"I Dew" Events

they were charging was a fair price to deliver to Boca Raton so we cancelled this florist and lost our deposit.

ing on my bouquet - which was MY FAULT and not a big deal at all. Within MINUTES they told me a new bouquet was being brought to me and remade. I was OVERWHELMED with gratitude for how something that was my fault they fixed for me with no questions asked. I was amazed by the teamwork and professionalism by this husband and wife. If you are looking for someone to really care about your vision for your florals, to exceed your expectations and to leave you with NO worries on your wedding day- book this vendor.

g in Florida was a challenge in itself. However, our vision was communicated across the board and the vendors that were recommended were top notch and they made the planning process easy. Cate was truly an INCREDIBLE month of/day of coordinator! She really kept us at ease throughout the entire day and made everything run flawlessly! I wish we could do it all again because of how fun and beautiful it was! Thank you for making our day so amazing! 15/10 recommend!

al would be difficult to get in my bouquet & centerpieces. Every single flower was tropical!!! Some I had not seen since I was on vacation. Honestly, jaw dropping! THANK YOU I DEW EVENTS 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

remony outside. Cate kept me calm the entire time and even personally monitored the weather radar for me. The team listened to my concerns and questions and made sure my day went smoothly.

available to answer all of my questions and concerns (which was often). Monica and Brooke took charge the day of and they exceeded my expectations! I was so impressed with how organized and smooth everything went. Not only are they great at their jobs but they're great people too- your own personal hype girls!! I was so relaxed the entire morning and knew I could count on them to take care of everything. When I first saw the venue completely done I was speechless. Every detail, every flower, every single thing was perfect. It really was a dream night and I owe it to Rachael, Monica, Brooke and their team!!

my wedding colors and they made the most beautiful floral arrangements to complement them. River District was easy to work with and helped to make our day amazing!

ouquets, flower arrangements and more they provided. We used I Dew not only for the flowers, but also had a few of their top notch team members as the ‘day of planners’ that made our wedding day absolutely perfect. It takes a LOT of work to make sure things are seamless and everyone has fun, and they DELIVERED. Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Rachael and her team literally made our dreams come true. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. We quite literally wouldn’t have been able to do this all without them, if we could give them a zillion stars for their work, planning, florals and more, I would!

it came to communication. She brought our vision to life— & it was even better than we could’ve ever imagined! Behind-the-scenes, she did whatever it took to make the day run as smoothly as possible, collaborating with & directing all other vendors on-site. We planned our destination wedding from across the country, which initially seemed like a daunting task, but was absolutely no problem for Rachael & the “I Dew” team. The wedding went seamlessly & we HIGHLY recommend Rachael & her team for any & all events!!

efully I can work with her again!!

ble decor (including the rentals we got from I dew events) were so so beautiful and completely exceeded my expectations and exactly what I envisioned. The day of coordinators were so patient and amazing with the wedding party and made me feel sooo at ease the day of. I knew we were in good hands!!! Rachael from start to end was so personable, helpful and amazing especially when I had NO idea what I was doing, she steered me in the right direction and communicated with me every step of the way. Literally my dream wedding with the dream team! Thank you to the best wedding planners out there!!!!

ning our vision to life. I am still amazed by how beautiful everything was. The champagne wall was a huge hit with our guests! I would recommend them for any rental or floral needs.

de sure that the rehearsal and wedding day flowed seamlessly, and that I as the bride did not have to worry about anything going wrong. Having her around gave me ultimate peace of mind that I needed to fully enjoy the day. I cannot say enough how wonderful Rachael and the rest of the I Dew team are. I almost wish I could get married again just to work with the (lol but do not really want to plan another wedding).

e booked our wedding venue and they took care of all of the rest! Rachael was accessible, responsive and recommended the best vendors for everything from photography, to DJ, makeup, cake, transportation - everything! She thought ahead and planned for everything. We also used I Dew for our rentals and their sister company River District Floral for our flowers. It was convenient, affordable and streamlined. Everything came together so beautifully and exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful to Rachael and her entire team and recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing planner!

question I had (there were a lot lol), experienced in the wedding industry, comes highly recommended by other wedding vendors in the SWFL area ... you will be more than thankful to hire her and her team! She reassured and guided me throughout the planning process through the day of. I could trust her and that means a lot! Thank you Rachael!!

on to a T. River District is a family ran business, I met Rachel’s mom and sister at the end of our reception when they came to pick up the vases we rented. Don’t hesitate reaching out for a quote from River District Floral. We were thrilled with our Flowers!

