Wonderful experience all around. My husband bought my engagement ring there and it was absolutely stunning, and they did a great job taking the time to show him all the options in ...
terms of both stones and settings. They helped him choose a phenomenal ring that was within his budget. They were receptive to his ideas and didn't act pushy. We then came back together to choose our wedding bands. They really listened to what we wanted and offered us a great selection based on that. They were able to combine listening to our taste with their own knowledge and expertise. The ordering/shipping for our custom-made rings went very smoothly. My husband then returned to buy earrings as a wedding day gift for me, and my mother-in-law bought me a beautiful pearl necklace and earring set there. The jewelry itself is perfect - a great combination of classic and modern, and they themselves are an absolute pleasure to work with.
Yekutiel provided an absolutely amazing experience, price, product and service. My girlfriend was in tears, her mom, my mom, they raved about the ring I selected. It was better tha...
n anything we had seen elsewhere and under the budget I had initially set.
My parents insisted on a second appraisal because they are a little old fashion so to make them happy, we did and the jeweler was wowed with it. Not just stone selection but quality of construction.
Prior to my purchase I searched every single site for hours on end trying to find the right stone, using their online chats and 1-800 numbers (Blue Nile, B2C, Rare Carat, James Allen, Four Mine, etc). Not only did Yekutiel's price come in better, it was faster (done in less than a week), and his personalized expert opinion helped me find the excellent match (dimensions, maximizing bang for buck and ratio to setting to make it look right).
Thanks again!
We purchased my husband's wedding band at I.D. Jewelry. The sales associates were slightly pushier than I like, but I had done some price comparison research elsewhere so I was con...
fident that we got a good price.
Honest, reliable business in the Diamond District. I will likely be back for future jewelry purchases.
I'm so glad we found I.D. Jewelry. The process of buying diamonds is extremely intimidating, my husband and I were so afraid we were going to get taken advantage of. ID Jewelry is ...
so trustworthy and authentic, they will give you great advice and offer you the best deal they can within your budget. They created the exact engagement ring and wedding ring I wanted. I found them by doing research online on diamond forums. They have a great reputation and are repeatedly recommended. My husband and I feel like we have a trusted jeweler for life now!
My husband (now) and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at ID Jewelry in NYC! My husband traveled there after being unable to find anyone who would make the custom engagemen...
t ring that he wanted for the price he was looking for. He was thrilled (and I was too!) when he visited ID Jewelry! The staff was very helpful and friendly..not pushy. Really helped him find what he was looking for. At least one of their designers works for Tiffany's to give you an idea of quality. Their prices were fantastic! The shop itself doesn't look like much when you visit, but there are treasures there! If they don't have exactly what you want in the store, they will get what you want! :-) We loved it so much that we got our wedding bands there too! Highly recommend!
