Kenzie/Emily also have very good relationships with and knowledge about our other vendors, so we were able to make everything come together perfectly. This was especially helpful as we had to travel in from out of state for the wedding. On the day of, Emily made any questions or conflicts quickly go away, with very little effort or stress. Kenzie kept magically appearing in the right place at just the right time, and was such a calming presence on such a big day. Anna Grace was also there day of, and handled all the background details beautifully!  We would happily recommend I Do... Weddings to any couple. Our special day could not have been more amazing thanks to this wonderful team.

Kenzie consistently reached out to offer help and services I didn’t even realize I needed, which made the entire planning process feel so much lighter and more manageable. She was always thinking ahead and anticipating needs before I even had to ask. One of the biggest lifesavers was the rentals they provided from their warehouse — items I would have otherwise needed to book through another vendor. Not only did this simplify everything, but I trusted them completely to bring, set up, and handle those details seamlessly. On the wedding day itself… absolute perfection. They handled everything so smoothly that I barely heard from them and that’s the highest compliment I can give. I was able to fully enjoy my day knowing every detail was being taken care of behind the scenes. That level of trust and peace of mind is priceless. If you want a coordinator who is proactive, organized, calm, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in making your day flawless — I Do… Weddings and Kenzie Carlson are it. 10/10. Truly the best decision we made. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

andled any issues that arose with expediency and grace. They worked out every minor detail and helped me have the wedding of my dreams. They made a day of wedding itinerary down to 15 min increments. this service, and they exceeded expectations. We worked mainly with Kenzie prior to the event and had Sammy, Brooke, and Reagan as our coordinating team on wedding day. Prior to the wedding, they helped provide recommendations for vendors (bar services, hair and makeup, etc) and helped coordinate with all vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We had a backyard wedding at a private residence, and Kenzie met with us at the house prior to wedding day to get a feel for where everything was going to occur and how things needed to flow. We had a May outdoor wedding, which as you can imagine, came with many weather related challenges. They stuck with us through both rain and shine and helped coordinate a ceremony site change (changed from our rain plan under a tent to our original outdoor location) when we found out day of that the rain was going to hold off for an outdoor ceremony. They helped decorate all of the tables for the reception, brought out desserts and cut the cake after dinner to avoid bugs, helped transport floral arrangements from the ceremony site to the reception, among everything else they were doing behind the scenes. At the end of the night, they helped bring all of the decorations and leftover food into the house prior to their departure. We received many compliments about how smoothly the day ran from both our parents and vendors, and it was very evident in the planning process that our vendors enjoyed working with the I Do…Weddings team. Our officiant has been a part of many weddings and he told us that ours was “one of the most delightful and well-planned weddings I have ever been a part of,” and we largely have their team to thank. Overall, they made an already stressful day (thank you, weather) a lot less stressful. We could actually enjoy the day without worrying if something was going to be missed or forgotten. our big day. I felt from that moment forward that I could place all of my trust in her team. To have someone coordinate the entire reception and the timeline was such a blessing.
