I absolutely would choose to have my wedding at Hyatt Key West again a million times over if I could. Kelsey was amazing and I cannot tell you how many compliments I received about the food. I had my ceremony on the dock and then the cocktail hour/ reception on blue mojito beach. We had a total of 47 people plus a guest that showed up that was not originally invited (lmao- they were super accommodating and nice about it). I was nervous about being able to fit everyone into the beach but it felt perfect.
The views were gorgeous and made great photos for our expensive photographers and videographers.
I also reserved the harbor room as a get ready room. I knew that the room was not going to be photographed well for a wedding so I brought some of my own stuff to decorate with. It came out perfect and it was super convenient as it was right next to blue mojito beach.
I highly recommend this venue!!!

Kelsey was very helpful throughout our planning process since day one. She answered all of our questions and got back to us quickly. Days leading up to our arrival and the event, she kept us informed and made sure we were well taken care of. Lindsey was our onsite contact/banquet manager while we were there. She did fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the bartending/server staff were all fantastic!

I cannot say enough great things about the Hyatt Centric in Key West. The reception room is unlike any other venue in Key West. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking during cocktail hour with the most gorgeous views of the water. The food was amazing. Every guests told me they finished their plates and will remember how good the food was. It was the perfect venue to make my 65 person wedding feel extremely cozy and intimate. The actual hotel is fantastic with clean/modern rooms, a great pool, excellent restaurant, and adorable coffee shop for the mornings. My husband and I are already talking about coming back. Thank you to Kelsey and the team for all of their support. We will look back on this day with such a warm heart and remember how we got to celebrate in Key West with our friends and family at the most beautiful venue.

Such an amazing venue!! We had 60 people at our wedding and the dock and reception area was absolutely perfect! Our cocktail hour was during sunset and we were able to capture great pictures and have the best key west sunset. All of the staff at the Hyatt was exceptional!!! SO accommodating and Kelsey, who was virtual, felt like she was right there with us. It couldn't have been a more perfect location and day!!

The Hyatt Centric was the perfect venue for our special day. We had our ceremony on the dock, cocktail hour on the beach outside of Blue Mojito and the reception up in the Marquesa ballroom. I loved having the different site options on the property to change up the scenery throughout the evening. All locations are beautiful but the ballroom is absolutely GORGEOUS. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. We had 40 guests attend and it was the perfect size for all three sites - cozy but not crowded. We hosted a brunch the following morning in the poolside hammock area, which was also perfect! I can't say enough good things about the Hyatt and their staff. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Kelsey, who worked with us and our wedding planning team to make sure our day came together flawlessly. We couldn't be happier!

The Hyatt was an absolutely wonderful venue to host our wedding. We had about 56 people in attendance and used the dock for our ceremony and the Marquesa Room for our reception. We easily could have snuck in another table of 8 for the dinner portion! The oceanside wrap balcony was gorgeous for our sunset cocktail hour! and to take a breather from the dancing. As great as the space and service was, Brianna A is their on site event coordinator and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She is so accommodating and helpful and hugely made our experience with the Hyatt a 10/5. I highly recommend this venue for your Key West wedding! They really know what they're doing and they listen to your visions and accommodate your goals!

Our event sales manager was amazing! She was always available to answer all my questions and to guide me in the right direction. She was at our event the day we arrived for our welcome reception party and the day of the wedding making sure all details were taken care of. She even made sure nana (89yrs old) had the perfect location for the reception, just steps away. We traveled from PA to KW, Florida and with her help we never felt that we had to go ahead of time. Kelsey was truly awesome with organizing things such as the numerous calls for the hotel bookings, helping us make decisions on decorations, dealing with our nut allergy, the additional reception party and breakfast ideas. We were in constant communication and everything came out exactly as planned if not better. We even had a storm to contend with several days after the wedding and the hotel was very accommodating. If we had to do it again I would only pick this resort and spa. Did I mention the location was fantastic!

To say that this venue, the people who helped us make our experience so memorable, and the magic of Key West would be an understatement.
The property is fantastic. Our room (2301) was perfect for our needs and the panoramic views were amazing. It was close for our entire, mobility challenged group to traverse.
The marchesa location was transformed into exactly what my bride had in her mind. The food from the Hors d’oeuvres to dinner options were incredible.
We would without hesitation recommend the Hyatt Centric Key West for your wedding.

The Hyatt Centric was the perfect place for our Key West wedding! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the scenery and food! The food was to die for and the portions were huge. We worked with Brianna Amaro from the beginning and she was so great to work with. I would absolutely recommend the Hyatt to anyone looking to get married in the Keys. It was the perfect choice!

