Huntingdon Valley Country Club

From the moment we toured HVCC, we knew that it would be the perfect setting for our wedding. We were married at HVCC in October 2022 and it did not disappoint. The venue and grounds were a beautiful backdrop for photos, and we loved that every event of the day was in a different setting - ceremony in the courtyard, cocktail hour on the balcony, and reception in the ballroom. The food and drinks were great, and the entire team was extremely attentive, polite and friendly and kept the day running smoothly. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and we are so happy that we chose HVCC as our venue!

My husband and I got married at the Huntingdon valley country club May of 2022. There is zero communication and a lot of over promising and under delivering. There was not enough staff for a 100 guest count wedding. (Which is not the employees fault) When my bridal party arrived in the morning to get ready at the venue, the bridal suite was dirty with trash over flowing from the previous wedding. The wedding coordinator was Mia most of the wedding day. When guests were arriving to the venue there was no one there to greet them inside or outside so guests were just kind of wandering around the country club. A lot of guests saw the bride before the ceremony because of this. The food itself, desserts, and drinks were very good. Overall, I would not recommend this venue.

I have a great deal to say about HVCC!!!!! - VENUE -We had seen a couple venues in person, but we were impressed by the beauty of HVCC. The vision we had was a rustic elegance and the Club fit this perfectly for us. We had hoped to have our ceremony outside in the front garden, but it rained so we hosted in the ballroom. It was stunning to say the least as they had just renovated the entire wing of the event space. We were even lucky enough to use the Chiavari chairs as they purchased them for the club vs us renting from them. Again with the rain, we appreciated the quick switch by the staff and florists to set everything up for our ceremony. Once we said I Dos, it was time to celebrate with everyone! The staff flipped our event space as we enjoyed cocktail hour and our DJ in the loft area so we had more dance floor. Simply beautiful. -ORGANIZATION- Originally, we worked with Danielle Skinner for setting up our big day. She was on top of every detail from food, vendors, and even décor. Danielle was full of insight and wonderful ideas. She event laid out for the entire planning process with a timeline to get everything we wanted done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, Danielle left HVCC right before our wedding date to pursue her own event company. Luckily, we asked her to continue to work with us and she became somewhat our liaison with the new Event Director (*lack of communication). We did meet the new Director briefly at our tasting, yet that was the most communication we had with her. I think she showed for a moment on our actual day- Little odd as we thought she would have been more involved, but everything was great thanks to Danielle! -FOOD- The food at our tasting was exceptional. However, at our actual wedding it was not the same quality which is to be expected as the food was made for a larger party than the 6 of us (*fee for after 4 people... In my opinion, should be able to include both parents = 6 ). Our meals were cold, but that could have been because we were doing our special dances so they didn't retain heat. Would've been nice if they were covered for us. -SERVICE- The staff for the day was awesome! They made sure everyone had their food, drinks, and a great time. The Banquet Manager was very attentive and kind. He checked in with my husband and I several times throughout the night. -OVERALL- It was an amazing day full of love and celebration for all our family and friends! It was perfectly imperfect... all the way to my husband having two left shoes!

HVCC was an amazing place to have our wedding! From the moment we took our tour we knew we wanted their picturesque views and architecture to be our backdrop for our special day. The staff were extremely professional and the food was outstanding. We were so proud to bring our family and friends to this venue and we couldn't have been happier with our choice!

We had our daughter's wedding this past weekend. Allison and her staff did a fantastic job. The venue is beautiful. The food is excellent and the staff is very attentive. It was everything that we envisioned. Allison made sure that every detail was handled. She made sure we stayed on schedule. We can't wait to see all of the pictures.

HVCC is a completely beautiful venue. My husband and I fell in love with it the first time we saw it. The grounds and the hand painted ceiling add such a charming look to it. The staff is super friendly and the food is great! We're really thankful to everyone who made the overall experience one that we won't forget.

