From the very beginning, Bree felt like family. We had an unconventional setup—a small ceremony, a large reception the next day, and a welcome party in between—and she managed all three events with total ease. Her calm, steady energy allowed me to go into the weekend without an ounce of stress, knowing everything was handled.
Throughout the planning process, Bree recommended the best vendors we could have ever asked for—they truly feel like family now. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness went far beyond what I could have imagined, and any time a challenge came up, she handled it with grace and kindness—but also got it done.
She made our day more special than we ever could have imagined, and her day-of team was just as amazing as she is. I have nothing but praise for Bree—she’s an expert at what she does, and anyone would be lucky to have her. The fact that she did all of this while pregnant shows just how incredible she is. I can’t wait for the next event we get to plan together—because now we’re not just client and planner, we’re truly friends.
Working with Bree and her team at I Love You More Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I initially thought our backyard wedding would be simple enough to manage with “month-of” planning, but I quickly realized I was in over my head. Upgrading to partial planning was the best call, and I can’t even imagine how the day would have turned out without her.
From the moment she stepped in, Bree tied up loose ends with vendors, took over communication, and made the whole planning process feel easy. She fully understood my vision of keeping the wedding lowkey and informal, never once pushing me in a direction I didn’t want to go. Instead, she offered thoughtful suggestions rooted in her experience that always felt aligned with what I originally wanted.
On the wedding day itself, Bree and her team were absolute pros. They transformed my dad’s backyard into the most beautiful setting, and everything ran seamlessly. Special shoutout to Emily (the MVP of the night), who went above and beyond by making sure my fiancé and I always had a fresh drink in hand and checking in on us throughout the night.

We came to expect a response within a week from other vendors, but Bree would always have a turnaround time of 1-2 business days MAX. As a couple that doesn’t like to leave room for surprises, her incredible professionalism helped to put us at ease and made her the easy choice to help us plan our day. While we only contracted with her for month-of planning, Bree extended herself as a valuable resource in all the months leading up to our big day, offering to introduce or recommend vendors, or generally serve as a sounding board for ideas. It was so lovely working with Bree & her team for my wedding! I was planning a destination wedding in San Diego, which was stressful being so far away, but the team helped suggest local vendors and their expertise having planned and executed weddings at the venue helped put my mind at ease. Bree was so helpful in coordinating all the last minute details with the vendors, jumping on last minute calls, and the day could not have gone any smoother! Bree and Dakota did a fantastic job helping with our wedding this past weekend! From the beginning, it was so helpful to have Bree's professional input on our venue selection, caterers, DJ, etc- without her, we wouldn't have found the incredible vendors that we decided to go with. Having never planned a wedding before, Bree's day of timeline and communication with our vendors was SO helpful and was took so much off of our plate. On the day of the wedding, I truly felt like I didn't need to worry about a thing - I was able to be present and enjoy the day. Bree and Dakota both had such a positive and calm energy throughout the entire process and day that was contagious - I highly recommend!

My wedding was the most perfect day I had ever imagined & I owe it all to Bree & her team! From the very beginning & all the way leading up to the wedding Bree was always consistent. She answered every question we had , her follow up emails were so detailed, & her solutions/suggestions to a minor problem were always solved. I was told planning such an important event would have its stressful moments but to be able to say I never encountered those moments, I owe that to Bree : ) I honestly don't think we could have executed such a perfect wedding if it wasn't for her & for that I am forever grateful.. I mean our guests are still talking about how beautiful/fun our wedding was!
Bree's team was truly amazing but her assistant Emily really stood out. On the day of Emily was like my sidekick! She fed my husband & I during photos since we did not attend our cocktail party ( since we didn't do a first look ) she greeted us both with our signature cocktails ( so we could get the party started ) , she carried my train around.. she was like an Octopus doing 8 things at once! Darling personality & so funny! Needless to say Bree & Emily were my girls that day which made my mood so calm.