Our overall wedding experience at the Hyatt Centric Key West was exceptional! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but not when you’re working with the best of the best at the Hyatt. Our events manager, Brianna Amaro, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our every needs. I cannot say enough about Brianna, and how she made the entire event flow magically and without any hiccups. Audrey Garcia – Another event and sales manager, was also a pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional and always responded to our questions immediately. The entire Hyatt staff was amazing - from the front desk manager – Charles, to the bartenders, servers, grounds crew, event staff, etc.
The grounds at the Hyatt are beautiful, and the venue we held our reception in overlooking the water was breathtaking. The food was also exceptional, and I was incredibly pleased with the high quality and presentation. We had 40 of our closest friends and family attend, and everyone couldn’t say enough on how magical everything was.
We have stayed here numerous times, and the rooms are clean, large and modern. Stay in the largest suite if you can. It has a gorgeous water view and large outdoor deck for entertaining.
The Hyatt Centric Key West is a true hidden gem, and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to host their special day in Key West!

From the first contact Brianna (she is awesome) to the catering staff & servers that were extremely attentive to the best food I would recommend the Hyatt Centric again and again! They Hyatt was the most perfect venue for our ceremony & reception. Our guests were extremely pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the rooms were clean, the food was amazing & the amenities were top notch. We got married on the dock & it was perfect for our wedding of 36. Our reception was in the marquesa room & the views were unforgettable. The boardroom made for the perfect place for my girls & I to get ready. Can't say enough good things about the Hyatt. I can't wait to spend many anniversaries here!

We held our destination style wedding ceremony and reception at the Hyatt Centric Key West and it was nothing short of perfect! Our blue mojito beach ceremony was well organized and beautiful! Our reception and cocktail hour were held upstairs in the Marquesa room, again nothing short of beautiful! Taylor and Michelle were both a huge asset through the entire planning and execution. The food was great and drinks did not disappoint!

The team at the Hyatt Centric Resort was amazing to work with. The customer service was exceptional. From my first email to Taylor through our wedding day, everything went smoothly. Taylor always responded very quickly to any question I had and provided suggestions to me as well - she is a rock star!
This venue was exactly what I pictured for my wedding day. I wanted views of the water but also an indoor/outdoor space for the reception just in case it was too hot. The Hyatt had both and many additional options!
We welcomed our guests to Key West with a happy hour at the Blue Mojito the night before our wedding. Lisa and team took great care of us and our guests. The food and drinks were so good.
Our wedding day was flawless! Our dock ceremony was beautiful and the Marchesa room for our reception was amazing! The drinks were flowing and the food was phenomenal! We had the surf and turf buffet and our guests still talk about how good the food was!
We had an awesome day celebrating and to top it off we returned to our room to find a framed picture from our ceremony along with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne!

We did a destination wedding in Key West shortly after Irma. We were worried about having to have our reception inside (due to Irma messing up their dock) but it turned out perfectly! We had our ceremony on their small private beach. Working with Taylor at the Hyatt Centric Key West was a pleasure too. She worked with us and let us know all the options and was pretty quick to respond to inquires (it was around Christmas/New Years). I would recommend the Hyatt to anyone! The location is great, the venue itself was beautiful, and the food was OUTSTANDING! Definitely earned the 5-star rating!

The Hyatt Resort in Key West is beyond amazing. I had heard nothing but amazing things from every vendor I had contact with these last few months and they told me that I would be amazed. Amazed is an understatement. This team is incredible. The exceeded every expectation I had and even blew me away with their kindness, hospitality, care, and attention to detail for things I never imagined. The food, the service, the venue, the amenities, the view, the rooms, EVERYTHING!!!!!! I know without a doubt that this resort will be a place we will frequent for anniversaries and trips for years to come. Marisela and Taylor you ladies have been such a huge blessing to me, my hubby, my family and my friends. I can't thank any of you enough. You made my wedding more spectacular than ever. SIMPLY AMAZING! We planned our wedding from Minnesota and our wedding day couldn't have been more PERFECT! Our wedding was coordinated so smoothly and the service was absolutely outstanding! I got married at the Hyatt October 9th, 2015..and all I can say is WOW. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous..but the food is even better. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, the venue itself, or the staff. Everything was top notch and nothing less than perfect. We are so happy we went with this venue!! It was everything we dreamed of!!

The location of this beautiful venue is enough to make it a top choice for a wedding. Who can resist the beautiful blue skies and gorgeous sun sets, but it doesn't end there.
The staff was great, and the food was absolutely delicious from the appetizers to the dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp blt's, the macadamia encrusted chicken was amazing, and the key lime tarts for dessert were to die for! Since this was a destination wedding we did not have the luxury of taste testing prior to the wedding. We were not disappointed with any of the choices. The wedding ceremony was held out on the dock and the reception was in the Marquesa room upstairs, overlooking the water. The views alone make it a spectacular choice, complemented by excellent service and delicious food, the Hyatt Key West is doing everything right.

My husband and I had originally looked at the Hyatt for our wedding ceremony. Due to the size of our event however this was not possible. Luckily it was the perfect size for our rehearsal dinner. The Marquesa Room has an amazing view that is ideal for watching the sunset. With floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Our guests all agreed that the food was great too. We got so many compliments on how great everything turned we would definitely host another event there.

We did our wedding on the dock and had the reception in the Marquesa Ballroom. The ballroom is the biggest wow factor of the venue. Great windows, balcony for cocktail hour and good dance floor. The food was fantastic and our guests loved the entire celebration!