I completely fell in love with HVCC the very first time we visited. After considering 15 different venues, we knew HVCC was the one. It has the historic charm that we were looking for, coupled with a beautiful golf course view. The service on our wedding day was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious (all of our guests loved the food), and the service staff was super friendly. We only have a couple of pictures from our photographer back, but we can already tell that they're going to be beautiful because of the perfect scenic back drops everywhere at HVCC. Highly recommend!

This venue is truly a marvel! Our guests were in complete awe of the old stone building and the large terrace overlooking the golf course. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The coordinator was out-of-this world. The food tasted phenomenal. This country club can't be beaten with all that's included. It was definitely a day to remember for a lifetime!

Due to covid, my original plans have been postponed to late 2021; however my fiancée and I wanted to still get married on our original 2020 date. HVCC came to the rescue with an AMAZING covid-safe event outdoors for 31 people. Honestly I couldn’t have imagined a better day, and I feel like this change of plans was truly a blessing in disguise. Our day at HVCC was so special, and the team made every little detail perfect. They exceeded all my expectations and I will be forever grateful for our beautiful micro wedding! Thank you Danielle and team!!

HVCC was the perfect venue for us! Words can’t even begin to express how amazing the day and venue were. HVCC has so many amazing qualities about it, from its vintage vibe to its elegant ballroom, and beautiful grounds and landscape. It has so much to offer any couple that is looking to get married there. But of course that is only part of what makes it such a wonderful venue. The staff really makes your experience that much better, Maggie in particular. She handled every question, comment, and situation with ease. Anything we needed or if something wasn’t right, Maggie was on it! Even down to Maggie on her hands and knees cleaning my dress after someone stepped on it with their muddy footprint before the ceremony started. We had nothing to worry about that day except getting married, which is a huge relief! We are more than grateful for the amazing staff who made our day even more perfect. We fell in love with HVCC the moment we visited and are so grateful our date was available. Our day was beyond perfect and we still have people commenting on how amazing our venue was. We hope anyone who decides to get married at HVCC has just as an amazing experience!

I have only great things to share about Huntingdon Valley Country Club. The food was incredible - have received so many compliments on the food. We had the beef tenderloin and the crab cake. Both unbelievable. The bartenders were the best I’ve ever seen an a wedding. The drinks were made perfectly, and tasted amazing. They were so friendly and fun and received so many compliments on the bartenders and waitstaff. They truly catered to us. The grounds were beautiful. And lastly - Maggie. I am so impressed by her. She was our wedding coordinator and made everything clear and easy from start to finished. She is very professionally, nice, and makes everything go your way. I gave her very specific instructions on set up, timeline, etc. and everything was followed perfectly. She did a great job setting up the day of and I didn’t even have to think about anything for a second. She helped bustle my dress, helped my dress and veil walking down the aisle and made everything so smooth. She is definitely one that makes HVCC a great as it is. Would recommend to anyone.

We had an incredible experience working with HVCC for our wedding. The venue is beautiful and blew our guests away with the views and gorgeous space. We were so impressed by the bridal suite and getting ready there turned out to be a true highlight of the day. The ballroom fit our 160 guests exactly right and was gorgeous with the ceiling and lights. We loved the space for the DJ up above the crowd! Finally, working with Maggie and the team at HVCC was enjoyable and simple. It was exactly what we wanted and would do the exact same thing again :)

Huntingdon Valley Country Club is not only a beautiful and spacious venue for a wedding, but the events are managed by a tremendous staff. Working with Maggie was a delight throughout the entire process. She was there with prompt responses to all emails and texts in the months leading up to the wedding and made sure our wedding day was more than we could have wished and planned for. Everyone at the wedding raved about the venue and the food. You get access to a whole wing of the country club, including the huge patio area with a great view of the golf course. Everything on the day of our wedding went off without a hitch. Maggie and Chelsea were there for any minor adjustments and last minute needs that we had, and everything was extremely punctual. We couldn't have asked for a better, more memorable experience. We highly recommend HVCC to any and all looking for a magical wedding experience.