I cant thank Bree enough for everything she did for us leading up to that special day but I know I have now found a friend in her & cant recommend her & her team enough! You will not be disappointed when you hire I Love You More Events for your next event : )
We would not have been able to have the amazing wedding that we did without Bree and Emily! At first my (now) husband and I thought that we could do most of the prep and planning ourselves, and that we would only need minimal coordination for execution. We were so wrong because neither of us really knew what was coming ahead. Bree met us in-person during our meal tasting at the hotel about 4 months before the wedding, and she immediately started helping. She was friendly, excited, and confident, and from then on we knew we could depend on her to ask the right questions and keep us on track. There are so many aspects to executing a wedding, and if it’s your first time (hopefully it is lol), you can’t even know what all of them are - it's like starting a puzzle without the box art to reference. Bree was our box art! Everything started clicking and making more sense once she stepped in. Bree was only officially a month-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond, and we are so thankful!
Our wedding day was jam packed, but Bree helped it go off remarkably smoothly. One potential disaster was during our reception, when my husband and I had a wardrobe change into Korean outfits called Hanbok as part of a traditional ceremony called Pyebaek. While my husband was hurriedly taking off his tuxedo, he popped the button on his pants. Since you don’t wear a belt with a tuxedo, this could’ve been quite problematic, and he was worried about looking silly or having to holding his pants by hand the rest of the night. Luckily Bree and Emily leapt into action and managed to sew his button back on while we completed the Pyebaek ceremony in our other outfit. When we got back to the changing room, the pants were good as new.
We have heard nightmare stories from other couples about their coordinators, how they weren’t reliable, and in some cases actively made things more difficult. If you go with Bree and I Love You More Events, you do not have to worry about that. Bree and her team will make things easier and better for you every step of the way. I think our only mistake might have been not relying on them more, because they were so capable and kept things going so smoothly.
Bree and her team went above and beyond what we expected! Thank goodness we hired I Love You More Events; it was honestly one of the best decisions we made and the best money we spent for our wedding day. We hired Bree as a month-of coordinator. She was amazing at communicating with us and all our vendors well ahead of time. She even joined in on zoom meetings with vendors to ensure everything was to plan. It was the best having her at our venue tasting 4 months in advance as she knew all the right questions to ask the venue. We would have been extremely lost without her there. The day of went so perfectly, and if it didn't, we had zero clue because she and her team handled it. They allowed for everything to flow on time and stick to the schedule/timeline that she put together with us. These girls helped set everything up, always made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped hold my train. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work! I cannot recommend this team enough.

We planned our wedding from out of the area and were able to rely on her to put us in good hands with phenomenal recommendations (venue, vendors etc). Having her attend meetings/ calls with us and o bc our behalf was a godsend. The entire experience was not only top notch in terms of delivery/ execution, but we also super appreciated how personable she was. She made the journey fun for us so that we didn’t dread any aspect of it, and we truly will miss talking with her all the time :(.
On our wedding day, Bree and Emily were ON IT and made sure everything ran smoothly, in addition to checking in with us frequently to ensure we had anything we needed. We love you both so much, thank you for everything!!
What would we have done without Bree and her team!!! I truly don't know. When my (new!) husband and I signed ourselves up for planning a wedding in 5 months on the opposite side of the country at a blank slate venue (and during a move), we naïvely thought, "I mean, how hard could it be!?"
Well, if you're on this website and reading this now, you're probably laughing at us because you know... it's pretty freaking horribly hard which we quickly found out. But as soon as I signed on with Bree, there was a foundational relief knowing we were going to be in good hands at the end of the day. Bree was invaluable in helping steering us in the right direction and offering advice for which vendors to contract with since we lived in NYC and weren't able to go to tastings, etc. She also went the extra mile when I was in town and willingly volunteered to come to additional in-person planning events that was contracted and brought on a second assistant to help day-of, which really stood out to me and was of course, extremely helpful.
