Helene was amazing!!! My husband and I had no dance experience and didn’t know where to start with our wedding first dance. We wanted something that wasn’t over-choreographed, but also didn’t want to stand and sway the whole time. Helene helped us find that perfect balance and adjusted the choreo to fit our preferences. We felt like her lesson was a great foundation for us to build on. We ended up changing some of the choreo around and added in our own parts, which was so much fun for us. Highly recommend!!

I had a little experience with choreography (although all solo and none of it remotely recent!) and my husband had no dance experience. We met Helene in a local park, and went over what she had choreographed for us. She was super nice and great at walking us through it step by step, making sure we understood. Once we had run through it several times and got the general hang of it, she took a video for us so that we would be able to practice at home. And that we did! The number she choreographed for us was simple enough but looked impressive. With practice, we were able to pull it off at our wedding without a hitch. Some of our guests even cried they were so moved. We could not have done it without Helene's fantastic choreography and instruction. We both highly recommend her!

until we had it down. She then takes a video of you doing the dance on your phone - which was ingenious! After our lesson we didn't get the chance to practice for a few weeks and had forgotten most of it, but we simply played the video in the background while we practiced and it quickly came back to us. The dance was easy for us to learn, with fairly simple moves, but choreographed, which was exactly what we were going for. Our dance was a hit! And the process was really fun. I would definitely recommend using Helene - especially if you are on a time crunch or too busy to attend multiple lessons.
