Beautiful HotelReviewed on 10/09/2010 Kelly P
This was a beautiful hotel and all of my guests enjoyed their stay. It was such a convenient location to our church, reception venue and also 4th Street Live. The only things that could have been nicer were if there would have been free Wi-Fi and also some kind of continental breakfast.
Good oneReviewed on 6/07/2010
A good place
Great hotel for wedding guestsReviewed on 8/05/2014 Chelsea P
I booked a block of rooms at the Hyatt for my wedding guests this past June. The rates were very reasonable and the location was great for out-of-towners. My guests were able to walk to see lots of Louisville's downtown attractions. Maggie, specifically, was wonderful to work with. The groom's grandmother threw a massive fit about how there was no free continental breakfast (she's a nut!). She took it to the point of harassment of several of the hotel staff (much to my horror), but Maggie handled everything beautifully. I'm sure his grandmother's behavior isn't typical (in fact, I'm sure it isn't), but it just goes to show that The Hyatt can handle your guests with care!