My husband and I were finalizing details until the very end which was so stressful, but Bree was always a beacon of joy, calm, and positivity. And then the day finally came and omg – Bree's team was so professional, so positive, so soothing, and on top of EVERY LITTLE DETAIL. From the gorgeous decor set up to the break down, all of my shoe changes, making sure we had food/drinks... I felt so taken care of at every moment, and we are just so grateful and highly recommend. My one regret is only signing up for the partial package – wish we had just gone with full planning to have had her help and full assistance from the get go!
Bree was simply spectacular! Leading up to the day of the wedding she was incredibly organized and responsive. She was very on top of booking various vendors and made sure we had everyone booked far enough in advance that we did not have to worry about lack of availability. On the day of the wedding both my husband and I were SO at ease! Neither one of us had anything to worry about and Bree and her team took care of EVERYTHING! We are so incredibly grateful for her and her team. If you are on the fence between full planning, partial planning, or with getting a planner at all, I promise you won't regret it if you go with the full!! She is worth every penny!! We are forever grateful!
From day one, Bree made us feel totally comfortable and at-ease with the wedding planning process. She is so laid-back and easy to work with but also extremely detail oriented and amazing at her job. When rain was in the forecast for our wedding day, Bree helped put my mind at ease by working with the venue and our vendors on a back up plan so that I didn't need to worry about connecting with everyone. She put together a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding that allowed the day to flow seamlessly. This allowed us to fully enjoy everything knowing that Bree and Emily had all the details handled.
Bree is quick to respond to all forms of communication and even though we only hired her for a month-of planner, she made sure to check-in regularly and make sure we were moving forward with other planning aspects.
When I said goodbye to her on my wedding night, I actually was upset because I knew I would miss working with her and it's so true. Any couple would be lucky to work with Bree and her team!
We are over the moon that we chose I Love You More Events to handle our wedding. The communication, thoroughness, and adaptability was incomparable. Our hearts are so full because of the work of Bree and Emily. Being a 2020 bride and groom was not easy to say the least, but Bree made sure every step of the way (3 postponements) that we were always top of mind and that we would get to celebrate with our closest family and friends.
After dealing with some hard calls with our vendors during the pandemic, Bree constantly reassured us, reminding us that we love each other and we will get through this speed bump. She represented us in a way that was so respectful, yet firm and made sure that just because we were a 2020 couple, we shouldn’t be pushed to the side.
Bree’s genuine soul and radiating energy is what drew us to her post our initial call, and pretty cool we have the same name :). I am so happy to say that my Wedding Planner has turned into the start of a great friendship.
Bree and Emily did an outstanding job. Not only was the communication fantastic, but we had to reschedule our wedding twice due to the pandemic and restrictions in the area. She stayed with us through this entire process, and on top off all, she was 9-months pregnant and still the attention to detail and no stone was unturned.
As someone who has a busy work schedule and gets overwhelmed with many decisions, I made the best decision by hiring Bree from I Love You More Events for my wedding.
From the very beginning, Bree made it known how accessible and dependable she was to us when it came to planning our wedding. She provided us with a list of vendors to pick from, making the decision very easy. What I found to be extremely helpful during the early stages of planning was a checklist that Bree provided, which made it easy to know what I should figure out immediately vs. what could wait till we’re closer to the wedding. In addition, Bree always checked-in to let me know if there was anything I needed or if there were any vendors she needed to reach out to, which was very appreciated since I was always busy with non-wedding tasks.
I was so happy that Bree was able to come to all the in-person vendor meetings because she asked all the necessary questions and, to be honest, I myself had no idea how important it was until she asked!
Prior to wedding day, Bree will provide a detailed timeline of the wedding, making it easy for the wedding party and vendors to know what to expect.
Once wedding day arrived, Bree and her amazing team made the day less stressful because they took care of literally everything! From organizing decorations, collaborating with the vendors, to her team helping me with the train of my dress, the entire day was perfect!

Bree and her whole team from I Love You More Events helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We were planning a San Diego wedding from NYC during COVID, which made things extra challenging, but Bree was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She answered my hundreds of questions, provided guidance, and eased the stress of planning a wedding! On the wedding day the entire ILYME team were ROCKSTARS. They ensured everything ran smoothly and most importantly, that my husband and I were having a great time. They brought us drinks and apps during photos and grabbed us every time we were needed (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.). I could not have asked for a better team!!
