amazing and the guests could not stop talking about them. My guests were fighting in whom would take the centerpieces home. The cake flowers, boutonnieres, bouquets, centerpieces, & gift/ escort table were all done by her. The flowers matched perfectly with my wedding colors: mulberry & dusty pink - and really made my wedding look romantic & elegant. It was all a show stopper. I recommend anyone planning a wedding to look at her Instagram and see her gorgeous arrangements. It will be hard not to choose her, especially with her reasonable quotes in the Hudson Valley. Donna is a total UNICORN florist. She's absolutely amazing. Her work is gorgeous - we showed her photos of what we were looking for for bouquets, bouts, arrangements and decoration for a chuppah and she totally nailed it! They were even better than we could have imagined. Other florists in the area quoted me multiple times as much for the same service. If you need a florist in the Hudson Valley: Donna is IT. She's incredible. The on-and-off rain unfortunately meant that we didn't get to use our beautifully decorated chuppah (instead improvising with curtain poles indoors) - but we got absolutely amazing photos with it anyway! 10/10 recommend (my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and I got compliments on it all night).

Donna did an incredible job of bringing my wedding floral vision to life. I know pretty little about flowers and was not entirely sure how to communicate my vision, but Donna was able to put together stunning arrangments!! I wanted a lot of colors, but I also wanted to keep it romantic and moody. I also wanted it to look like there were just tons of flowers everywhere. Donna did just that! I also really appreciate Donna's honesty and fairness in pricing. I requested that if the flowers I liked were too expensive, that she find similar looking but less expensive flowers to replace them. Donna is very sensitive and receptive to your needs/concerns/desires. She is also a super sweet person to work with. I believe she is a true artist that focuses on her client's vision. I highly recommend booking her services for all of your floral needs!!

At our first meeting Donna understood exactly what I wanted. She was able to articulate what I couldn't and every suggestion she had made me swoon. It was such a pleasure working with Donna she was so sweet and is very talented. I couldn't be happier with the bouquets, and the arch she created was breath taking! My only regret is I wasn't able to enjoy the centerpieces the following weeks because we were on our honeymoon!

From our first email, Donna was a delight to work with! She will come up with an extraordinary floral plan based on your vision, even if you're not totally sure on what you want. On top of that, she is incredibly adaptable. She came up with a few different iterations of floral ideas, especially when I changed my color scheme a few months in! She also went above and beyond, giving me color advice for our groomsmen's outfits, based on the bridesmaid dresses and the florals. What about the flowers? Breathtaking! I didn't know 100% what the florals would look like, and wow! Everyone has been gushing over how gorgeous the flowers were, from the bouquets to the boutonnieres to the wedding arch to the blossoms on our wedding cake. I love the color and life she added to our wedding day -- Donna is a true artist and clearly puts love into everything she does. I'd recommend her a thousand times over!