Maggie was an absolute dream to work with. Aside from being very responsive throughout the entire wedding process, I was amazed to see that she put together our wedding the exact way we had envisioned it with the details that were given to her (decorations, etc.). We could not have asked for a better venue, and if I could do it all again, I would not do anything differently!

Our wedding at HVCC was simply phenomenal. The moment you arrive at this venue you are taken aback by its grandeur and beauty. Our guests were incredibly complimentary of our choice and said it was on the prettiest venues they had been too. In addition to the setting the food and service here will not leave you disappointed. For weeks after the wedding we heard compliments about the bar staff, food quality and excellent customer service provided by the entire staff. I would be remiss without taking a moment to mention Maggie as she is an absolute gem to work with. She thought of every detail including some we missed and made sure the day of the wedding went as smoothly as possible. From helping with flowers to finding emergency blister band aids for the groom her customer service is simply spot on. She was so easy to work with by the end of our event it truly felt more like a friendship then a business transaction. This location is an excellent pick for anyone looking to have their wedding in the Philadelphia area without being directly in the hustle and bustle of the city. I guarantee if you check this place out it will be hard to imagine having your event anywhere else.

Our wedding day really was perfect and HVCC was a huge part of that! From the room, to the food to Maggie Meakim, our experience in working with HVCC was a delight. Maggie is a pro and answered every question quickly and thoroughly and made suggestions where appropriate. I found HVCC to be very competitive regarding pricing in the market and having the cake from Brendenbeck’s and the fact that you are their only wedding on your day is awesome! The food was great and we even had one guest who is a member at another well-known club in the area say to us, “That wedding was spectacular and the food was awesome. HVCC is really nice!” I genuinely cannot recommend HVCC enough.

We just had our wedding on 5/11/19 at Huntingdon Valley Country Club and we couldn't have asked for a better place or service. The food was great and the setting is beautiful. The bridal suite has everything you need to get ready on the day of the wedding. Maggie is a treasure! I don't know what we would have done without her. She is your contact at the country club and also serves as your day of coordinator. She has excellent recommendations for the rest of your vendors and she keeps everything incredibly organized. We live in Florida and planned everything from out of state so having someone who could give recommendations was essential. We absolutely loved everything about this venue and especially Maggie!

We were married here last July and I'm so thankful we got to start our marriage could such a gorgeous location. Maggie and the staff were so helpful inattentive the entire day not to mention how helpful Maggie was during the entire planning and walking me through step by step of what I needed to accomplish to make our wedding day our Dream Come True! Huntingdon Valley Country Club was everything we could have wished for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Maggie who is simply the most amazing person for this experience. As a Bride, there were so many things I had going on in my head and being the control freak that I am, was very particular about every detail. Maggie handled EVERYTHING to PERFECTION. She was so patient with me and was always available via email, phone call, and text. She made me feel like we were the only couple getting married in her book (which is not the case) and paid attention to every detail. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at HVCC and my guests are still talking about the beauty of this place. It is not your average country club, it has so much character and views for the most amazing pictures to make this experience unforgettable. It is an absolute must to check out this place. Last but not least...the food. It was AMAZING. We wanted to pick a venue with not only amazing views and experience but also great food. We have been to weddings were the place was great but the food quality did not deliver. This is not the case with HVCC, from the cocktail hour to the dinner, the food was delicious with gorgeous presentations. I would want to go back just to eat there again because it was that good. All the staff and waiters were a pleasure to work with and were attentive to the needs of the guests at all times. Thank you HVCC for giving us the wedding of our dreams. This was an unforgettable experience thanks to Maggie and the team.

