Hylton Performing Arts Center

I couldn't imagine a more perfect space to have my wedding at than at the Hylton center. The huge windows give you the feel of an outdoor wedding without worrying about weather, and the architecture and decor mean you can save on decorations because the space is already so visually interesting on its own. Making my entrance down the grand staircase felt so dramatic and fun! Susan was great to work with, helping us keep track of event details and recommending vendors to work with, she really felt like an ally in the planning process. Their sound guy also helped provide our DJ with audio equipment and access to the main sound system so that when he was on the main floor and all our guests were upstairs having appetizers and drinks, the music played through the upstairs speakers as well. The building is less than 5 years old so they're still getting the word out that it can be rented for weddings, I'd get in soon before this becomes a hot commodity and the calendar fills up!
