he food served at the event fell far short of what we experienced during the tasting, both in taste and presentation. To make matters worse, the food setup was delayed, and when it was finally served, it was cold. Staff were visibly warming the food and tortillas in the venue's microwave, which was in plain view of our guests.
Additionally, several condiments and toppings we had specifically discussed were not provided. We also opted to include chips and salsa for 150 guests, at an additional cost of $400. Unfortunately, the salsa was not fresh, but store-bought, which was disappointing given the premium we paid. Overall, the quality of both the food and the service was far below our expectations, and we are deeply dissatisfied with the experience.

They provided appetizers for our cocktail hour and all of the toppings, guac and sides with dinner service. As well as all of the plates, cutlery and napkins. And lastly I thought the food was going to be ready and guests were to serve themselves but they were making food as guests were coming up so there was quite a long line for guests to get food.