Our wedding day at HVCC was perfect, thanks to all the hard work, effort, and personalized attention from all the staff, especially our Event Manager, Maggie! We loved every moment of the planning process because Maggie and everyone at HVCC provided us with the best service. When we say, we didn’t have a single concern that day, we truly mean it! We had nothing to worry about, and neither did our families because we were so well taken care of. The venue is absolutely beautiful, historic, and intimate for a wedding, with great picturesque spots at every turn. We had a blast during our photo shoots, and so did our family and guests. The one amazing thing about HVCC was that they allowed us to cater our own traditional food, and for us, that was icing on the cake! Maggie and staff were extremely accommodating in this regard and worked very well with our caterer and all our vendors. Everything on our wedding day went super smooth and we could not have asked for anything more. Huntingdon Valley Country Club was our perfect venue; we hope it is for you as well.

We are so beyond happy with the experience we had at HVCC. The venue itself is so beautiful, but honestly its the service that you get on the day of your event that makes this venue the best. We had no idea what to expect on our wedding day. I felt that i had overall been a very calm bride, then out of nowhere on the day of, i became a nervous wreck and my anxiety went for a zero to Ten within the first 2 hours of us getting ready. I cant thank Maggie enough for everything she did that day. She could tell i was stressed out and pretty much saved the day. She directed the video/photographer on where to go for the best shots. She even held my dress while i walked around. I felt like she was right beside me whenever i needed something, but somehow was also everywhere else to make sure escort cards, centerpieces and decorations were put together to the way i wanted them. The woman is a superhero i swear. The staff that day was also incredible. So polite to my guests. Even though we are not members, they made us feel like we were. I wish i could give more than 5 stars. The food was also incredible. We still have guests talking about it. It was an amazing day and thats all thanks to Maggie and her Team.

We just got married here on October 12! The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Everything from their professionalism to all of their help throughout planning and the day of. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! They really treat you like royalty. I did not have one complaint and everyone had a wonderful time plus the food is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend!

Huntingdon Valley Country Club was a wonderful place to have our reception. The location beautiful, the staff are so helpful, and the food is good. Margaret and her team were there every step of the way in answering my questions and working with our vendors to ensure that things were completed in a timely manner. The package we had included an open bar and wedding cake (cake supplied by Brodenbeck's Bakery). Overall, I can't think of anything negative about our experience with the venue.

We had looked at a lot of venues in the area and no barn or ballroom can compare. This venue is intimate and romantic that so many people complimented us for. If you get married on site the garden driveway (Sounds weird I know) was beautifully maintained. The cocktail overlooked a beautiful course. All of it in one location but separated enough that every room was new and exciting. We for 150 comfortably. Maggie worked with us right up until the two days before when we had last minute cancellations. There was NO surprise costs!!

I highly recommend Huntingdon Valley CC as a wedding venue to anyone! 1. This CC is a beautiful venue. The ceremony out front to the cocktail hour that overlooks the golf course to the reception hall. It was very pleasing to the eye and got a lot of compliments from guests. 2. Food was very good as well. Honestly, food during tasting was not very good, but when the food actually came out on the day of, it was great! Everyone also loved the food as well. 3. Staff is so awesome! Our wedding coordinator Maggie was so helpful from start to the very end. She was so patient with us and really was our right hand woman throughout; to a point where she read our mind! (she knows what Im talking about) 4. Price is also on point. I feel as though you get more than what you ask for with their price point. So anyone who is looking for a venue, highly consider this place!

We recently had our wedding here and everything turned out amazing! The wait staff were super friendly , the food was great and the location was perfect. It’s very beautiful and secluded and the outside ceremony location is gorgeous. Our pictures came out so great with the beautiful backdrops! Maggie helped us so much along the way and was great communicating with. After the ceremony she left someone in charge ( can’t remember her name, but she was great too!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience having our wedding at Huntingdon Valley Country Club. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and has unique details that we didn't find in any other venue. The ballroom has valted ceiling painted with flowers, and a dramatic fireplace. Cocktail hour was out on the terrace overlooking the golf course. The food was delicious, too. Maggie, the coordinator at the site, was easy to get in touch with and super accommodating. All the details were thought of and taken care of! Not to mention incredibly reasonable prices. A perfect place for a wedding.

