Planning this wedding would have been impossible if we did not have Lia. We planned a wedding mid-Covid, which had its own unique difficulties, but then one week before we made the tough decision to postponed our outdoor Tahoe wedding due to wildfires. We were obviously devastated and Lia had the amazing idea that we should keep our date and have a last minute Las Vegas elopement with our closest family and friends! She figured out vendors all within days so we could still celebrate and have fun on our day! Fast forward 9 months, it is time for our dream Tahoe wedding! Beautiful warm weather all week but it’s looking like rain on Saturday. Well rain turned into over 2 inches of snow! So we yet again had a last minute venue change. Within a day, Lia was able to transform the ugliest reception room into something beautiful and picture worthy! The whole thing looked amazing and no one knew that this was totally not what or how we planned it to be. Seriously this woman is a miracle worker! I would highly recommend Lia for any event. Hiring her is a no-brainer, easily the best decision you’ll make!

Very few people are as passionate and dedicated to their job as Lia. She is not only a consummate professional, but also became a friend and trusted advisor throughout the whole wedding process. Lia supported our vision but was not afraid to voice her opinion and share her vast experience, this tremendously benefited us. While we’d jokingly say Lia took care of everything but the weather, she even encouraged us to pick a date over a year in advance with the best weather prospects, and our wedding day ended up being the best day in the surrounding weeks. What can I say about working with Lia and her staff. Hands down the best in Las Vegas. I originally thought I needed a full service planner but with the venue I picked, everything was for the most part included and I just needed help tying everything together. I hired I Do Details for 60 day coordination and she went above and beyond. She constantly checks in with you and asks if there’s anything she can help with. She also has tons of connections with all rentals companies and knows all the needed info to put on a fabulous wedding in Las Vegas. She was on it with connecting with vendors and organizing the big day. My hands were free which is exactly what I needed on the day of my wedding. She organized all my people and kept the show going and on time which was my favorite part. There’s also nothing I love more than a timeline and she got one all typed up for me including makeup and hair schedules for 12 girls. I don't even know where to start. We wish we had found Lia earlier in our wedding planning journey, but we are sooooo happy our lives crossed paths! Lia not only planned our wedding, but I also used her to plan my bridal shower. Every single detail at both events was strategically thought out and turned out perfect! Lia and her team made our wedding day such a breeze. We had nothing to worry about by the time the big day came and we could actually enjoy the day. We hired Lia for full planning and design service! We are so thankful that we did because we had no idea what we were doing. Outside of asking my wife to marry me, hiring lia to be our wedding coordinator was our second best decision. We wanted to have a destination wedding outside the country and if we hadn't of hired Lia it could of very well turned into a disaster. We had the full service from start to finish with I Do Details. When planning a mega event that is one day in your life, you realize three things when doing it, (1) you spend a lot of time and resources , (2) get a wedding planner if can afford it, and (3) a good amount of your family and friends will have their own comments about your wedding. Most of I Do Details led by Lia are already mentioned in her reviews (which we read also) and photos. IDD answers promptly, and gets it done. On the wedding day, we have different characters that are great but sometimes fun to handle and IDD team got it done. End of day, every couple is different. I Do Details works with all types of different couples and helps give them the Wedding/Mega Event of their dreams. Would recommend.

