About this vendor
Based in Dallas, TX, Hunsinger I provide wedding photography that focuses on authenticity and being unobtrusive. When you look through your photos I want to feel like you are reliving them in the same moment. I don't stage these moments; I position myself to be in the place before they occur. This is where experience comes in. I'm looking for those little intimate looks between you and your family that you share that only you and I can understand when you see them.
I will occasionally whisk you away for a few minutes when the light is perfect to capture some stunning portraits. Other than those brief interludes, you'll hardly notice I'm there. Just enjoy your party, confident that your photos will be breathtaking.
My style is timeless, ensuring that the only way to date these photos is by the fashion and trends of the time. In other words, I don't use any filters to change the mood or tone of the day; documentary is about realism. I focus on true-to-life tones and color and a realistic portrayal of your wedding day, preserving the authentic essence of every moment.

I cannot say enough good things about Nathan, our wedding photographer! He was incredibly organized and thoughtful from start to finish and was an absolute pleasure to work with! A...
nd the other photographer, Andy, that he worked with during our rehearsal dinner and wedding, was also a gem. Nathan's eye for capturing beautiful candid moments during our engagement photo shoot, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding was amazing. Every time I look through our photos, I love them more and more.
Nathan’s photojournalistic approach perfectly captured the genuine fun, love, and joy of our day. He was fun to work with and even carried my husband's shirt in the Texas heat for an hour so he could change outfits during our engagement shoot. His pricing was very competitive and the quality of our photos exceeded our expectations!
He was also quick to edit any photos we requested, ensuring everything was perfect, even fixing minor issues like closed eyes in group shots. We are thrilled with the final photos and highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a talented and reliable wedding photographer. He will be my go-to photographer for any other large events/parties I have in the DFW area!!
Nathan did an amazing job with our engagement photos and with our wedding photos.
Thousands of photos, and every single one was a banger. Every. Single. One. His journalistic eye caught the moments we wanted to remember most. His instincts to anticipate the mome...
nt has him ready. We have one older relative who rarely smiles. Like once every three years. Nathan was in place to get those few times he did smile that day. Of course, I look fly as hell in every pic — but so much of that was him knowing what I wanted for the day. And beyond the pics, he was working w the DJ and doing all the things to ensure we had an unforgettable day. 100/100 recommend!!
We looked through a lot of photographers hoping to find one that would be able to perfectly capture the candid style we were looking for, and after getting recommended Nathan, we k...
new he was the one. We had him do our Engagement photos as well as our Wedding photos and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Nathan went above and beyond during our wedding as he not only perfectly captured all of our big moments, but all of the small things as well.
He is an extremely talented photographer who is professional, personable, responsive, and highly recommended.
We had the honor of having Nathan as our photographer at our wedding this past June. I cannot recommend him enough. All of my family and friends absolutely loved the photos. We are...
over the moon with our documentary style wedding photos. Every photo of that we got back was absolutely beautiful and captured our wedding perfectly. From getting ready all the way to our grand exit! He was incredibly professional! When it came to taking the big family photos, he made so speedy so that we could get to the reception quickly, and they all looked so great! He even had a second shooter to make sure every special moment was captured. I especially appreciated that he was on the dance floor capturing all of the fun when the dance floor did open up. We will keep these photos and have captured the most beautiful day of our lives so close our hearts. We are incredibly thankful for Nathan and again cannot recommend him enough!! If you’re thinking about booking him, just do it!! You won’t regret, I promise!!!!

t came to providing direction and injecting creativity into the shots. Not everybody feels comfortable being the subject of photos, but Nathan projects calm and makes it easy. This is someone who understands how to capture those candid interactions that can make for forever memories.
