I Do Flowers for You is an incredible San Diego based florist!! Jennifer did the flowers for our wedding on 5/4/2024 and they were spectacular!! We were so happy with how everything turned out, and Jennifer was super helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had multiple calls with Jennifer leading up to the event to talk about our vision and budget, and she absolutely nailed it. We sent over some photos for inspiration of what we were going for and they turned out better than we imagined. Jennifer and her team were very professional throughout the process, they setup the flowers for the ceremony and then moved them to our reception venue. Setup and cleanup went very smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. If you're looking for a great florist in the San Diego area who can make your vision come to life and do it all within budget I Do Flowers for You is the best option :)

Jennifer was the ONLY florist I consulted because as soon as I spoke with her, my gut said "she's our florist." And boy, I am so thankful I followed my gut! She was professional, upfront about pricing, quick to respond to my questions, and was flexible when I wanted to incorporate changes. But best of all, THE FLOWERS. She did such a phenomenal job making my wedding day flowers come true. I gave her one picture and she ran with it and everything turned out amazing. My guests were in love with all the arrangements; many people took the centerpieces home. Just incredible, I would 100% recommend Jennifer to anyone. What Jennifer was able to create for our wedding was sheer MAGIC! I’m a pretty emotional person but was holding it together well on my big day. Until I saw the bouquets she made. They took my breath away and definitely moved me to tears! The little details throughout the ceremony and reception venues were PERFECT! You much pick Jennifer for your floral arrangements!

I was looking for Florists to help carry out my engagement proposal and was intrigued by Jennifer's portfolio. After inquiring I decided to proceed with booking Jennifer and she was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my input and was able to offer me a very reasonable priced package as compared to other vendors. Her floral arrangement were gorgeous and everything I envisioned and more! Super glad I decided to go with Jennifer and couldn't recommend her enough for making our special day so magical!

Jennifer was easy to communicate with and delivered beautiful flowers that we got so many incredible compliments on throughout the weekend. I was able to send inspiration photos and she worked to ensure I knew what I would be getting on the day itself. Love that she was able to work with our budget and provide such beautiful blooms.

The flowers were beautiful and simple. Jennifer helped me come up with a plan to reuse flowers and do bud vases to keep costs down. I made an update to my order to include a toss bouquet and more boutonnieres. Unfortuntaely on my wedding day I did not recieve all the flowers on my updated order.

Let’s be honest, flowers are a huge (and expensive) part of any wedding. When done right, everything looks amazing, and when done wrong things could look tacky or cheap. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with Jennifer and I Do Flowers for You. Jennifer is amazing! We are from Phoenix, AZ and were getting married in San Diego. First, Jennifer was flexible with meeting with us when we were in town. Then, she took her time with us to really get a good idea of the flowers we wanted and the aesthetic we were looking for. She looked at photos we had as well as showing us her portfolio. She has a very friendly demeanor and you can tell she loves what she does. She was also very patient as changes were made a few times with flowers we wanted to change or needed to add. We were also having some issues with our tables for the reception up to two weeks prior to the wedding when she needed to order the flowers, but she was very patient and assured me it was okay. Mine and my sister’s bouquets were so beautiful. Blush was my wedding color and she recommended adding darker pinks to my bouquet to make it stand out and she was right. It was so beautiful! In our reception venue we wanted floral table runners on our two long banquet tables and she blew us and our guests away! The runners were large and full in the flowers and colors we wanted. There were also flowers and other bouquets throughout the room. The guests were really impressed, saying they’d never seen anything like it and how beautiful they were. She was also able to provide all the candles we wanted for our evening wedding. It was absolutely elegant and exquisite, just what we wanted. Our wedding coordinator told us hotel staff were coming into the room to take pictures prior to the wedding because they’d never seen the room look so beautiful, and I’m sure it was because of Jennifer’s flowers! I highly recommend Jennifer and I Do Flowers for You. I feel that because it’s not a “big” business Jennifer is able to provide a more personalized service. She’s easily accessible and really takes the time to make sure she understands what you want so your day is really beautiful and special. I should also mention that her prices are competitive. After seeing everything she put together for us we definitely felt we got a lot of “bang for our buck”. You won’t make a mistake by choosing her to do your wedding florals or florals for any other special event.

