edibly warm and inviting from the beginning, so helpful in finding rings that fit what I was looking for, and so tactful in narrowing our search based on budget. I did not feel "sold to" at any moment in the process - it was more like Nicole was a consultant, there to help achieve my vision. I am 10000% happy with the final ring, which was ready earlier than anticipated, and plan to return to I Gorman for any future jewelry needs.