Bree and her team were the most reliable, considerate, and helpful people during the entire almost 2 years it took for me to finally get married. Without them, I could not have gone through 3 postponements and all the intricate planning that comes with a destination wedding. Bree helped me every step of the way - from suggesting the venue that I ended up picking (the most gorgeous place that every guest ended up falling in love with), providing me a clear guideline and checklist of things to do, and communicating with the vendors on my behalf when I was having emotional meltdowns after realizing that I had to postpone my wedding multiple times. But most importantly, she, Emily and Christine helped my dream wedding day come alive on the big day. The timeline she created so meticulously was followed very closely, my husband and I were brought drinks and food during the whirlwind of events that follows the ceremony, and they even ensured that last minute changes to the speeches were accommodated smoothly. Bree even showed up on my day at 9 months pregnant - can a bride ask for a more committed and dedicated planner?? I cannot recommend I Love you More Events enough. So many of my guests came over to me to say that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. This could not have happened without them.
Bree and her fabulous team were the glue that held our daughters wedding together! She was the ultimate organizer with an impeccable eye for details- she had the perfect time line and the patience of a saint with the bride/groom and their attendance, parents and staff at the Ritz Carlton ! Yet somehow she remained invisible and would pop up at the right time. Her professional demeanor set the welcome tone and with a large wedding party and a huge group of attendees she became part of our family -always attempting to keep the proceedings intimate and just what the bride wanted! We have already recommended Bree to others and we guarantee a stellar event when placed in her hands.

My now husband and I did a lot of research before we decided on a wedding coordinator. We interviewed multiple options, but once I finished my first phone call with Bree I knew we had found the perfect fit. The conversation was so easy, she was open to all of my questions, and she wasn't trying to push anything on me. She was always quick to respond to my emails, available whenever we needed her to be, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She took over all contact with our vendors and ensured that everything was scheduled and coordinated appropriately to meet the requirements of our venue. I had no idea how much work goes in to all of this. I can't imagine having done it without her support and expertise. On the day of the wedding I had no anxiety whatsoever. I knew that she had it handled and I had nothing left to do but enjoy our big day! Her assistant Emily was an absolute dream as well. She stayed throughout the entirety of our event and made sure that both my husband and I were taken care of. The two of them are a great team! I received so many compliments on how well our day flowed. Everything was seamless and I owe it all to Bree! I would choose ILYME every time if I had to do it all over again!
Bree made our dream day come true! We had close to 200 people in attendance at our wedding, and Bree made sure everything ran like a well-oiled machine. This included ensuring that our wedding venue was ready to go after we were told at the last minute that there would be another wedding in our venue only hours before. Bree walked us through the entire process from day 1. She was always on top of emails and phone calls. Bree took the stress of dealing with all of our vendors off our shoulders. We could not have done it without her...thanks Bree!
WOW. Where do I begin on how AMAZING Bree and Emily are.. It's hard to really put into words how much I appreciate Bree.
I am completely a scatter brain, without Bree my wedding would have been a hot mess.
From the first consultation phone call I fell in love with her. She has an extremely sweet demeanor, and you feel instantly comfortable with everything. She has a way of just understanding you.
During the whole process, she was clear, organized, always a phone call away and understanding. She sends you things in a timely matter and lets you know what you need to get done at what point.
There's a lot of things I look back at now and think "why didn't I just listen to Bree in the first place" She knows what she's talking about, even if you think you know better, TRUST ME.
And don't let that sweet demeanor fool you.. If you don't like something/someone from another vendor.. Bree's on top of it. I never heard what the conversation looked like, but lets just say "everything was taken care of"
Even on the wedding day, everything she asked of me that I forgot she took care of. With dealing with me, and my in laws, she was calm, cool, collected and always one text away.
