The restaurant offered us a tasting at no expense and presented a smaller showcase of what they were going to offer at our wedding. The restaurant and staff-maintained communication throughout the entire process and allowed us to make changes as necessary to the menu that better suited our wants and needs. Our guests were so pleased with our menu.

My daughter and her husband wanted street tacos, but these weren't just any street tacos! We had carne guisada, chicken, and shrimp. All 3 varieties were amazing! And for the cocktail hour, we had there chips and quest...muy bueno! I highly encourage anyone to use Hungry Horse for any catering event!

ly. When me and my new husband entered the reception, our food was waiting for us to ensure we ate!! I heard so many stories about the bride and groom never actually eating but Steve made sure we were taken care of. At the end of the night, they even packed up the leftovers to send us home with!!
We also ordered casseroles as a late night snack for our guests and they were just as delicious!!! Every single casserole got eaten.
I highly, highly recommend the Hungry Horse. They were absolutely fabulous throughout the entire planning process and executed it flawlessly.

(we were from out of town) and when we went out to the area to take care of some other wedding errands, our venue coordinator called James and told him we were coming by to try their food. When we got there, we were loaded down with a table full of food (literally like 6 entrees) all on the house. The food was so stinkin good that we decided to book them immediately.
We went with chicken and chicken fried steak for the wedding and it was wonderful! We have received so many compliments from people about how good the food was. On the wedding day, they were so professional and served our buffet line super fast. They also stuck around and bused the tables for us, served the cake for an additional (small) fee, and packaged all the left overs up so when our family was picking up that night, it was already good to go. I cannot say enough good things about Hungry Horse! You should totally hire them for your wedding!

Honest tastings too, exactly how the food would taste at the wedding after being stored for a little bit. The food was amazing and my guests kept complimenting it, even my Chef Brother-in-law had great things to say about the food. I appreciate practical creativity, and that is how I would describe them. So if you want great, home-cooking with a custom flair, Hungry Horse is your choice. No question about it!
