With the unpredictability of COVID-19, our wedding location changed about a month before our wedding date which meant to we had to start over with finding all vendors. Heather came as a suggestion from my cousin who is one of her coworkers. My husband and I planned our wedding together following The Knot timeline vs using a professional planner and we couldn’t have done it without Heather’s help and input in everything along the way. She turned an industrial garage door into the most beautiful engagement photos, included our dog in engagement AND wedding photos, tolerated corralling toddlers for photos (saint), made me multiple timelines to choose from and edit over and over, stayed late to get the perfect wedding exit photos when we didn’t want the party to end, shot every detail and laugh but you’d also not notice she was there, and genuinely made us feel like the most important and beautiful people in the whole world. Heather made both of us feel comfortable behind the camera and captured every giggle between planned shots. She is efficient in getting through what needs to be done, and captured all the fun moments in between and on the dance floor (and boy were there a lot)! It’s been almost a month since our wedding and we are STILL hearing how amazing the photos are from all of our guests and how amazing Heather managed everyone all day. She was an absolute joy to work with, we will definitely be using her for any photos we need, will recommend her to EVERYONE, and if we’re lucky, be our friend for life :)