If you don't hire I love you more events, your wedding wont be as magical as you imagined. She brought everything together. I will never forget Bree and Emily, they are forever engraved in my heart. My husband and I were engaged for nearly 3 years before we even so much as THOUGHT about planning a wedding. Left to our own devices, I'm certain we would, still today, be stuck in a state of perpetual engagement. Enter Bree, the daughter-in-law of a family friend and recommended by my husband's mother who had, in a subtle hint that it was time to start planning, already met with Bree on her own. My first impressions were formed by looking over Bree's extremely impressive portfolio, reading a few of her COUNTLESS 5-star reviews, and during a phone call where I was instantly enamored with her kind, patient, judgement-free (yeah, I knew nothing about weddings -- it was embarrassing) demeanor. We decided to go with the full-planning package (we needed it) and booked Bree a little over a year ahead of our wedding. During that year, she helped us to stay on track with all the important things like vendor hiring, menu planning, invitation-sending, etc. etc. etc. but more importantly, she helped me figure out what the heck people were talking about when they asked what my "wedding vision" was. In fact, it was Bree who first pointed out that the seemingly ramshackle group of photos I had pinned on Pinterest in fact had a theme. Since she knew what my "vision" was long before I did, she was able to recommend the most incredible group of vendors to help bring it to life. Jump to the few months leading up to the wedding when I started having occasional wedding-related stress dreams where I would wake up in a panic, worrying about how nervous I was going to be the week of the wedding (I'm sure the Pinterest posts entitled "11,000,000 Wedding Disasters to Prepare For" weren't helping). But weirdly, that much-anticipated anxiety never arrived. Why? You may ask. It's not because I'm a super relaxed person who doesn't enjoy being in control. I really think its because Bree had long-ago proven herself to be incredibly competent, organized, kind, dedicated, and completely capable of handling all 11,000,000 of those potential disasters. On the actual wedding day, Bree and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything was literally perfect. If even one disaster happened, I never found out about it but honestly, I think she anticipated and avoided all of them.
In short, I'm not sure I could or would have ever planned a wedding without Bree, let alone what turned out to be the most beautiful, perfect, love and joy-filled wedding ever (Disclaimer: I am possibly biased about those last few things but not at all about anything I said about Bree, she is absolutely wonderful and you should definitely hire her).
When my daughter told me she wanted to hire a wedding planner, I questioned whether or not we needed one.
Well, my daughter's beautiful wedding was two weeks ago, and I cannot begin to imagine that day without Bree. Bree is one of the most genuine, caring, conscientious, organized people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Bree took such good care of my daughter for the months leading up to the wedding that I was confident that the wedding day itself would be perfect. It was! Bree handled so much behind the scenes with all of our vendors that I was truly able to enjoy the event.
I remember passing by my daughter's room in the late evening (we were all staying at the hotel), and I saw Bree in the room with hotel staff tidying up and making sure that the suite was ready for the newlyweds to come back to after they partied the night away. It made me emotional to know that my little girl was being taken care of so wonderfully.
When I think back to asking my daughter about whether we needed a planner, I know now that what we needed was Bree. I adore Bree, and will always be grateful to her for being there for us.
We SO enjoyed working with Bree and her staff throughout the entire process! During the year as we had vendor meetings, Bree helped facilitate some of those meetings by asking the right questions, both of the vendors and the bride to make sure all of our expectations were covered. (You know those questions - the ones you didn't know to ask because you have never thrown a wedding before.) Bree has a great way of working with everyone in the most hospitable way; yet I could tell if we really needed her to stand her ground for us to get something the way we wanted it, we could count on her to handle it with confidence.
