Their selection is beautiful and so is the team. They picked out a veil for me to try and my goodness it was perfect!! I didn't come in thinking much about the veil nor did I have pictures or ideas. The one they picked out was beautiful! The trim of the veil matched the details at the top of my dress! I didn't even ask to try on any more (there was no need to)! What a great team!

e suggested anything else. My sister-in-law suggested I Do and there were a few designers that I Do offered that I was really interested in trying. I Do is by appointment only, which may seem like an annoyance to some but I really really appreciate this. My previous experience at a popular bridal salon in New Orleans was terrible - I made an appointment two months in advance only to be shoved into a back dressing room with no seating so my mom, future mother-in-law, and sisters had to walk through racks of dresses to get out of the way of numerous brides, family members, and stylists while I tried on dresses. At I Do, Ramsey and her team actually focus on you. I told Ramsey and my stylist what I thought I liked, had tried on at other stores, and my price point. They pulled a few styles to start to see how I felt. They listened to my feedback and pulled some different styles they thought might work better with my body type. I tried on an Anne Barge gown suggested by Ramsey and it was the best dress I had tried on - it worked well with my body and fit my style. I probably wouldn't have picked it on my own, but I'm so happy I had their guidance! I only needed alterations at the bodice and they suggested two places to go, but emphasized one for my particular dress. Every process was so smooth with them - trying on the dress, ordering, alterations - everything. I got married last month and my dress was perfect! Thank you, Ramsey and the I Do team!

room tucked away for privacy. After reviewing wedding details and dress preferences they brought me around the store to look at dresses within my price range to see what I'd like to try on. I am someone who gets overwhelmed with too many options, however the I Do staff made the entire process smooth, easy and fun. They took my very few preferences (white?) and helped me navigate the store to find dresses that I liked, without ever pushing anything on me that I was uncomfortable with. Throughout the try-on process, Emily was so helpful and reassuring, assisting with everything from hair ties, alteration suggestions and bra pads. Any stress I may have had walking in, was long gone by the time we made it to the dressing room. Not only did they help put me at ease, but also catered to my mom and bridesmaids by answering questions, providing prosecco and generally being supportive, while always directing the decision making questions to me. When we found "the dress", Ramsey and staff take such time and effort to make you feel like they are as excited as you are when you find your wedding dress. This is arguably the most important apparel decision a woman can make, and the staff at I Do genuinely cares about helping find your perfect dress and that you have fun through the process. I can't say enough good things about my experience at I Do. It was such a smooth, fun, fairytale experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

ou needed to schedule and appointment. It was advertised on the invite as a show, the show was showing the new 2018 styles and the time was 10-4. So I arrived at 11. The door was locked, and outside was raining very hard. The owner said come in but stay at the door. She asked us what we wanted very rudely. I told her that we were here for the trunk show. She looked me up and down and asked if I an appointment. I showed her the invite and that I talk to someone at a expo in New Orleans. She made a persnickety comment that she was wasn't at an expo and the facebook event was not from her. I wanted her to see the invite and that it was clearly representing her salon, and I was worried that others might be like me would think that it was an open event. She told me that they are personal invites only. Everyone that was invited had a schedule appointment. She also said that all they were all booked up for while and that I should call back later. The person with me said it was just like Julie Roberts from the movie Pretty Women. She prejudged and my friend having no clue what I do for a living and what my wedding dress budget is. The funny things is both of us do very well and have a pretty good budget for a dress. The thing that make me upset is that if you are using social media as a way of advertising your business even though you personally are not doing the advertisement you are still legally liable for what is being said. You need to be very careful how things are worded and presented to the public, and take responsibility for it. It would been fine with a simple I am sorry and I will correct the advertisement in the future, and we would love to help you in the future. I would of left not upset and probably would returned. But that was not my experience at all, and I will not be returning referring anyone to this store. I hope no future bride ever has the experience.

uld do, but she was told to leave the store. The owner said it was my problem after they were the ones who recommended the tailor and was the only reason I trusted the tailor with my dress. I think the lesson here is to only go to a store with an in-house tailor. As Ramsey will tell you, the dress is not their responsibility after it leaves the store .This makes complete sense as a policy, but with that being the case they should not recommend a tailor. I was not the only one who had this problem. A friend of mine who also used I Do and went to a second tailor that was recommended by Ramsey had the same situation. Her dress was ruined by the tailor and when she went to Ramsey for help, she found none. The lesson learned I learned is to avoid any salon that does not do in-house tailoring. If they do not trust their tailor enough to have him/her in-house then they shouldn't recommend that person.