I've always a vision of my dream wedding since I was a little girl. But honestly, Maggie, Chris and the entire staff blew my dreams out of the water! Our HVCC wedding was absolutely perfect in every way! From planning to full execution, there was zero issues or complications. People are still talking about how great the cocktail hour and food was! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It was the best day of our lives! Thank you to everyone at HVCC for surpassing my wedding dreams and making our special day the most memorable!

Our experience at HVCC was nothing short of amazing. Chris went above and beyond, answering all of my many questions with ease! He helped turn our wedding dreams into reality and even beyond what we ever could have imagined. Our wedding was on December 16th and the amazing decor was just breathtaking! The service was amazing, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and so willing to meet our needs! It was the most magical day ever!

There are not enough words to describe how awesome this venue is! The venue alone shows well - beautiful country club with stunning views off the back patio where cocktail hour is held. We had our ceremony in the front (the rain held off) and it was everything we asked for. The staff was extremely accommodating and really made us feel special and appreciated. Dan/Emily are FANTASTIC to work with. Anything we asked/needed, they did everything they could to make it happen. They truly made our day something to remember. Responses were quick and they were on top of every single detail. I highly recommend this place - it was fabulous. Guests are still raving about our wedding (1 month ago) and I think they will continue to talk about it for years to come. We are absolutely grateful we had such great people to work with. The waitstaff and other workers were some of the nicest people and they truly went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The food was out of this world and the staff could not have been nicer. Dan was amazing to work with! He was professional and helped us get to where we needed to be. I cannot recommend HVCC enough! Planning a wedding is overwhelming. It's hard to know where to even begin. Enter Carol. Carol at HVCC is a true expert. She will guide you through step by step with timelines, checklists, and advice to help give you direction. She is extremely responsive: whether you need ideas or guidance, she was there with thorough and helpful advice. She understood wedding planning in the real world, and always respected and encouraged me in making my vision a reality. From our signature drink to a few special requests, Carol made sure that everything we could think came to life. Carol and Delran made sure the night ran like clockwork. Our guests kept commenting on how well executed the evening was. There was no lag time and no waiting around. The staff was extremely attentive...we never had an empty water glass or plate, they were quick to remove and refill everything. not to mention to food was amazing! The staff made sure that me and my groom always had a drink in front of us, and served food exactly according to our own timeline. They even brought us a special plate of all our hors'dourves so we could get a taste it all (how often do you hear couples saying they didn't get a chance to eat or enjoy their selections?? They made sure that didn't happen to us!!!) After looking at venues, we started to feel like everywhere looked the same. We were so lucky to find HVCC. The view was spectacular, both we and our guests had some fantastic photo ops. Inside the ballroom, the fireplace, large windows, and beautiful ceiling made for an elegant and unique venue that was definitely a cut above the rest! We also thought that the price was very fair. We honestly could not believe our luck at finding HVCC. I cannot say enough to nice things about their staff. It was a dream come true!

I knew there was no other place to have my wedding! It is such a beautiful venue and we knew no matter what the weather was it would be amazing with so many options for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception! We lucked out and have a very beautiful day and all of our guests were amazed at all the beauty the club has to offer. They also raved out the food! My husband and I just celebrated our wedding their on October 3rd, and we could not be more pleased with the venue, food, drinks, staff, and service provided by HVCC. The coordinator, Carol Keene, and the staff at HVCC went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. Our guests are still raving about how wonderful our wedding was. They cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how courteous all the staff is. Carol Keene goes above and beyond to make sure you, as the bride, are happy and are confident come the Big Day that everything you want is done right. I cannot emphasize how truly spectacular HVCC is, and I hope that by reading this review you will take the time to visit Carol at HVCC to check out the venue. You cannot go wrong by booking your venue at HVCC.

