Hype Woman Productions LLC offers various services to help elevate your special event. The full-service package provides vendor resources and recommendations for beautiful stationery and designs. Alternatively, the partial planning includes comprehensive guidance from Kristan and the option of choosing add-ons to elevate your event further. For month-of coordination, Kristan will provide support during the 4 weeks before your big day, ensuring a seamless special occasion. All packages include final walk-throughs with your venue, wedding day coordination, and document name changes.

re meaningful. From the moment we connected a year before the wedding, she stayed in constant communication, always responding with kindness, patience, and the wisdom that only someone truly invested can offer. Over time she became more than just a vendor she became a trusted friend.
Kristan wasn’t just present on the day of the wedding she was there through the process. She answered every question I had, read every message I sent no matter the time of day, and supported me emotionally when I felt lost or overwhelmed. Even when something wasn’t her direct responsibility she stepped in without hesitation. That kind of heart and commitment is rare to find.
Her work as a content creator was absolutely incredible. In a short amount of time she and her team delivered a flood of beautiful moments, videos, images, behind the scenes shots, capturing memories I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. As the bride there were so many things I missed during the whirlwind of the day and thanks to her I got to relive them all.
Kristan is not only talented and creative she is organized, visionary, and surrounded by a team that reflects her dedication. She also works in planning and coordination and I can say with confidence that she brings far more to the table than you could ever imagine. Whatever you didn’t think you needed she already thought of it.
Hype Woman Production is more than a company. It is a passion project led by a woman who truly cares about people and pours her heart into every wedding she touches. I am forever grateful for her presence, her work, and the peace she brought into my life during such a beautiful and emotional time.

m start to finish and remembered things even my Type-A bride-self forgot about. The planning document she sent over once we booked was a lifesaver & allowed for us to brainstorm so many ideas & capture them all in there. Venue walk-through was a breeze with them, rehearsal went perfectly, and we couldn’t have imagined our wedding day without her and Alex.
On our wedding day, we had MANY curveballs — from weather issues, meltdowns from others, and unprofessional vendors. It was a lot for any bride, but Kristan was always there when I/we needed her to help mitigate, address & execute. She was professional, kind, and tried her absolute hardest to ensure we had a perfect day — despite the many curveballs. She was my saving grace.
I probably annoyed Kristan with the amount of questions and misc. things I would text her about, but her spirit and excitement for our big day never wavered.
Kristan & Alex were our HYPE women (mostly mine but she shared the love with my husband too🤪) from the moment we got on a call. If you’re looking for a hype bestie (not only for your wedding day but for LIFE), I cannot recommend Kristan and HWP enough. 🤍
