I was extremely disappointed with both the food and the service at our wedding in October 2024. The food tasting had been excellent, and we were excited for the big day. However, t...
he food served at the event fell far short of what we experienced during the tasting, both in taste and presentation. To make matters worse, the food setup was delayed, and when it was finally served, it was cold. Staff were visibly warming the food and tortillas in the venue's microwave, which was in plain view of our guests.
Additionally, several condiments and toppings we had specifically discussed were not provided. We also opted to include chips and salsa for 150 guests, at an additional cost of $400. Unfortunately, the salsa was not fresh, but store-bought, which was disappointing given the premium we paid. Overall, the quality of both the food and the service was far below our expectations, and we are deeply dissatisfied with the experience.
We chose to have a taco bar at our wedding and we’re so grateful we found Edna and her team! They were accommodating and helpful from day one. They offered classic and delicious op...
tions but were also happy to help us do a little bit of customization on our menu like doing a shrimp ceviche. They provided appetizers for our cocktail hour and all of the toppings, guac and sides with dinner service. As well as all of the plates, cutlery and napkins. Their table set up was also very elegant and fun. Edna and her team were efficient and helped dinner service run smoothly. Thank you so much for being a part of our big day!

m prior if they needed anything or if they brought it all. Second I added on soda and water for my guests and they ran out of water. And lastly I thought the food was going to be ready and guests were to serve themselves but they were making food as guests were coming up so there was quite a long line for guests to get food.
They were very professional and the food was delicious. I highly recommend them for your your next venue.