District Florals as our florist. And, we had all of our rentals through them! This is the best one stop shop for all brides! Rachael was our saving grace for wedding planning! The planning was extremely overwhelming in itself, but adding covid into the mix and the uncertainty of each day made everything 100x more stressful. I cannot tell you how RELIEVED I was when we added Rachel to our team!! It really felt like a trust fall to me. I knew if anything were to go awry during planning and/or the day of, I knew I could lean on her and that she had everything perfectly under control!! Rachael worked tirelessly with my mom and I, always just a text or phone call away! She was extremely professional and responded almost immediately every time! And let me tell you, when you are stressing over details, an immediate answer is the the most amazing relief for a bride! From the beginning, I was struggling with putting together my vision for the decor of the day and Rachael took the reigns and completely captured my vision PERFECTLY!! She was also kind enough to work with our budget, so incredibly flexible and always had incredible ideas flowing! Every little detail was absolutely perfect and everything I had dreamed of and MORE! I remember arriving at my venue and just being in awe of the magic she had created!! Rachael had ideas I never would have dreamed up in a million years. It was so relieving to take the little details off of my plate and having someone I trusted take over. Rachael helped me with every detail, every decision, music, timeline, dress issues, literally everything that is part of the day. She also communicated everything with all of our vendors which took a huge burden off of me!! Once we hired Rachael, I didn’t have to stress one bit. Instead of dealing with every tiny detail, I attended my wedding and was fully present, which is the most priceless gift! The day of, Rachael helped me remain calm and held my hand through each step of the day. She will be your best friend in the planning process and during your day. Most importantly, everything Rachael did was perfectly tailored to US. Our wedding guests still (2 months later) compliment every detail of the day. It really was the most beautiful day we have ever witnessed, all thanks to Rachael at I Dew Events and their wonderful florists at River District Florals. I give ALL of the stars to Rachael!! Please, hire her and enjoy your day to the absolute fullest! Thank you Rachael and your team for the BEST day ever!! We love you!

essing so much about everything. After talking to Rachael (my florist, too!), she assured me that my stresses would diminish with a coordinator and she was so right! I met Monica on the day of the rehearsal and she organized my big bridal party, and made the rehearsal fun. There were many challenges on the day of the wedding that I didn't have to worry about. I cannot rave enough about this company and Monica. Thank you so much for the ease, support, and making my dream a reality!

cute my wedding. Right off the bat, I hit it off with Rachael. She is down to earth, responsive, detail oriented, fun, and creative. Planning a wedding during COVID the was intense but she was right there supporting me through everything. Whenever I needed a therapist or cheerleader she was there to listen and encouraged me. We had a home wedding and that means a “new” venue for catering, DJ, bathrooms (water and electric hookup), decor, photographer and videographer. She orchestrated them all seamlessly. In addition to planning, we also used her for our rentals: tent, table, chairs, candles, and vases. It was so easy to have her be able to provide all those things to our wedding. Plus they were all in brand new condition. Rachael also was there for our rehearsal and the set up for rehearsal. She took so much stress off me. I’ve heard brides say, “My wedding was the best day of life” but never truly believed it until now. Rachel, Chris and the I DEW Team really brought our vision to life and our wedding was the best day of our lives. We are so lucky to have worked with you! 5 stars doesn’t even cut it, they are 10/10!!!

ed thoughtful suggestions on gorgeous flowers 🌸 and designs. For the wedding, she and her talented team designed creative bouquets, a magnificent floral arch for the beach ceremony, and stunning table arrangements and flowers for the cake. She was a pleasure to work with and truly contributed to a magical, perfect wedding day. Thank you so much Susan Foster

eading up to our wedding, Rachael was extremely responsive and helped talk me through my vision and to create a custom quote. Rachael is super knowledgeable with not only the aesthetics of the flowers, but also on what would work best for your day in terms of weather, time of year, durability of flower stems, colors, textures, etc. We are from out of state and Rachael set aside time for us to meet in person at her studio during the months leading up to our wedding. She is creative and extremely detail oriented and had great communication with me during the planning process. I was totally blown away by our bouquets, centerpieces, specialty table arrangements, and ceremony arch florals. It was as if Rachael stepped inside my mind and then sprinkled unicorn dust and made it a million times better than I could have imagined. Thank you so so much. We will remember these flowers forever! Highly recommend if you want a stress-free planning process and happy wedding day :)

and were very pleasant to work with.

