The owner stated this was written in my invoice/contract but after I reviewed the invoice again, there was nothing like this stated anywhere on it and I have yet to hear a response from them showing me where this is stated. Additionally, a few days before the wedding we were setting up logistics and I had originally scheduled them to finish around 11 AM since my ceremony started at 12 PM. I then later decided we should be done by 10:30 AM and have an earlier start but asked him if the stylist could stick around until the original time in case there were any mishaps during photos. They told me they already booked the stylist for another appointment but that that they could send someone else, of course for another fee. This all happened relatively quickly without setting in stone a definite time frame and I was very disappointed in the fact that they refused to have the stylist stay even a tiny bit longer. Also, on the day of my wedding, the stylist went to the wrong location (even though I informed them of the switch in location a couple of days before the wedding and the night before and they confirmed acknowledgment of this change) causing us to start later than expected. They also blamed me for their error stating it was my miscommunication. Due to this delay, some of my bridesmaids' hair looked a little rushed. I think it would have came out better if we had more time and the stylist didn't have to rush out for her next appointment. The stylist also brought their own photographer even though they asked me if they could bring him beforehand and I never confirmed they were allowed to do so. I will, however, say the stylist did my hair exactly like I wanted it which I was very happy about but I did not like the way they handled all of the issues above. The owner did not apologize for anything they did wrong and stated it was my fault for not understanding and not communicating clearly, which it was not as everything was done via email. I think they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible knowing I had no other options 5 days before my wedding. I would recommend them for their hair services if they treated their customers with professionalism and respect.

I was pleasantly surprised by how they were able to take my inspiration photos and make it work for me. On the day, I looked and felt my best without being overdone. My hair and make up lasted all night and I really put it to the test. They were flexible and not fussy about their work space, other vendors had so many requirements or restriction. I Do Glam was happy to work wherever I wanted to get ready. They answered all of my strange and frantic questions leading up to the day. I appreciate every aspect of their work.
