Our second FaceTime meeting, where we shared our love story and our wedding vision with Rev. Phil; he was attentive and patient. We didn’t feel rushed nor did he talk over us. We really felt like he listened to us. For our rehearsal the night before, we knew in advance that Rev. Phil would be unable to be present (as he had another wedding), he arranged for his associate, Rev. Ryan to help us with our wedding eve preparations. Even with some last minute changes, I was not worried or concerned because I had complete faith in Rev. Phil to deliver the ceremony we both wanted. Our wedding guests were engaged and impressed with the ceremony. Multiple people came up to us and asked if we knew Rev. Phil our whole lives! Even my 3 year old niece listened intently! One of my close friends told me, she has never cried like that at a wedding ceremony and she wants Rev. Phil to officiate her wedding, whenever she gets engaged! If you’re looking for a sign for who should officiate your wedding, this is it! Every detail was methodically coordinated, leaving little to no room for any questions or errors. We’re so happy that the beginning of our marriage commenced with the beautiful service Rev. Phil gave at our wedding!

very serious he gathers lots of details and at first you feel like what is all this about, then on the day you see why .. he is so detailed in getting information from you and your partner he tells the stories about you like a friend or family member would. His price is a bit higher and he will have some longer meetings with you , but trust the process and let him do his job b/c he is AMAZING at it. People have not stopped talking about how great the service was, and my Dad even said it was his first non-church wedding and he loved it.

On the day of our wedding, Rev Phil was definitely a calming presence and it was nice that he was truly a familiar face up at the altar. Our wedding guests raved in the days to follow about how beautiful and memorable the ceremony was. It was indefinitely our absolute favorite part of our day. My husband and I would highly recommend Rev. Phil to anyone who was looking for an officiant that is professional, seasoned in his craft, and will truly make your special day memorable and stress-free.

Phil officiating our wedding and our vow renewals! The sessions before the wedding were also very important because Rev. Phil helped point out things we would need during the ceremony that we would've looked over...like a table for the unity wine. There were several tips that he shared along the way that we were very grateful for. It was also fantastic getting to know him along the way, so that when we stood at the altar it didn't feel like a stranger was marrying us. He goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect for your wedding. He essentially became a wedding planner for us, making sure our photo/video was there on time, our DJ had the right music, our coordinator at the venue was aware of everything. He made it so much easier to feel relaxed before our ceremony! And then the ceremony, both in October and June, was amazing! It was beautiful, romantic, elegant and funny. Phil was not only professional, had rich experience in all types of weddings, but also very communicative throughout our wedding: before the wedding he sent us a detailed list to walk through the process, and called me to make sure he has my name pronounced correctly; during the wedding he gave us a quick run through of the process so that our friends knew what to expect and could help take the best photos (honestly we had no idea about the process of western weddings before this); after the wedding he helped us with the scripts such that I can translate the wedding ceremony video and share with my family abroad. Overall he alleviated much stress from us throughout the process.

Phil and reading a few other reviews about him we knew we wanted him as our officiant no matter what the cost. When you really think about it the whole reason everyone is getting together for the big day, it's to see you and your loved one get married. The reception is only just in celebration of the main event, which is the ceremony. I haven't been to many weddings but the few that I've been to I can't say that I remember much about the ceremony. A lot of times it was hard to hear anything the couple or officiant was saying, or it was just a very boring run of the mill ceremony similar to so many others... Rev. Phil makes sure your ceremony is memorable. Rev. Phil truly makes your wedding ceremony an event to remember. He spends hours working with you beforehand to truly get to know the two of you and he learns about your love story, so at the wedding all your loved ones can know the story of your relationship. I even had some close friends learn a few new details about my our relationship that they hadn't heard before... My husband and I are a unique couple and Rev. Phil catered to us weirdos! He offered a few choices for a unity ceremony but we asked if we could do a peanut butter and jelly sandwich unity ceremony. He had only done it once before but it was a unique idea and we think he was just as excited as us at the idea of doing something fun like that at our ceremony! It was really awesome and reassuring to have someone be as excited and into our ceremony as we were. Rev. Phil is also a very experienced officiant. He's done so many weddings he makes everything run like clockwork. He helps you plan your entire ceremony. If we were left to plan it out ourselves we wouldn't have had half the awesome and unique things Rev. Phil has in the script for the ceremony. You get a plan of everything that you need so everything is written down and everything on the day of runs smoothly. After the ceremony he sends you both a final copy of the script so you can read it over and over again. I recently reread the whole script and I'm forever grateful that I have that because I can reread our whole ceremony and have a good cry whenever I feel like it! He was also a major help during the rehearsal. Rev. Phil will run your rehearsal and I just have to say he was a life saver! Everything ran so smoothly because he was in charge and knew exactly what to tell people to do! He gives you countless options and is totally fine to work around your schedule! When I first emailed him he gave us a ton of dates and locations to choose from to meet up! Without options our ceremony would have been like any other, but because we were able to pick and choose the wording or how we wanted certain parts to be it made our ceremony unlike any other... and with Rev. Phil yours will be too! I'd also like to add that we got married in June and it's now November. I am STILL getting compliments on how lovely our ceremony was and that it was the most memorable and heartfelt ceremony many of my family and friends have ever been to :)

Hard to explain-but I’ve never been to a wedding ceremony quite like the way Rev Phil does it, but I wish he would officiate every wedding I go to from now on! He is more expensive than the average officiant-but you get what you pay for, and if I had to do my wedding over again, I would definitely hire him! Easily the best decision for my wedding was hiring Rev Phil!

It included audience participation, our journey to marriage, funny memories and the most special component of all - secret qualities about one another that he did not reveal to us until the ceremony. We cried and laughed through it all. Our guests could not stop raving about him and they still talk to us about him to this day. We are so fortunate we had the chance to work with Rev. Tom and will cherish the memories he created for us forever. His services are worth every penny!

had no doubt that he will deliver the best service we could possibly get so we signed the contract on the spot. Because he's so experienced in the wedding industry, he guided us every step of the way from writing our love story for the ceremony, to the final rehearsal. He's a swift responder with emails so whenever we had any questions, we'd always get our answers within a day or two. We had a day of rehearsal which had me worry for a bit, but Rev Phil arrived early and was really organized and he quickly got everyone to learn and understand the process and the ceremony went smoothly and turned out to be perfect. He even surprised us with a wedding gift on our big day! Overall it was an amazing experience working with Rev Phil and we would recommend him for all the couples that are looking for a professional but also fun reverend to officiate their big day!
