nt the limo and transportation are and if you pay a lot, you shouldn't have to worry too much. This was not the case. I was so excited for this part and it was awful. Nothing worked including the AC, driver didn't help with the music so we had just static radio (did try and figure anything out while we were in the church either). The owner is so greedy and won't give us a least a half refund for what my bridesmaid called the ride of death(hottest day of the year with no AC). I can't even get into the customer service from the driver AND the owner was worse.
It was really upsetting.