Lia is an outstanding individual! I was a first-time new mom and bride dealing with the overwhelming stress of wedding planning from out of state, and decided to hire Lia. She impressively handled our entire wedding down to every last detail! Having Lia plan our wedding was a no-brainer. Her attention to detail from the design to the back admin work inquiring rentals, etc; made our planning process such a breeze. Hiring Lia and I Do Details for my wedding day was such a great experience. Planning a wedding can be stressful and she was always there to help. No question was too silly and she always responded quickly with advice. She gives advice about every little detail during your process and makes sure that you’re getting exactly what you want for your day. Helpful is an understatement. Her communication with me and my husband, and my mother was perfect. The communication with all of our vendors was also very efficient. Being organized is extremely important when planning something big. We had over 300 people at our wedding and she made sure everything was organized in such an easy manor. Having her help with timelines and coordination was essential. Her and her assistant were very professional day of and they made sure everything went smoothly. Planning an international wedding can be tough enough, and then adding Covid to the equation made it even tougher. I don’t know what we would have done without Lia. We never knew where to start when planning a wedding, but with her full service wedding package everything was seriously a breeze. From setting us up with the perfect save the date and invitations, to her full checklist on aisle planner and dealing with all the vendors, the year of planning flew by even with all the Covid obstacles. Lia is definitely one of the most organized people I’ve ever met and was always quick to respond to me and all of the vendors. Lia has the best taste and was very helpful in helping me choose certain things when I was indecisive. Unfortunately, it was so windy on our wedding day, but Lia made sure to keep me calm and did the best she could with setting everything up and making everything look absolutely perfect. Lia was the most amazing wedding planner we could’ve asked for. From the moment we hired her for day of coordination to the day of our wedding she was so helpful, attentive, organized & passionate about her work. We waited 3 months into wedding planning to hire Lia. Biggest mistake EVER! I would have hired her the day after we got engaged if I would have known how amazing she is. Since day one, Lia was absolutely perfect. She was so helpful, organized, and knowledgeable that it blew us away! Lia was the absolute best! When I first thought about getting everything ready for our big day, I knew I had to find help. Working full-time and having a child was enough, so we began our search in looking for a full-service wedding planner. We had met with a few planners, but Lia and our chemistry hit it off right away. After we hired Lia, I knew I wasn't going to regret it. Things were getting so real, we were so happy! We originally knew exactly where we wanted to get married. We wanted to get married at this place because it was the perfect venue (or so we thought) for us. I wanted an outdoor, whimsical, rustic, wedding with hints of Disney. So we locked in the venue, and worked with Lia's recommendation of Suzanne with She Paperie, who made us beautiful Save the Dates. We began to plan out decor, and getting little details planned out. About 4 months out from our wedding date, we began receiving bad news... rumors began about our venue. I was pulling into Disneyland hotel when I received the call from Lia. They were canceling weddings last minute and the same day I even had a vendors emailing me asking if our wedding was still on. So we immediately got in contact with the venue and they reassured us that everything was fine. Well two weeks after this, we began to worry. Their website was down, their Facebook page went missing and reviews started coming in. What were we going to do? We had already chose decorations, we already sent out Save the Date, secured deposits, chose our cake design, ETC. Luckily, we ended up getting our deposit back but now we had no venue. We contemplated eloping and even changing everything to a destination wedding. Lia was so patient and immediately started sending us venues that she thought would still match our theme. She reassured that everything was going to be okay, and that our wedding would be better. Everything happens for a reason was our mindset. She ended up recommending so many places and we didn't like any. Just our luck right? So the last place she recommended we were like what do we have to lose? Well, we ended up LOVING the venue and securing it. We were about 2 months away and we had no time to wait. What we thought our wedding was going to look like completely changed. We originally chose light colors and changed to dark. We originally had a rustic theme, and now it was elegant. To be completely honest, if it wasn't for Lia, I don't think a wedding would have happened, and for her to say STILL like it's ok if we don't... was so comforting. It wasn't about what we lost it was about our happiness. Lia will be one of my best memories planning a wedding. She was my confidant. She was my rock. She is someone that wants what's best for you, and for a couple. She took ideas and made them reality. She is just so sweet and so organized. She will definitely be on top of everything and MORE. She really is about the details and the little things that you didn't realize would make a difference (like custom napkins) really give your wedding the extraness you didn't know you needed. Our wedding story wasn't a fairytale, but our wedding ended up being one. With the look of our wedding, you'd never guess that it wasn't the original plan. So thank you Lia. We hired Lia to do our 60-day coordination for our wedding in December. Even though we hired her just for the 60-days out, she started helping us with vendor suggestions immediately after we hired her in March. Lia took the time to meet up with me for lunch to talk about how I envisioned the wedding and what I wanted the overall feel to be. Over the months leading up to the wedding, Lia would check in periodically to make sure we were on track with hiring our vendors and with planning the big day. About a month before the wedding we had a meeting with Lia to finalize all vendors and details for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. The week of our wedding our venue let us know that we would no longer be able to set up for our wedding the night before (something they had told us we could do all along) because they had an event in the space that night. I panicked as I hadn’t shared how I planned to lay out the room with anyone. Lia came to my rescue and said she was able to do all of the set up while I was getting ready on the morning of. I sent her pictures of mocked up tables and she made my exact vision come to life. Lia also kept all of our vendors on time and helped our day run smoothly, even when things didn’t go to plan. I couldn’t imagine having my wedding day without Lia, having her there allowed me and my now husband to enjoy our day without having to worry about anything. Lia even helped us with clean up when our reception was coming to a close. We are very grateful to have had Lia for our day-of coordination, she really made the day worry-free.

