s those whose photo he is capturing give the very best of themselves, as he sets a positive and helpful tone by giving good guidance for pictures (because some people totally scramble when a camera is pointed at them). From a tactical standpoint, he not only captured the absolute best parts of our wedding reception, for which we requested his services for, but also edited them in a way that accurately fit the vibe of our event. He found the right golden tones that were scattered throughout the space to come through and make my partner and I look as ethereal as we felt that night. Our favorite photos of the night were in our getaway car - which was a vintage taxi cab from the 1960's to fit the classic vibe of our New York City wedding. Hunter captured our exit from the reception and then was very proactive by sharing so many fun ideas of how to pose us outside and inside the car. Thanks to his creativity and eye for capturing that natural yet cinematic love, we now have so many treasured photos now to remember from one of the most important nights of our life. We wanted someone who would take fun and candid photos of our guests at the party which was held in the Birchwood Hotel ballroom. This was not an easy “ask” given the short notice and it was for only several hours. After numerous inquiries with no luck in sight, our wedding planner, Erika O’Brien, came up with the best solution. Her husband had a lot of experience with photo shoots at engagement parties and other events and was more than happy to help us out in this tough situation. We were so happy he was our photographer. Hunter took so many great pictures of friends, family, the food and decor - everything. He truly captured the fun and excitement of “the night before”. Hunter sent us a file with all of the pictures within just a few days after the wedding. What a fast turnaround and the pictures are exactly what we had hoped for.