I can not say enough about HVCC and their wonderful staff! It's an absolutely stunning, yet secluded location. It offers the perfect blend of upscale beauty without feeling stuffy and formal. Speaking of which, the wedding coordinator offers those same traits! Carol's bubbly, sweet and organized personality sealed the deal immediately for me. Carol understood exactly what I was looking for as soon as i described my ideas to her and she was extremely helpful in coming up with some of her own which fell right in line with what I envisioned. Carol is the utmost professional! She definitely knows what she is doing. Not only was she very responsive and easy to communicate throughout the entire planning process, but the way in which she has organized everything makes everything so easy. She'll provide you with timelines and all the information you need. Simply pop them into a binder, and you're all set. She'll guide you throughout the process and keep you smiling. In addition, the rest of the staff will help set up any decor or whatever you have in mind to add your personality to the space. The staff at the club were wonderful as well. They were all friendly, accommodating, and attentive. HVCC was a welcoming environment that felt like home every time I stepped through the front doors. Delroy was an absolutely wonderful party host. As the bar manager, he took the reins once the reception began. He ensured the bride and groom-along with everyone else- were having the time of their lives! The waitstaff was also excellent. My guests raved about how friendly they all were throughout the night. I could go on and on! The receptionist, Nadia, helped me make signs in the morning before our wedding. At the end of the night, Tori, helped me carry my things from the bridal suite. It floors me how much they did for us-from the grand gestures to the tiniest details. I appreciated all of it. The club itself is simply grand. It offers several spaces for various events. We had our ceremony outdoors in the beautiful courtyard framed by the regal gates. Luckily, it was shaded so even in August, my guests didn't suffer. We proceeded through the stately building to the terrace overlooking the perfectly manicured golf course. Gorg-as the kids say! For the reception, we celebrated in the large ballroom with the vaulted ceilings, wood floors and lovely fireplace. It doesn't need a whole lot to enhance its beauty. Just add a few centerpieces, and the place is perfect. Throughout the night, my guests would walk through the various spaces and comment to me about how perfectly comfortable and beautiful everything was. I couldn't agree more! Thanks to Carol and the staff at HVCC!

We are so happy with how our daughter's wedding turned out at Huntingdon Valley Country Club. The staff was friendly and attentive, dinner and hors d’oeuvres were delicious, everything was set up just the way we wanted, from the courtyard for the ceremony, to the dessert tables and coffee bar. I really could go on and on. The ballroom was perfect, the porch was perfect, the bridal suite was perfect, everything about the day was perfect and the bride and groom and guests had a wonderful time. My only complaint about the day is that it went by too fast! Carol Keene is an efficient and organized wedding coordinator and she was a pleasure to work with, as was her assistant Devony. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding.

3,500 characters is not enough to express what a dream come true HVCC is. From the moment i stepped into the club and was greeted by Carol, I knew that this was THE place I would be married at. From the first step onto the property, it feels like you are walking through a fairy-tale. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the sweeping view of the golf course is the perfect backdrop. I was back at the club the next day, with deposit in hand. Carol's bubbly, sweet and organized personality was the perfect match to mine - especially since she is a beach girl, like myself. Carol understood exactly what I was looking for as soon as i described my ideas to her and she was extremely helpful in coming up with some of her own which fell right in line with what i saw in my head. Not only was she very responsive and easy to communicate throughout the entire planning process, but the way in which she has organized everything makes everything so easy. The timelines and information that is provided to you from the start sets you on track to close to stress-free (and in those last few weeks when you are down to the wire - she is there step by step for everything you could possibly need or think of). I couldn't have imagined a more perfect person to help coordinate everything with and was sad to say goodbye on the night of the wedding! I had such a fun time working with Carol and will highly recommend the club and Carols expertise every time I possibly can. The staff at the club were wonderful as well - so friendly and attentive; a welcoming environment that felt like home every time I stepped through the front doors. Delroy was absolutely wonderful, as he took the reins once the reception began. He made sure everything was moving along smoothly and that, most importantly, every one (especially the bride and groom) was having the time of their lives! The club itself is simply beautiful. The stone building has been kept in amazing shape and the landscaping is stunning no matter what time of year you find yourself there. I chose to have my wedding in July and the trees, grass and flowers were in full bloom and vibrant colors. There are more places for pictures than you could possibly have time to get around to, so you can't go wrong with any spot you choose. The ceremony space in the courtyard is beautiful and is set up so well by all of the staff. The terrace where cocktail hour is help has the most spectacular view and awesome decor. The ballroom doesn't need much as it is beautiful on its own with it's vaulted ceilings and grand fireplace. When I say I couldn't be happier, I truly mean it. I would highly recommend HVCC to anyone and everyone, there really is no other place that would have been the right fit, and felt as if it were "THE ONE" Thank you HVCC!!