Jennifer and her husband were great. We wanted pretty minimal decor for our wedding so we only got an arch for the ceremony and the bouquets/boutineers, but everything looked beautiful. Jen really worked with us to make our vision a reality and she did a wonderful job.

I enjoyed working with Jennifer immensely. I knew I wanted something a little different for my wedding florals. I asked Jennifer to design a bohemian bouquet that incorporated flowers, succulents, and greens from Southern California. The results were absolutely beautiful. My bouquet was completely unique and lovely. I loved showing it off. Jennifer also decorated our gazebo, and it was so beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. We took all of our family portraits in front of the gazebo, and I know the pictures will come out beautifully. Jennifer was very easy to work with. She “got” exactly what vision I was going for even though I didn’t know exactly what types of flowers I wanted. She was very responsive, showed up on time, and had everything ready on schedule. Jennifer did such an incredible job with the floral arrangements for our wedding. Everything from the bouquets to the centerpieces were amazing, and we really appreciated the little details that we never would have thought of like the flowers on our cake and the tossing bouquet. It was very clear from working with Jennifer that she is an absolute professional that takes pride in her work and delivers nothing but the best quality on your big day. What really blew us away was how we give her minimal instruction at first, just our basic colors and preferences, and she created a beautiful vision and design scheme. Jen was incredible for our wedding in June!! I couldn’t not say enough praise for her. We loved our of state and did the planning mostly over the phone, she was able to completely nail down the specifics and fill in the blanks for me to make the arrangements of our dreams. My bouquet featured a gorgeous king protea and I couldn’t stop staring!! She was wonderful to work with, very professional and my husband and I both remarked that we only saw her once that day and somehow she managed to take care of everything from the tables and the aisle decor and the arch decor on her own, which is incredible when you have a crazy busy wedding day. We planned a destination wedding in San Diego. Trying to do everything long distance was a challenge, but working with Jennifer was pure delight. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and always prompt in her response to my many questions. We meet Jennifer at the Bridal Bazaar at the San Diego Convention Center and we're so glad that we did. We don't know that much about flowers. We just had an idea of what the color scheme would be like for the wedding with a rustic and wild flower feel. We couldn't have been more happy. She showed up early to help set up centerpieces since we gave her the jars we wanted to use as vases. They were set up at the tables and we had bigger arrangements for the ceremony. 9/14/19 Wedding I am most grateful and appreciative that Jennifer Ikie designed and delivered, my daughter’s wedding floral arrangements. Jennifer didn’t just “do flowers” for my daughter Elizabeth’s wedding, she created the most magnificent, gorgeous floral environment that “wowed” guests at the La Jolla beach ceremony and Cuvier reception. She also facilitated the design and placement of the table and hall decorations which created a most magical presence. Guests and the Abbey service personnel repeatedly remarked that the floral arrangements and overall hall ambiance was exceptionally beautiful, they had never seen such fresh flowers in the most beautiful arrangements. Jennifer, is an exceptionally talented floral designer, whose personal passion, and artistic precision, created the most elegant and strikingly powerful floral designs. My daughter requested a flowing floral presentation that embraced our guests with a sophisticated and elegant ambiance. During our discussions Jennifer listened attentively to my daughter’s vision and delivered exactly what was requested. Each arrangement was uniquely and impeccably designed and flowed with all the other arrangements. Truly the overall presentation was magnificent, and my daughter's dream became her reality. Also, Jennifer’s business interactions were well organized and most professional. She provided photo samples, attended preplanning meetings, created a clear invoice for services, and delivered what was stated. She is an experienced professional who listens well, remains organized and demonstrated the talent to create and deliver Elizabeth’s floral dream wedding. Our overall experience was spectacular!

