Wedding Ceremony As Easy As 1-2-3 1) Contact Hummingbird Wedding Service via phone, email or Facebook messenger to book your ceremony date/time! 2) Contact your local County Clerk's Office to obtain your Marriage License. 3) Show up at to your venue or loaction of choice on your scheduled date/time with your Marriage License in hand, dressed & ready to say "I Do"! ​ The County Clerk's Office in the county you reside in must issue your Marriage License 3 days PRIOR to your ceremony. (Your License is valid for 30 days from date of application.)
