absolutely delicious. I usually don't like wedding cake because it tends to be dry and not very flavorful but Kim's cake was one of the best cakes I've ever had. We got so many compliments on the taste! She offers many flavor combinations which helped us make something special for our wedding. She even made small sugar kumquats to put on our cake (we had a citrus theme). We are so happy we went with Kim for our wedding cake!

She has some of the most delicious flavors and her buttercream frosting is exactly what buttercream frosting should be. If you're lucky enough to work with her she will make your wedding cake dreams come true!! Looking forward to the anniversary cakes we hope she'll make for us for years to come :)

From the adorable set up on the back porch, complete with fresh iced coffee, to the exceptional flavors, I am so glad that I came across her! She created a beautiful 5 tier wedding cake (from a couple photos I provided) along with cupcakes for our dessert table, and we could not have been happier with the results! Our guests loved the flavors and we had just a couple slices left at the end of the night that we were able to take with us for later. Highly highly recommend!

immediately that she was the person for us. We challenged her by requesting a cake that incorporated marbled fondant, gold leaf accents, and edible sugar crystals. She delivered on this challenge and designed the perfect cake, including each and every one of our design requests as well as our colors (icy blue, blush, grays, silvers and golds). The flavors, although hard to decide, were outrageous. We chose lavender honey with Bavarian cream, and chocolate sea salt caramel with chocolate ganache. Each flavor she offered was different and delicious; it was incredibly hard to decide, but all of our guests were happy with our decisions. Kim's attention to detail and willingness to try something different made this experience one of our favorites. We cannot wait to work with Kim again in the future - true talent and exceptional work.

I trusted her so much that I asked her to surprise us on the flavor of our little cutting cake and she did not disappoint! I highly recommend Kim - she was so great to work with and really provides a superior product!

eam to work with! We started off with her homemade ice cream sandwiches (which were the best I've ever had!) for our rehearsal dinner. Our 3-tiered wedding cake was very elegant and simple and tasted incredible and she also made us a delicious dessert bar! She also made us yummy caramels as our favors! It was all perfect!

an the last! We settled on a 3 tier white cake with raspberry buttercream, and a sheet cake of lemon cake with lemon curd and strawberry buttercream. The cake was beautifully decorated, just as we discussed and even more tasty than I remembered! Everything was handled with the upmost professionalism, and personal service. We would highly recommend Hummingbird for any of your Cleveland area bakery needs!