Had a great experience with Jennifer. Always responded promptly through text or phone calls. The only thing was for the groomsmen's flowers they wilted within the first 30 minutes. Other than that, the flowers lasted the entire night. I loved my purple and gold bouquet for myself and for my bridesmaids. I met Jennifer through a bridal bazaar and was not disappointed that I chose her.

I had my wedding this past weekend and couldn't have asked for more perfect flowers- the flowers and petals along our aisle, the arch flowers, centerpieces, boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets were all gorgeous. Jennifer was absolutely the PERFECT choice for our wedding. I’d looked for a florist for a few weeks and Jennifer was so kind and so professional. We spoke on the phone a couple of times, and I sent her photos of flowers I liked and had in mind. I sent various photos and various styles. Jennifer seemed to pick up a sense of what I was looking for. She is responsive and really worked hard to deliver the most value for my budget. She was even kind enough to drop off bridal party flowers at our hotel before heading to the venue to decorate there. When my flowers arrived, I cried tears of joy. They could not have been more perfect! I swear she read my mind and created floral arrangements that were even prettier than the sample photos I’d sent her. Two days before the wedding, I realized I’d made an error and needed two more centerpieces. I sent her a text and she handled it with kindness and grace, which was amazing, given the last minute change. Of all the vendors who were hired for our wedding, Jennifer was easily the best. Jennifer was amazing to work with for our wedding and ending up saving the day! After reading all of the great reviews I set up an appointment to have a consult with her and before the meeting was complete I cancelled any other florist appointments I had set up! She really listened to what I wanted and had great suggestions to pull it all together. Jennifer was easy to work with during the planning process and a couple last minute changes were no problem. The day of my gorgeous flowers arrived and were better than I had even hoped for! The really amazing part came when Jennifer went to set up the ceremony and reception. She worked quickly and yet was a perfectionist to make sure everything was just right and the final look was amazing! Then she went completely above and beyond and saved the day. Our wedding cake arrived completely wrong and completely plain but after talking with our day of coordinator to get the ok, Jennifer took the time to handset flowers onto our cake and honestly it turned out better than we had designed before. We were one month out from our July 14, 2018 wedding, with no florist booked. To say that I was panicked is an understatement! I found Jennifer on The Knot and I loved everything that I saw, so I said a little prayer and reached out to her. To my shock and awe, she was available and completely within budget! We met with her at her home immediately and we got to see some of her work up close and personal. She also showed us a variety of different arrangements she had done in the past and looked at my vision board on Pinterest. Our colors were rose and gold/champagne, and I was really wanting a sparkly table with mismatched vases and votives on a sequin runner. She pulled out a bunch of vases, arranged them, and said would these work? It was fantastic and she even recommended that we do fewer arrangements on the tables so they wouldn't be too crowded. One of the most helpful things was that she rents the vases out to her clients, and comes back to clean up at the end of the reception. We made sure to have the DJ make an announcement encouraging guests to take centerpieces, but in the plastic vases we purchased off of Amazon instead, since the vases were not ours. People were happy that they still got to take flowers home and we didn't end up with a ridiculous number of vases and votives to dispose of post-wedding. We were not particular about the flowers used so much as the colors, and so we gave Jennifer creative license. She did not disappoint and she even incorporated in some of the gold leaves from something I had shown her on Pinterest! End result: the bouquets and arch piece were absolutely gorgeous, the centerpieces were exactly as I had envisioned, and everything held up beautifully, in spite of the crushing humidity of the wedding day. Jennifer truly went above and beyond, in an incredibly short amount of time, to bring my vision to life, and her professionalism was exceeded only by her warmth! I have already recommended her to one bride and I will continue to do so, because working with Jennifer was a wonderful experience!
