We used the Hyatt for a room block for our wedding, and we would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a room block. Mikey was our first point of contact, and he was so helpf...

ul in answering our questions and helping us compare between different options for our room block. We had many back and forth conversations before we committed to the block, and Mikey always had the time to answer our questions, even before we were paying customers. After we booked the room block, Susan became our new point of contact and she was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. She helped us get everything set up for the shuttle to and from our venue, and gave us weekly check ins to see how close we were to filling our room block. The shuttle to and from the hotel was extremely helpful, and hassle free. We only needed to provide departure times and have a trusted guest make sure everyone was on the bus before it left! Mikey and Susan graciously worked to comp us a suite on our wedding night, and it was even prepared with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne. The next morning, we happened to run into some of the hotel staff, and they were already eager to host us for our anniversary next year! If you’re considering multiple hotels for a wedding block, we would highly recommend the Hyatt. They went above and beyond to be sure we and our guests had a wonderful time.

zer there (Kim) she was always available when I needed her and she made all the wedding to go really smoothly. In short if you want a well organized wedding reception, with great food ( 4 choices plated dinner); great innovation cocktails, and a great party I recommend go there! It was a great experience not only for me, but for all the guests!
