I have had a great experience using Hudson-Poole! I have consistently had issues with the prongs for my ring for years. I finally took it in to have it looked at. Even though the ring was not purchased from Hudson-Poole, they were very welcoming and willing to see what they could do to help me get it fixed! The customer service is fantastic! I highly recommend Hudson-Poole for all your jewelry needs!