The biggest benefit of using ILYME came the day of the wedding, when I could just relax and live in the moment without paying attention to my phone or little details that needed to be attended to. I truly was unplugged to experience it all which was wonderful. It was such a restful and beautiful day for the families involved. I cannot thank Bree and her team enough for everything they did for our wedding! Being from San Diego but living on the East Coast, I was daunted by the task of figuring out vendors and all of the other details that go with a wedding from afar, but Bree made everything so easy. She listened to my vision, sent me the names of 3-5 vendors for each topic and all of them were incredible. My husband and I were definitely of the non-traditional wedding variety (wanted plants rather than flowers, included our dog, no religious service, family style dinner, etc) and Bree was so wonderful helping to craft our dream wedding, offering suggestions and advice while also letting us be ourselves. Her help made planning everything so easy and smooth, I truly never felt stressed in the months leading up to the big day. The day of Bree and her team went above and beyond. I never once felt the pressure or stress of wondering if things would be in the right place, and her team ensured that everything ran without a single hiccup, or if there was anything, I never saw it! My husband said he never felt bossed around but always knew where to be and when, allowing him to enjoy the day fully. They prepared us before everything, kept us fed and watered and on time and were so happy and joyful the entire time it radiated to everyone else! I received just as many compliments about Bree and her team from my family and friends as the wedding itself. I truly cannot thank her enough for the endless emails and texts and support. As the father of the bride, I can tell other such fellows that hiring Bree and her team was absolutely the best decision we made. She brought to life my daughter and son-in-law's vision of what they both wanted and did not want in a wedding; focusing them on what was important and meaningful versus wasteful or unnecessary. Bree and her assistant, Emily, were amazing from the very beginning! Planning an out-of-state wedding can be daunting, (we currently live in Dallas and got married in San Clemente, CA), but Bree and Emily made the entire experience seamless! They were incredibly flexible with their time and modes of communication. We spoke via phone call, text, email, Skype, and sometimes social media! They were also open to meeting with my sister, who lives in San Diego and was able to go to the final tastings and other miscellaneous meetings in our place. Bree and Emily made sure to update any changes we requested right away. They are very knowledgeable about weddings and know all the right questions to ask! I couldn't have survived my wedding month and day without Bree and her amazing team. Bree was recommended to me by family and was the best decision I made for the wedding. She is so organized and helped me so much make decisions that were hard for me. Her opinions and advice were always spot on and made my wedding look and feel so smooth. I have been to so many weddings that were so stressful for everyone involved but with Bree and her team I felt so calm and there were NO HICCUPS the whole night. Bree and Emily would take cards and important things back to my room throughout the night which I felt really good about knowing they were safe and secure. Bree put all my decorations together perfectly and my wedding looked like a dream. Emily would ask if I need anything, making sure I ate, and always offering to get me a drink. When I first became engaged in 2017 I was brand new to the west coast, I knew from the beginning I wanted to have a wedding planner to help me navigate this experience. From the first time I chatted with Bree on the phone I knew I wanted to work with her, she is so friendly and personable and she made me feel at ease.

Wedding planning can be fun for some and overwhelming for others - I enjoyed it but there were definitely some complications that we had to navigate and I Love You More Events was able to step in and help us tremendously. Our wedding was on 2/23/2019 and it really was the best, most perfect and dreamy day ever!! Our wedding was a little bit complicated to coordinate because we had our ceremony at the Mission San Luis Rey and then our reception at Pacific Views Event Center on the Camp Pendleton Marine base. There were a lot of moving parts and things to coordinate within set time frames and Bree and Emily made it all come together so that Dane and I could simply enjoy each other and enjoy our day. Bree was amazing to work with through the planning process. She is organized, efficient, kind, and great at what she does. She checked in with us periodically during the reception and made sure we had food and drinks and made sure we were happy! Emily, Bree's assistant, was also amazing! She remained at the church during our ceremony and was extremely helpful in directing guests and making sure everything went smoothly there. I love how calm and collected Emily was. I cannot imagine our day going so well if we did not have Bree and Emily there. We are so thankful for their help and still over the moon about our wedding day!

Bree and I Love You More Events was an absolute dream to work with! She made the coordinating our wedding easy and stress free. She was always easy to get in touch with, and prompt and friendly in her replies. Aside from the fact that Bree is a professional and takes great care of her clients Bree really made sure that my wedding was just the best day. She checked in regularly and had to many helpful docs/checklists that made everything so easy to track and complete.
