I Draw a Crowd is a business based out of Minneapolis, MN that specializes in caricature services. Artist Adnan Shati's illustrations can be gifted as unique wedding favors, and the overall experience is sure to be a fun, interactive addition to any reception. A talented and multifaceted creative, Adnan has worked as a professional freelance artist for most of his life. Originally from Iraq, he moved to Minnesota in 1990 to design and paint an array of beautiful murals throughout the Twin Cities region. Adnan has studied an array of artistic practices in Iraq, Florence, and Minnesota, participating in numerous exhibitions in each location. When he's not providing caricature services for couples and their loved ones, Adnan also works as a special-education teacher. He finds joy in sharing his love of art to stimulate his students' inner creativity. I Draw a Crowd is happy to service those celebrating throughout the Minneapolis Metropolitan Area, the Midwest, and beyond. Adnan can complete up to 20 black-and-white or 12 color portraits per hour during special occasions. Each drawing is personalized to capture the essence and personality of the person being drawn. In addition to weddings, Adnan would be more than happy to join any other special occasion including wedding showers, engagement parties, and more.