I do not have enough amazing things to say about my experience with HVCC. I first heard of HVCC at a bridal expo where I met Carol (the wedding coordinator). She was so friendly and easy going from the start. I had looked at multiple wedding venues but as soon as my now husband and I pulled up to HVCC, we knew we wanted to get married there. We had our tour on the rainiest of days and even the scenery on a rainy day knocked us off of our feet. Carol spent a ton of time with us explaining the flow of the wedding day and it helped us really picture our perfect day! Carol answers emails promptly and any and all questions! She is truly a brides dream! During the wedding day, she made sure everything turned out perfect. And not to mention, the grounds are STUNNING! My guests raved about the scenery and the beauty of HVCC, especially cocktail hour on the terrace overlooking the golf course. I also got a ton of compliments on the food. I wish I could relive the day all over again but I will always have the most amazing memories to look back on! I would recommend this venue and working with Carol to anyone!!

Our daughters wedding at HVCC this June was the best wedding ever!!!! Everyone raved about the beauty and spaciousness of the venue. The food was really good and the staff really worked hard and met all our expectations. It was a definite plus to be able to have hair and makeup done at HVCC. The rooms upstairs are beautifully appointed with large mirrors, comfortable seating and a wonderful wet bar area. The mansion has such a regal feel and the venue is all yours. You feel like this estate is your home for the day....it does not feel like a commercial venue and the members of HVCC couldn't be nicer. We have to give our sincere thanks to Carol Keene for a job well done. Her guidance and expertise coordinating both the wedding and the reception was really the key to the most fun and awesome wedding ever. When you meet Carol you know at once she loves what she does. Trust her to make your day perfect, too! We couldn't ask for better memories.

As a mother of the bride, I could not be happier with the wedding services at HVCC. Carol Keene is an excellent planner and event manager. She sees to every detail, and takes a lot of the stress out of the process for the family. Prices are good, especially given the beauty of the facility The day turned out exactly as my daughter and I envisioned, and the guests raved about all of it. I highly recommend Carol and HVCC.

I cannot recommend using Carol Keene and Huntingdon Valley Country Club enough! After searching and searching for a venue that would work for us, we finally found a gem in Huntingdon Valley Country Club. From the moment that we went on our tour to the very last moment of our reception, Carol was the most thorough, organized, helpful, and professional wedding coordinator that we could have ever asked for. She is extremely passionate about making each and every experience perfect and what the bride and groom are looking for. The bridal suite was just finished before our wedding day, and I was astonished at how wonderful that was. On our wedding day, Carol worked extremely hard to make everything run smoothly. The reception was perfect and our friends and family are still talking about it two years later.