utiful. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing florals in the future.

would have been completely lost without her! She takes her job very seriously and was so awesome at making sure things got done and were organized. This helped us to be able to enjoy all the special moments around the wedding and take that extra stress away. I was blown away at how she set everything up to look so beautiful at our reception. She also provided a beautiful and fun Photo Booth that all of the guest loved and enjoyed! I would highly recommend I Dew Events!

le, with a passion for what they do, and it shows in their work! Thank you River District for all of your hard work!

at I envisioned, color scheme, table decor, my bouquet, my husband to be, bridesmaid and Bestmen.....Mothers, Fathers Needless to say I was very impressed and relieved because they had covered areas, that due to my excitement, I didn’t even begin to think about.... River District Florist helped me conquer my desires and brought them into a beautiful reality . Simplicity and elegance, truly amazing and totally within my budget we agreed upon. I highly recommend River District Florist, very satisfying and very easy to work with. Thank you, for making my Day!

5 star! She is professional and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her and River District Florist.

ays before the wedding but the day of went so smoothly. We left for the church ceremony in the pouring rain but when we got back, Melody and the girls had everything set up perfectly and I am so thankful for their help. Melody was so attentive the entire time and made sure everything went accordingly. Highly recommend Rachael & Melody. Thank you guys!!!

made contact with vendors, adjusted plans and developed a comprehensive timeline. The I Dew team is passionate about what they do. While all of our vendors worked out great, I Dew couldn't be topped. We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with them. Their confidence and know-how allowed us to trust our day to them and enjoy!

nded to my texts right away, she had amazing ideas for me when I would ask her opinion. Because of her our big day ran PERFECTLY. Melody was also a huge help with our wedding rehearsal. If you are looking for a wedding planner that will take the stresses of planning a wedding away look no further than Rachael and the I dew events team. We love you Rachael!

endors i used them and I couldnt be happier . She was so sweet when i came down to meet her and go over details. Then the next time i saw her was at my hearsal wedding and actual wedding and she meant business . She made sure everyone and every detail was perfect. This being her area of expertise she thought of things I never would have. I highly recommended her services!!! My day went amazing and she got me a surprise and had a live violinist for my reception hour which blew my mind!!

. Alese was provided photos of the requested arrangements and her and her assistant conveyed that they would be able to fully accommodate all requests. On the day of the wedding the flowers that Alese and her assistant delivered were not even remotely close to what the bride had requested. The bride's floral crown had only one or two flowers, the bride's bouquet was an entirely different style, and the bridesmaid's bouquets were an absolute joke. When we called Alese regarding our dissatisfaction she then lied to me and stated that this was what she could provide based on the bride's budget, however the bride never gave Alese a budget to remain within. Alese then sent her assistant to pick up the arrangements to make corrections. I texted her assistant the exact same photos that had previously been provided and she assured me that she would return on time with the arrangements corrected. We received a text from Alese's assistant approximately 30 minutes prior to the wedding stating she was having car trouble and would be about 30 minutes late. At this time we instructed her to meet us at the venue to minimize any further delays of the ceremony. After several distressing phone calls and multiple excuses Alese's assistant arrived at the venue over an hour after the ceremony was scheduled to begin. When she arrived the bride's floral crown and bouquet were somewhat improved, but still not what was requested and the absolutely pitiful looking bridesmaid's bouquets were not adjusted in any way. Because of the poor quality of Alese's work the bride was caused a significant amount of emotional distress on the day of her wedding, the bride's family and myself were placed in a highly stressful situation, and the wedding guests were left waiting at the ceremony for over an hour. I would truly hate for any bride to experience what we went through during such a monumental life moment and I would highly recommend using an alternate florist for any event of relative importance.