Lia was our wedding planner for our wedding September 29th at Waldorf Astoria! We couldn’t have been happier with her services! I don’t even want to imagine what my wedding would have been without Lia! I am so thankful that I hired her to pull off such a miraculous wedding day for us. Like many brides, I was pretty clueless about the logistics of wedding planning from the beginning. Thankfully I had Lia to not only consult me throughout the process but to give me every cute idea. She responded quickly to every question I had, is prompt and has the best eye for design, which is what makes her company stand out from the rest. All of my guests commented on how professional and amazing she was. Wedding guests want to be told what to do- and I also found out that I wanted to be told what to do on my wedding day, too! I am so glad she was there to take charge and make the day magical. She did a wonderful job consulting, planning and coordinating and gave me so much peace of mind throughout the few months leading up and on my wedding day. John and I can’t thank her enough!

Lia was our coordinator for our wedding and she was nothing short of amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything that day was perfect! She thought of every small detail I would've otherwise forgotten, planning is not my thing and she filled in every gap I was missing, it was so nice to have her available to ask her anything I wasn't sure about. I completely trusted her the day of to capture the look I was going for and for good reason, because everything turned out beautiful! She was able to coordinate a timeline with all of my vendors so everyone knew what time to be at the venue and what was going where! Choosing Lia as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made in the entire planning process of our wedding. From the initial consultation, Lia understood what we wanted for our big day and gave us the confidence in her to make it happen! Every step of the way she was there offering support, guidance and advice! She constantly went out of her way to be a listening ear 24/7 when I needed her and came up with solutions to any obstacle we faced. Our wedding went PERFECTLY!! I don't know what we would have done without hiring Lia to be our wedding planner. We had a very specific, grand vision, and she made it all come to life. She was at every meeting, handled all emails, made sure we hit deadlines, and was a go-to for all of our vendors. Any problems that we ran into, she was ready with immediate solutions. The timeline she created for the day's events was impressive- it was so detailed! Every one of our guests said it was the best wedding / party they have been to and that is truly a direct reflection of all of Lia's efforts.

Lia is absolutely AMAZING! From the first meeting my husband and I had with her, I knew she would be our wedding planner. When we started the planning process we instantly got extremely overwhelmed and didn’t know what our next steps were and Lia was our saving grace. We hired her for partial planning but she was by my side and helped guide me every step of the way that’s when I knew she was not only our wedding planner but she would be a life long friend. She is one of the most organized and detailed oriented planners I have ever met and that is exactly what we needed! I never realized how many little details there are when planning a wedding and I knew I could count on Lia to make sure we got them all. The day of our wedding was so stress free we really got to enjoy every second of it, our wedding was an absolute dream and I owe it all to her. Lia was amazing with seeing my vision & being able to execute it on the day of the wedding. Anytime I had a random question or needed someone’s opinion- she was always a quick text away. Definitely crucial having someone like this in your corner when you are getting married. Especially because most people haven’t gone through this process before. She’ll either hold your hand the whole way, or just provide you training wheels. All depending on what YOU want/need from a wedding planner.

I am not quite sure what we would have done without Lia during our wedding process. She made the process so much more enjoyable for us! When I started planning I had no idea where to start. Lia was so organized. She planned out each month leading up to the wedding. She had a timeline and everything mapped out perfectly. Lia listened to all of my visions and made them come to life. We planned our wedding from afar which added an additional stress to an already heightened experience- After all, you want your day to be perfect. Not being in the city we were getting married in didn’t matter because Lia was able to help. She went above and beyond to ease our (mostly my) nerves, help provide guidance, advice and ideas when it was needed most. Her follow up was respectful. She kept us on track. Her persistent approach coupled with her caring personality made it easy to work with her. Her extra attention to detail models the values she has created within her company. About three months into planning I decided to reach out to Lia and since then she has been 100% there for us...from the very first consultation to even after our big day! We are so very grateful that we had Lia for our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding last March. She helped us a lot throughout the process by constantly checking in to make sure that we were on track and not missing anything. She helped with a lot of little details that would have normally been overlooked by myself just from never having planned a wedding before.
