My experience at Hyatt was amazing.... the service was impeccable and Melissa, our catering manager/coordinator at the Hyatt, was truly exceptional. She took care of us from even before we signed with them and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. She was patient with my million questions and was there for the entire event as well. For food, I didn't expect much, since it was a hotel, but it was surprisingly really good, and we got such compliments from our guests! Highly recommend!
