f the staff. From the get go, they were very flexible in working with us to create our dream Indian wedding weekend. Natalie was very willing to meet with us quite frequently in the weeks leading up to our wedding, ensuring that we had everything in order. The rest of the staff at the Hyatt was incredibly accommodating to our families and out of town guests. The entire weekend ran very smoothly, all thanks to the hard work of the Hyatt staff!

lk to see lots of Louisville's downtown attractions. Maggie, specifically, was wonderful to work with. The groom's grandmother threw a massive fit about how there was no free continental breakfast (she's a nut!). She took it to the point of harassment of several of the hotel staff (much to my horror), but Maggie handled everything beautifully. I'm sure his grandmother's behavior isn't typical (in fact, I'm sure it isn't), but it just goes to show that The Hyatt can handle your guests with care!

could have been nicer were if there would have been free Wi-Fi and also some kind of continental breakfast.