of our brides out of 75-80 weddings a year! We love her, love her staff, love her vision, love her passion and of course love her work! She has blown our couples away over and over and never has disappointed us! We do weddings from 12 people to 350 people and she is always on top of her game and does an amazing job going over and beyond! Her social media pictures don’t do her justice! As a planner I have even hired her for all my personal flower needs and have her booked for my weddings and can’t wait to wow my guests with her work!

elp everything on our wedding day went smoothly. From decor setup to keeping vendors on track with the timeline, it was all taken care of. We were able to enjoy our wedding without any worries thanks to I Dew Events!

happy that we did. We didn’t use the full-service but rather the day of package. It was a huge relief, as a bride, to focus on the joy of the day rather than the logistics. I would recommend them again.

ation, but had a very large amount of self made decorations that I needed set up at our venue. Rachel got back to me right away, and was able to answer any questions I had almost instantly. We decided that she would be a perfect edition for our wedding, and she was! Not only did Rachel create a day of timeline and coordinated it with all the vendors, but her and Melody decorated everything flawlessly, and Rachel was even supposed to be on bedrest. I Dew Events, is beyond dedicated to doing an amazing job, and without a bit of hesitation, we would definitely recommended them to anyone who needs any kind of assistance with their wedding! I Dew Events relieved all stresses I thought I would have on our wedding day, and I was able to enjoy every part of our special day! Thank you a million times over Rachel and Melody!

touches. She was great at handling last minute issues and helping get all our vendors aligned and in place. She has the greatest list of vendors and provides the best feedback on any questions you may have. Overall she made my day as stress free as possible so we could focus on having our day with family and friends. If you want someone that is 1000% going to make your wedding day the best day of your life, then choose “I Dew” Events as your wedding planner. Thank you for the best memories Rachael and “I Dew” Events.

r such a successful wedding. Melody and Rachael literally went above and beyond more than I feel they needed to do, but I guess that comes from someone that LOVES their job! Rachael did such an amazing job at making me feel totally comfortable when I thought everything was falling apart. Issues that I thought were HUGE were made into small issues. They were able to organize and facilitate everything that needed to be done and they traveled to my location in Tampa. They were able to coordinate and manage all sorts of different issues from far away with vendor issues such as : not being able to contact the DJ, changing contracts with different vendors that I had already signed, working out issues with the landlord of the property when rules were changed LITERALY THE WEEK OF MY WEDDING! While I was losing my mind they remained calm and collected and helped me regain my sanity. The day of the wedding they both knew what was important to me for my big day and made sure everything stayed on schedule in order for my main events to occur ( I had a surprise for guests and my husband of Brazilian dancers plus me in full costume as well!). My husband and I are BEYOND grateful for having Rachel and Melody plan/coordinate our wedding. I seriously have no idea what we would have done without them! I applaud them for the work that they do because it’s not easy and when the time comes there are some many different issues, scenarios, questions etc that have to be thought of and handled. They were both beyond prepared to handle it all and handle it with a smile.

h actually includes a one month lead in), and it was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! Working with Rachel decreases the stress of planning (especially in that last minute time crunch phase) - and even makes it fun! We planned our wedding from a distance, and it would not have been possible without Rachel's help. She took care of everything leading up to the wedding and the day of, and was always available for any questions I had (no matter how ridiculous). She and Melody coordinated all of the vendors, created the perfect (yet flexible!) timeline, set up decorations, and even helped to corral guests! All we had to do was show up and enjoy the day - and everything went off without a hitch! I cannot say enough good things about Rachel, Melody, and "I Dew" Events, and I've already recommended them to my cousin!

d to her that she knew what she was doing and eased my mind about the stress a wedding brings. I loved working with the vendors he recommended also. My family is still talking about my wedding. Rachael gave all kinds of suggestions- but made sure to keep my vision as the most important! I am so glad I decided to have a planner- I used her for the day off along with helping with my vendors and some decorating ideas too.

k all of the stress away for me. She took all of my ideas and brought them to life without any of the stress. I can’t say enough good things about Rachael and all of the time and effort she put into my wedding. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a wedding planner! You won’t be disappointed!!

ask them, I knew instantly she was the right fit. From there working together was totally seamless and she made us feel so at ease. If you are on the fence, trust me you need this woman!! <3

-free and she was such a blast to be around. Vendors thanked me for having her and everything was flawless. She was such a blessing for my family and I! I would hire Rachael 10xs over again to have our day the way it was!
