assistant! We requested the day-of-coordination service, and Michele and Krista truly went above and beyond with providing their sage expertise and advice. Even with the day-of-coordination package, Michele and her team provides plenty of assistance with planning and prep at least a month out from the event, and her help with taking over vendor communication and coordination as the event date approached was incredibly helpful in allowing us to focus on other pieces of our wedding planning we had to complete.
Our wedding was on the relatively smaller side, and my partner and I were doing our best to keep things within a reasonable budget because we never wanted to break the bank for a wedding when there are so many more important things to us to save up for, but there were still so many different logistical pieces and moving parts to account for that quickly became overwhelming for us. There were many things that we weren't even aware we had to account for, but Michele was incredibly helpful in filling those gaps in our knowledge and planning and provided recommended resources.
On the week of our wedding, we had to quickly come up with new layout and room arrangement plans for our ceremony and reception because chances of thunderstorms was high and there was a heat wave passing through. Unfortunately we had planned for our ceremony and part of the reception (i.e. cocktail/social hour) to be outside, and we were very concerned about our guests (especially the more health-vulnerable folks) suffering from any heat-related difficulties. Michele helped immensely with the stressful and logistical headache of coming up with a feasible rainy-day layout and plan! Truly she was amazing, and Michele's efficient and quick communication was incredibly appreciated to getting things done. Her willingness to find solutions and help alleviate the stress from us as much as possible was clear and so helpful!
On the day of our wedding, Krista was amazing at keeping the events flowing and making adjustments on the fly, checking in with us that we were prepared for the next events on the schedule guideline, and answering questions or seeking answers to questions when she didn't immediately know the answer/solution. She was helpful in looking for everyone who had to be in particular places at one time, and she was great at communicating important information and coordinating with our other vendors (i.e. boba tea catering staff, wait-staff, DJ). We really appreciate her coordination with the venue staff, wait-staff, and our friends/family who were helping with decorating the reception area because the decor really exceeded our expectations! Because we wanted a lower-budget wedding, our decor was still on the more humble side, but Krista helped make everything look fantastic and lovely.

as much more than your typical day-of. She started reviewing our contracts and getting everything put together for us about a month out. She was also very communicative outside of that window when we needed it. Michele was extremely organized, punctual, professional, and tasteful. I struggle with punctuality myself, and she handled it gracefully while keeping me on track. She was real with us when we needed a good opinion, and at the same time, she never inserted herself unless we asked or needed her. In other words, she totally went with our flow and helped us bring our vision to life. To put it simply, Michele knows what she is doing. Every detail was executed perfectly, and she helped us make some last-minute decisions on the day of that kept our wedding looking beautiful! She is also very well-connected with some of the best vendors in the area. I have met with other vendors that felt like a lot of fluff, marketing, and empty reassurance, and Michele is the opposite of that. Michele is not a "fluff" vendor - she is EXCELLENT at her job. She was quietly and tirelessly working in the background throughout our long wedding day making sure everything was perfect. She is so good that you really didn't notice her unless you were looking, but she was the real reason everything worked out so well. I also can't say enough about how stress-relieving it was that she helped us create our floorplan (something I was confused about and dreading) and that she was there to direct everyone at rehearsal and on the day of the wedding. Looking back, we would have hired Michele for more planning instead of just coordination. We were worried about budget at the time, so we went with just coordination, but let me tell you: Michele is worth EVERY PENNY! If you want to be as stress-free as you could possibly be on your wedding day, this is the person to hire.

ning a wedding can feel overwhelming, emotional, and at times… lonely. But she stepped into that space with so much knowledge, organization, and calm confidence that I never once felt like I was doing this alone. She was always communicative, always one step ahead, and always ready with solutions before I even knew I needed them.
What truly sets her apart, though, is who she is as a person. She is kind, patient, and genuinely cares~ not just about the wedding, but about you. There was a moment during this process where I didn’t have anyone to go dress shopping with me, and she showed up for me in a way I will never forget. That alone speaks volumes about her heart.
She also embraced our beautifully blended (and sometimes chaotic 😄) family of four kids with so much grace and warmth whether it was during rehearsal or floral shopping, she made all of us feel welcome, comfortable, and included. That meant everything to me.
And then… the wedding day.
Everything came together seamlessly. Every detail, every moment, every feeling it was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. I was able to be fully present, soak it all in, and actually enjoy the day, because I knew she had everything handled.
If you are looking for someone in the Raleigh/ Triangle NC area who is organized, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond Michele is it. But more than that, if you want someone who will support you, care for you, and show up for you in ways you didn’t even know you needed… she is that person.

She helped set up multiple vendor "interviews" for us because we wanted the chance to get multiple quotes for things like our caterer and DJ, and she joined all of those calls with us helping to bring up topics we might have forgotten to ask about. However, if that's not something you want to take the time to do, she makes some incredible recommendations and has so many relationships, so she can save you this step and advise on her best choice for you.
On the wedding day itself Michele was amazing. She ensured our venue was set up perfectly, and made the vision come to life. During the wedding she was always "on" making sure that every aspect went to plan smoothly. Her energy is so calming and she never seemed stressed out, and even saved the day when my dress was giving my girls trouble bustling correctly.

