Our wedding was in the Shedd Aquarium, so there were special rules about flash photography and the fish, but I Love Photo Booth adapted smoothly and professionally. Importantly, I Love Photo Booth goes out of their way to ensure that ALL guests have a good experience—many of our guests of color came up to us to compliment the photographer and urge us to note in our review that this was their first photo booth experience where the photographer knew how adjust the lighting to complement darker skin tones (instead of just making the lighting for white skin the default, like previous photo booth companies had done, which resulted in bad photos for people with melanin). But I Love Photo Booth paid attention and had the knowledge to make sure that EVERY guest got great photos!

Their designer -- who incorporated an image I created into the prints -- was responsive, not once but twice when I changed my mind, and created a beautiful product that exceeded my expectations. They communicated with our day-of planner well in advance to make sure they had everything they needed. The day of they showed up on time, were incredibly friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job getting everyone to participate. Everyone got as many prints as they wanted and it was all super fast. Above all, the photos that we received (the very next day!) were absolutely stunning. The lighting and clarity are much better than anything I've ever seen in a similar set up. I also want to distinguish I Love Photo Booth from some others in a way that might not be obvious unless you've seen it first hand: just a week after our wedding we were at another with a different company. Theirs lagged a few seconds before each shot, causing confusion and missed shots. I Love Photo Booth was instantaneous, and believe me, this makes a HUGE difference when you have 150 people wanting pictures! I know I will continue to look back on these photos for many years to come - it is a nice reminder of how much FUN people were having!
