All food is prepared onsite using an authentic Italian brick oven, so your guests can step up and experience the magic of live cooking, and most importantly, enjoy the flavor of woodfired pizza and more! Cuisine Huria's specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, drawing from North African and Southern European flavor profiles among others, and features brick oven Neapolitan pizza with their NYC twist that everyone will love. Using fresh herbs and vegetables, they create fantastic flavors enhanced by the brick oven and Huria's experience will always leave you and your guests in safe hands.

bove and beyond. Adriana was a joy to communicate with. She took the time to answer all of my questions and to help us choose the meal package that was best for us and our guests. Hurias's also took the time to come out for a site visit to help choose the best spot for their mobile set up a month before our wedding. On the wedding day everything ran so smoothly and even exceeded our expectations. Their set up also looked lovely and went well with our wedding aesthetic. Mohamein is an amazing chef and we LOVED our pizzas, beets, hummus and flatbread. The food was so delicious, fresh and flavorful!! The pizzas came out quickly and our guests were all fed in great timing. Honestly everything was amazing.. Thank you Huria’s for providing incredible food and such warmth!!

abulous menu for both nights and made great suggestions along the way. Chef Mohaimen was also so lovely and wonderful both nights. He arrived well in advance and had plenty of time to set up. They do an excellent job making the catering station - complete with sparkly lights and flowers! We had pizzas the first night which were all outstanding, paired with a simple but delicious arugula salad, and the warm spiced olives. Do yourself a favor, get the olives, and thank me later. We cleaned out a ...very...large bowl of olives. The second night we chose from the tapas and large plates, which also were amazing. The crab toast is divine! Again, Mohaimen brought the energy and did such a great job plating the food, keeping it fresh, and feeding our hungry guests. Our guests spoke endlessly about the food both nights, and adored Mohaimen as well. We are so happy we chose Huria's and absolutely would do it all over again. a breeze, they were very accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions, and their food and presence at our wedding was an absolute joy! s so timely and helpful from the hypothetical weather to the dietary considerations. And of course, the pizza and tapas were delicious. We keep hearing about how good the food was from our friends and family. Extra pizzas at the end was also helpful for many of our guests as they had late night snacks or next-day food ready to go. Adriana & Chef Mohaimen are simply the best and they created such a friendly, inviting experience that helped make dinner so wonderful. We can’t say enough about them. We were so happy with what Huria’s did for our wedding. They are spectacular! Huria’s was such a special part of our day, if you have them at your wedding, can we be invited?

They made sure we started on-time, were wonderful to our guests, and the pizza was hot and never ending. They even packed up pizza for us to enjoy at the after party. and most importantly, in addition to being beautiful, the food was truly incredible. Our guests kept raving about the food, on the night and for days after. At least one person commented that it was the best pizza they had ever had. I personally still think wistfully about the hummus and how I wish I had eaten more before I got busy talking to guests. You will not regret this choice!

spread was arranged so artfully and included unique items our guests raved about. At the reception, we had steak, chicken shawarma, margherita pizzas, kale salad, fresh crab and sourdough, and complimenting sides for each entree. It was so much food that Huria’s even packed up the leftover pizzas for us to enjoy later, which was so kind! Our guests were very impressed by how fresh, flavorful, and beautiful everything was. It’s evident that Adriana and Chef Mohaimen put so much thought and care into what they do; they worked with us closely to make sure everything went perfectly. They have honed their craft and don’t deviate from their curated dishes, but that’s what we were looking for—experts who we could rely on to create a memorable (and delicious) experience. ey enjoyed the food! Best of all, we had dairy-free and vegan folks in attendance and they were able to accommodate these diet restrictions with zero issues. Adriana was such a pro and was easy to coordinate with which I appreciated because I was not only the bride but also the coordinator of the whole event. I can't say enough good things. With over 10 years experience in the industry and the fast-paced restaurant scene of NYC, Chef Mohaimen Huria is not only passionate when it comes to food and its many subtleties, but is also enriched with a unique understanding of brick oven pizza Napoletana and dishes cooked by the natural flame. Growing up in his sea-bordering hometown of Tripoli, his culinary journey began at an early age of 10; when he learned how to catch octopus from the Mediterranean sea, together with his father and brother. From then on, his passion & experiences only grew, and he is now the proud founder of Huria's!