h the roof. Let me set the scene, we wanted to do a two year engagement to save and plan in advance; to minimize rushing and last-minute stress. I thought I could do it all, but it became very difficult to balance my wedding , my life and work to do lists in my mind.
The first thing I loved about working with Michele was how she offered various options of how involved you want her to be! THIS WAS MUSIC TO MY OCD EARS!
I was able to show up to our meetings with my quirky/unique ideas and PowerPoints, and know that I could trust Michele to put everything into action.
Michele also has a wide range of vendor contacts. We were not only able to find vendors that meet our budget, but had meetings set up by Michele to ensure they were a good fit for us. Once they were selected, she stayed in close contact with them, dealing with emails and seeting up check-in meetings.
Both of these things gave me peace of mind throughout the day to focus on everything else.
Now let's talk "day of"...I warned Michele at the very start that I can't help myself when it comes to making sure everyone is taken care of. I asked her for during the wedding, all I wanted was to care about being in the moment and not being a host.
Let me tell you, she balanced this overly involved bride like a pro. While everyone was getting ready, and I was waiting my turn, I was able to be involved with some of the items and tasks that meant a lot to me. I know the bride doing work on the wedding day is highly frowned upon, but it brought me so much happiness and a sense of calm. For that, I'm extremely grateful for Michele allowing me to be a contributing factor.
Once it was game time, I didn't lift a finger. Everything went so smoothly, and I got to enjoy my wedding day without being a host!

dy done a huge amount of work in helping us look for venues and vendors. We had everything picked out and then BOOM, everything shut down. During these unprecedented times, Michele went above and beyond in helping us navigate and plan what we should do. She met with us multiple times, we re-evaluated the risks and rescheduled the wedding TWICE. We also had a few changes in vendors by the time 2022 rolled around and she was instrumental in helping us find new vendors under a time crunch. Most importantly, Michele was the voice of reason and wisdom when I was panicking about all the changes. She gave her opinions when we asked for them and respected the decisions we made. When the big day finally came, Michele worked her magic and made sure that everything went smoothly and that we were as stress free as could be! er planning a couple of months before the wedding because I would be studying for my residency board exam prior to the wedding. We made plans to meet up and have her take over closer to the date. From the get go, Michele was on board to support me fully during the exam studying and not contact me unless necessary. The three of us met up for a meeting prior to starting my study block and then for 6 weeks while I was studying, she and my husband handled everything. Michele is experienced and initiated all contact with vendors and knew exactly what to-do items needed to be completed and when. She was happy to handle things and visit the venue prior to the big day!
In regards to the actual day, Michele was very detail oriented while still being able to see the big picture which allowed the event to run smoothly. Michele kept us on our timeline while still being flexible and allowing us to linger when necessary, that meant we could actually enjoy the reception portion. Michele would frequently check in on me and my husband to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She was skilled at delegating tasks to others but also willing to get her hands dirty to make things work (moving tables herself, carrying chairs and setting up) even if physical manual labor was required to get the job done! The entire time she maintained a great attitude and was also funny so it made the weekend even more enjoyable. Our venue (The Pavilion at Nicks Road) was extremely challenging and difficult to work with - she still handled so much that I think only the rest of my family knows about so that my husband and I could enjoy the day. Multiple people came up to me during my wedding weekend to say I was the most calm looking bride they have ever seen - I am sure that can be attributed to the fact that Michele was in charge and when people would ask me something I would just point them towards Michele. You should absolutely hire Michele for your wedding. We had so much fun and our weekend was perfect. My only regret is not considering full wedding planning services with Michele - I am sure she would do an amazing job in that scenario too.

ial meeting with Michele, she was so thorough asking questions about our wedding that booked her by the end of it. We felt such a positive connection with her right away. She is very experienced and that really shows in the questions that she has for her couples as well as the vendors. Having her during the last month before the wedding was such a huge help. She coordinated with all of my vendors for the timeline and I didn’t have to lift a finger. She was able to set out all of the signs, tables, chairs, etc for our wedding day and also helped cleaned up at the end of the night which was such a huge help to my parents. Her assistant McKenzie was so helpful during our wedding day and did such a great job with our flower girls and ring bearers waiting in line to process in! Michele was so great at coming up to us during the wedding and checking on what we needed. She made sure that we got our left overs from catering and they were in the car at the end of the night. Michele is so welcoming and warm, and really makes you feel so special! She is the best to work with!!

ith me in person 3-4 times & she was so extremely warm, kind, vibrant, and helpful. After my first meeting with her I canceled the 3 other wedding planning meetings I had scheduled with other potential wedding planning candidates because I felt SO sure of her abilities and I trusted her (my instinct was correct).
Michele helped so much with answering wedding related questions the entire year we worked together— from what’s typically done here, do you think I should add x, how would you deal with x vendor, etc. along the way BEFORE the actual day. Michele also joined several pre-wedding planning meetings with folks like my caterer… she coordinated EVERYTHING. She reminded me of things and timelines, she sent me agendas & checklists… My mother-in-law even joked how crazy quick & responsive she was for all things— and she was!! 🙌🏼 Michele was a Godsend!
I worried about NOTHING going into my wedding day because I knew Michele had everything organized and ready to go.. and if things went wrong I knew she would be able to handle it. Having trust and confidence in your wedding planner is the BEST peace of mind for a bride. I actually did have a few complications with vendors during and just before my actual wedding and I’m SO thankful Michele was in my corner to help handle/de-escalate the issues. I cannot say enough good things about her… My husband and I could not find the ~right~ person to marry us and her HUSBAND ended up being the man to do it (thanks for that too, Michele (; ). I had so many people come up to me just after our ceremony to compliment his service & message on marriage too!!