I got married in November 2012 at the Hyatt Resort & Spa and it was absolutely amazing! This was a destination wedding for me, so I started getting a little nervous as it got closer because I couldn't be as hands on as I wanted, but Jillian was our coordinator and made everything so easy. She answered all of my emails very promptly and helped me with some crazy situations that came up the day of! Our ceremony was on the pier at sunset and it was the most gorgeous day! Our cocktail hour was immediately after the ceremony so the guests could see the beautiful Key West sunset and enjoy some food and beverages (the bacon wrapped scallops are amazing!). After the cocktail hour we had a sit down dinner and the food was delicious. Our guests loved the macadamia nut crusted chicken. We had about 70 people there and the Marquesa room was the perfect size for our number of guests. The whole property was amazing and the staff is incredible! Everyone was so nice and wanted to help with anything I needed. The service was A+++ and I could not have asked for anything better!

The Hyatt has a perfect location - on the sunset side of Key West, on the water, and just blocks from the heart of Duval. The wedding coordinator on site was fabulous and did a great job of taking care of all of the details on our wedding day and prior. Food is delicious. Rooms are beautiful with spectacular views. Overall, awesome!

I live in CA with my husband but I have family in Brazil and lived in Boston MA for 7 years so many friends there. We never been in Key West before so we decided was the best location to evebody travel from East, West coast and from South America. We choose the Hyatt based in the reviews we read. I am not a very impressive person but Lindsey from Hyatt is the best, very professional and the staff is unbelivable. We wanted a very casual and intimated wedding on 35 people but very organized and memorable. We could not be more happier, the location next to Duval st where all the night live is and shoopings and restaurants. The propery is beautiful and the water I have no words. They took a such good care of us and all our guests. Our rroms had the best view, the pool bar was the best and was the place where evebody got together. It was long weekend deal and our wedding was New Years Eve too so very busy but everything went so well.Lindsey made sure we were confortable and helped us in every single request we had to please our needs. She is very professional, tell you how it is and always give us choices and recomendations that helped us to make all the decisions less painfull considering I did all online. We never met anyone in person before the weedding.We have a little dog a maltese, she is like our first born and she could be there with us because the hotel is a pet friendly. Could we ask for more? I really recommend the Hyatt, it was beyond my expectation. We had the most relaxing and beautiful wedding. Very pleased.

The Hyatt Key West gets an A+ for their outstanding service before, during, and after my wedding! Every staff person at this hotel knew my name, greeted my husband and I personally, and provided us with outstanding service. We felt like royalty at the resort, which is how I believe every bride and groom deserve to be treated during their wedding. The food was excellent, the event planner at the hotel was extremely accommodating and forthright with the preparations and billing, and the event was handled very professionally by all staff. I had a perfect wedding thanks to the Hyatt and I highly recommend this venue!

The staff and Hyatt wedding coordinator is so nice and helpful. We had our ceremony and reception there and the view was just breath taking. The staff are all friendly and helpful even after the wedding. Hyatt makes our wedding stress free. We love them! Our guests also have high reviews on them and during their stay.

Lindsey and her staff at the Hyatt are truely remarkable. We had the most beautiful outdoor wedding on the beach right at the Hyatt and our reception was at the Blue Mojito Bar. Lindsey and her staff were so attentive and helpful throughout he whole process. The venue, food, staff,everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!! Wish we could do it all over again! Thank you Lindsey and the Hyatt.

It was very romantic with three views of the out door gardens and the sun as it set durring the reception. They went above and beyond to create just the right setting for our reception.;They were fantastic and worked with our small budget. I can't say they were anything but perfect and welcoming.

We rented the Cascades restaurant which sits on a golf course with lakes, next to a dramatic pool with waterfalls, with floor-to-ceiling windows,and it's a 3+ story room with its own waterfall against the back wall inside. It has a gorgeous spiral staircase as you enter.

Ava, my on-site planner at the Hyatt was wonderful! We were planning our wedding for so long and she was the only vendor who was true to her original price quotes. We also loved the food. The location was a perfect spot for the ceremony and reception so that people did not have to travel in between. The sunset was gorgeous and we were able to get married on a small beach. The location on Front Street enabled guests to go out on Duval after the reception ended, where other beaches in Key West were not close to all the night time action for which Key West is so famous. The reception room was a beautiful Nautical room with an outdoor balcony for cocktail hour and watching the sunset. It was perfect!;Deal directly with Ava or another planner at the Hyatt. We also hired a local Wedding Planner, As You Wish Weddings, in Key West and we had so many problems from her (fees doubled, to band members showing up an hour late, to awful flowers). If I had to do it all again I would have let the Hyatt plan the whole entire thing!

The look of the ballrooms was very romantic. The chandeliers were so exquisite. They were huge and ended up making certain photographs really stand out.;Make sure to find out about any other events that will be taking place near your event on that same date. There was a bar-mitzva held on the same evening as our wedding and it was right outside where our guests would get fresh air. The music was so loud that it almost overpowered our DJ.