We were married at HVCC over two years ago, and my friends and family are still talking about how fabulous it was! This place is a gem, not only are they an incredible value, but the services that Carol Keene offers are worth it in itself. Carol and her staff take care of absolutely everything that you don't want to have to deal with as a bride. The food is excellent, and the tasting beforehand was a blast. They offer many packages that will certainly fit you needs, and they really don't skimp on anything. The bridal suite is absolutely stunning, the grounds are impeccable, and the courtyard in the front made for an absolutely perfect ceremony, with great photos. Overall I can't say enough great things about HVCC, in fact one of my bridesmaids has decided to get married there next fall, I can't wait to attend a wedding there! Love this place

We were absolutely DELIGHTED with the service provided by HVCC on perhaps the most important day of our lives! We married in early August of 2014 and had the pleasure of working with Carol who helped plan every little detail of our wedding day. Carol is professional, detailed, friendly and the best at what she does! The moment we met with her to see the venue, we knew we were in good hands. If you come out to see this hidden gem, you will see what an amazing venue this is! The views are breathtaking, the ballroom has a rustic feel with a gorgeous ceiling, and the bridal suite is an amazing perk. Also, the food is incredible! We highly recommend HVCC to anyone looking to plan their upcoming nuptials. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of our wedding day and highly endorse this venue for anyone looking for an amazing wedding celebration experience!!!

We just recently had our wedding reception at Huntingdon Valley Country Club and we could not be happier with our decision! Carol Keene was there from the very start, helping us feel at ease with all of the planning we had to do! Her enthusiasm and attention to detail allowed everything to run smoothly on our special day. My husband and I looked at many venues for our wedding reception, but nothing compared to Huntingdon Valley Country Club. Another great thing for brides- you get the Club to use for yourself all day! There is a beautiful bridal suite that is perfect for getting all the girls ready. My fiance and I looked at 8 venues when we started planning our wedding and nothing even came close to Huntingdon Valley Country Club! It's romantic atmosphere added to the elegance of the country club and we immediately fell in love with this venue! And then we met Carol Keene, the event coordinator, and that's when we truly knew it was meant to be! From the very first meeting with her where she greeted us with mimosas and hugs, to the day of our wedding, Carol was a bride's dream wedding planner! She was so organized down to the littlest detail and made sure our wedding was everything we imagined it would be. The staff was courteous to us and our guests, the food and drinks were delicious, and I couldn't have been more happy with the setting! Carol worked with us on every aspect of our wedding, from the decor to the menu and the drinks. She was easily accessible whenever I had questions or concerns. She really understood our vision of how we wanted our wedding day to flow and she was there every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone getting married!

When I walked into HVCC I knew I had found it. It is classic, elegant, romantic and BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't have found something more perfect. Carol along with the rest of the staff did everything in their power to make our day special. The food was great, served promptly, and not a minute of time was wasted. My husband and I had our reception at Huntingdon Valley Country Club in late June. We fell in love with how beautiful the whole place was! We truly booked HVCC over the other places because of how excited Carol (the one who works with the bride and groom) was about our day and how welcomed we felt! Leading up to the big day, I emailed and called Carol to more then I needed to. She happily worked with me, my groom, and our day of wedding coordinator to make sure every detail was perfect! The tasting at HVCC was one of the best parts of planning - delicious! On our big day, I was blown away!! One of the first comments everyone makes about our wedding was how attentive the staff was. There was always a server around to make sure you had a drink. I would of chosen HVCC without a doubt if I had to do it all over again!! They made sure our day was perfect!

I am so happy I chose to have my wedding ceremony and reception at HVCC! My husband and I were married here on May 17, 2014. Everything was perfect and the club is so beautiful - from the courtyard out front to the back terrace with the beautiful view to the spacious ballroom. I fell in love with the club every time I visited. When I first met with Carol, I knew I had to have my wedding here! She made the whole process even more exciting. Carol and staff are fabulous to work with and they made sure my day ran smoothly - which it did! The ceremony in the courtyard in May was absolutely beautiful with everything in bloom. Our wedding dreams came true the minute we walked into HVCC!! I was a bride with many food allergies and with alot of questions and everything was answered the minute we sat down at our appoinment with Carol. She is simply the sweetest nicest person to work with and made our dream wedding come true!!

Although you need to be a member or get sponsored - this was the perfect place. From the service, to the food, ambiance everything was more perfect then we could ever imagine. They catered to all of our dreams and wishes!
